Subject: Urgent Matter - Request for Action Regarding an Incident at Your Albuquerque, New Mexico Store Target Corporation Corporate Headquarters 1000 Nicollet Mall Minneapolis, MN 55403 Dear Target Corporate Team, I am writing to you today as a concerned customer who recently witnessed a deeply troubling video at your Albuquerque, New Mexico store. This incident has left me deeply disturbed and convinced of the urgent need for Target to address the actions of its employees, or in this case, the lack thereof. I'm certain you're aware of this incident, yet have seemingly chosen to remain silent, assumably figuring this will blow over and pass. I'll reiterate the incident involving a severely mentally disabled man attempting to make a purchase at the self-checkout counter. This man was struggling with the process, clearly in need of assistance, yet none of the store's employees came forward to help him. Instead, to my astonishment, I watched as the employees chose to call 911 and report the situation as a mere delay at the checkout. The outcome of this decision was the arrival of law enforcement officers who were entirely unprepared to address the specific needs of the man in question. It was a heartbreaking and distressing experience to witness. I write to you today not to lay blame but to implore Target Corporation to take immediate and concrete actions to rectify this situation. As a valued customer, I believe in Target's commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and community engagement. It is crucial that these values extend beyond mere rhetoric and manifest in the actions of your employees on the ground. I urge you to consider the following steps to address this situation: 1. Employee Training: Implement comprehensive training programs for all employees to raise awareness about diverse customer needs, including those with disabilities. Equip them with the skills and empathy needed to assist customers in various situations. 2. Community Engagement: Forge partnerships with local disability organizations and support groups to educate your employees and foster a more inclusive environment within your stores. 3. Public Apology: A public statement acknowledging the incident and Target's commitment to preventing such occurrences in the future would go a long way in rebuilding trust with your customers. 4. Internal Review: Conduct an internal review of your policies and procedures to ensure they align with your company's values and are designed to prioritize customer well-being over expedience. By addressing this situation publicly and taking tangible steps to prevent its recurrence, Target can demonstrate its unwavering commitment to being an inclusive, empathetic, and responsible corporate citizen. I believe that by turning this unfortunate incident into an opportunity for positive change, Target can reaffirm its status as a leader in the retail industry. I kindly request that you keep me informed of the actions taken in response to this letter and the progress made in addressing this issue. I believe that together, we can ensure that every customer, regardless of their circumstances, receives the respect, assistance, and support they deserve when visiting a Target store. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I normally absolutely love Target!!! It’s where I go for everything. My latest experience left me dumbfounded. December 19, 2018 I went in to purchase an Apple Watch for my mom for Christmas. Afterward she wanted to trade it out for the higher up, I figured she would so I saved the receipt. Unfortunately when that day came I could not find my receipt anywhere!!! I called and they said to come in and they would figure it out. I went in with my mom, I told them I couldn’t find the receipt but I knew what day, around what time (around 11:30), what register, and told them I paid cash. The watch was not even opened, we were just exchanging. What I can only assume was the manger said she would check for me. Five minutes later she sent someone else to tell us there was no record of a receipt or purchase. We grabbed our watch and left. We went home and I found the receipt finally!!! Guess what? The receipt said it was December 19, 2018 at 11:28 with cash..... I was beyond livid. Leaving the store I knew she didn’t really check or else she would have found it. Upon finding me receipt I was done. I have never been more disappointed in a store or with anyone as I was that day.... we returned to watch to a different target and purchased her upgrade from the Apple store. As much as I love Target I don’t know that I will be returning, at least for a very very long time. This is how you lose customers.... you have to try!! You need to care!! That manager obviously did not!

I recently visited the Target store I frequently shop at. I was impressed how well the store is stocked in lieu of the fact it’s the Christmas shopping season, with high demand of extra customers. I noticed employees of Target braving the cold, to service customers who had ordered their purchases on line. I found additional items for my bathroom, and kitchen I will enjoy very much in the coming years. The store is very clean, and we’ll kept. The cashier who helped me; is very efficient, fast, and multitasking, skilled at her work. It’s nice to see security personnel at work on the premises, to help make my shopping experience safe. I like the way shopping tote baskets are stacked throughout the store. To aide customers who forget to get a shopping basket in the front of the store. The other customers in the store look very happy. This tells me these people are enjoying their shopping experience as well. This store has been recently renovated, and I enjoy looking at the new lights in the ceiling. The store is very warm, and comfortable in the winter months. I enjoy the music played while I shop in Target. This helps me relax while I shop, and helps me be at ease in looking for the the products I need to find. Thank you Target employees, management, and fine people who work so hard to help me with my shopping.

This location is always clean and it is one of the more modern locations plus it has a Starbucks inside. However this trip I grabbed an abandon basket that was left in an aisle to carry my items I was shopping for. I hadn't noticed that the person who had the basket before me had left there phone in the top of the basket and she was following me and nearly attacked me for the dang thing. I found her huge scene and commotion quite comical honestly, I apologized and told her I didn't see the phone there. Swear, explained that I had my own phone and didn't need hers. It would make no sense to continue shopping with the phone exposed in the same position she left it in if I intended to steal it. But her loud and rather rude scene she made caused me to burst out into laughter as she rejected my apology and stormed off in the opposite direction. I mean come on people if you're phone is so important you think you wouldn't leave it in a basket unattended while you wonder off and then attack the poor person who is pushing the basket. Honestly, she's lucky it was me that found the basket and not an actual phone thief who would've already of been gone with the darn thing.

I shopped Target for curtains and some other basics when moving into an apartment recently. The items I purchased were the best price / quality I could find in the area, and I have no regrets. The cashier who checked me out went out of his way to help me with coupons, which ended up saving me some decent $$. One minor complaint I have is all the locked items. I would shop Target more frequently for things like laundry detergent, but the last time I tried to find an associate to help, I gave up. I don't usually complain about this stuff, but this is getting really out of hand w/ the locked items and self-checkout pains. Target and all big brands need to wake up and change or they're just going to keep losing customers. Also, on one occasion, I ordered an item for pickup - it was cancelled due to lack of inventory, so I went into the store. Low and behold, it was right there on the shelf. Thinking someone got lazy Please note: My reviews get updated based on experience

My mother went shopping at this Target yesterday, December 14, 2021 around 4 pm. She told me that the woman who was checking my mother out not only pulled her mask below her nose and mouth but the woman checking my mother out put her finger in her mouth, put her mask back on, then resumed checking my mother out. This could have given my family covid-19 and considering Target promotes doing their best to protect people's health, this action is very serious. While I am not blaming the whole Target store, I would like this Target employee given a very serious warning and even terminated if she proves to be a danger to customers. This woman was middle age to elderly. My hope is Target will take notice of this and do their best to be sure Target employees do not risk customers health during the covid-19 pandemic.

I shop here occasionally and always have a great experience. Today was different. After spending over an hour shopping I needed to use the restroom so parked my cart. Was in there for a few minutes come out and my cart was gone. There was a young man working with the carts and I asked him for some assistance. One of your security personnel came over didn’t really speak to me. Was gone for a few minutes came back and stated well none of my people removed your cart must of been a guest that took your stuff. No I’m sorry you spent all this time shopping. What can we do to help this situation. His attitude was oh well. I’ve worked customer service jobs for over 50 years. I was so astonished at his cavalier attitude I just walked out.

Stopped in for a trifold poster board for one of kid's school project and found out there were lots of cute, stylish, and reasonably priced girls summer shorts and tops on sale. So I grabbed 6 girls outfits for under 80.00. Not bad! And I love the fact that they have a Starbucks inside to give you your caffeine fix. It's always very clean and organized which I really like. Customer service is great 95 % of the time. Some times the red card app doesn't always give the discount shown in store so you have to keep an eye out for that. Overall its a great place to shop with great prices and has pretty much every thing you need for your household whether it's decor or groceries to health and cleaning, Target has you covered.

  • charna charna

Target should be ashamed of themselves for having a disabled man arrested & thrown out of the store because he was taking to long to pay. He obviously had mental health issues but was paying for his item and wasn't disturbing anyone. This Target was prejudice towards him & his family should certainly Sue Target. And Shame on the uneducated and untrained police for the way they handled the situation. Just listening to the victim while in the police car was enough for common sense to kick in and allis this traumatized victim to go home. The police are never there to help as you can see,the minute they arrive on any scene they escalated rather than deescalate. This is why they need punishment.Defund the police‼️

I had to kill some time so I asked my husband to drop me off at Target. I stayed in Starbucks for awhile and then I decided to download the Target app. My husband isn’t crazy about Target so I don’t get to go too much. The customer Service was AMAZING!!!! The staff working in the health and beauty isle, he was so nice and approachable. I could hear him greeting customers in the next isle. Just so cool. The front end self serve checkout men were just so patient and helpful. I didn’t know how to apply the coupons etc. Great people in this store. It was nice to see upper Mgt. visible in the store working. I would drive back over from Rio Rancho and shop here all the time. Thank you again, I will be back again.

  • Marcelina

Target has fun and awesome stuff but to be honest they are a bit expensive. Their discounts are never the greatest. But staff is friendly and helpful, products are moatly durable. I have never used the pharmacy but electronics has had almost everything I've gone in for. They run out of inventory easily. Dressing rooms dont have an item limit. Shoes are kind of generic. Baby items are a hit or miss. For school supplies I almost always end up going to Walmart instead because they don't ever have a full inventory of products we need for school. I know this is a random and general review but it is my rambling thoughts.

This is probably the nicest Target in Albuquerque. I really recommend if you are going to go to a Target in Albuquerque to go to this one. It is large and open in its interior space. Also the parking lot is clean as well as open and well-paved. It has a good space inside for it's snack bar and Starbucks. The snack bar and Starbucks inside is also clean with a friendly Staff. As you'll note in the photos I posted they are well stocked and their grocery department is outstanding. They have a great self-checkout system as well as a good Staff-run checkout system. Wait time in line is usually under control.

  • MelannJur

Pharmacy is beyond unprofessional. Waited in line to be told they were closed for lunch. Waited in another huge line when they got back from lunch to be told I had to schedule a covid vaccine appointment. This would have been helpful 45 minutes prior. They did not offer to schedule an appointment for me, told me to come back tomorrow in the morning at 11-1. The app for scheduling vaccines does not work properly. I told them this and they suggested I try showing up tomorrow. This is unacceptable with people traveling and covid still spreading. Covid vaccination should be a priority.

  • Diane Starnes (Diane2Cats1Dog)

Clean, great selection of merchandise except the drugs arr still not up to par. I was hoping when CVS took the drug concession over at the Targets the over-the-counter drug selection would improve, sadly, that's not the case so far. The food, snack, beverages are growing and the Target application Cartwheel has great bargains on what you buy. I saved $28.70 on $115.25. Nice wide aisles and it has an atmosphere of calm. I find it relaxing not a fingernails on the chalkboard experience. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

  • Cristobal Rocha

I came into the store with the most complex order and perplexing checkout issues from the app. I had called the call center twice without a solution and made the decision to come into the store. Oh am I so glad I did! John helped me figure out how to process the transaction while still ensuring I was able to use my Target RedCard. I can’t say thank you enough! It may seem so trivial but John made the rest of my day and turned me into faithful Target shopper. Thank you John and I’m sorry I took so much of your time.

  • Gaybrial Avery

I love target however I will never trust their meat in produce section again. At least not at this location. I bought ground beef from them a couple of days ago. Cooked it to make tocos the same day I bought it and ended up getting sick. I cooked the meat all the way through so it’s not like I ate raw meat and it’s my fault to why I got sick. When I was eating the meat I noticed it tasted funny. However by that time it was too late I had already ate it. From now on I will stick to Whole Foods store for my meat.

  • Bruce Rose

Shop at this Target all the time. The store is clean, recently remodeled, employees are friendly, and a good selection. Would be a 5 star rating but for the following: For over a month, "self-check" no longer accepts cash! Reason given is that there is a coin shortage. (Why not accept cash, but round up to the nearest dollar. The difference can be given to charity.) EFFECTIVE MARCH 2022, self check now takes cash again. Upgraded Target to 5 stars!!!

  • Misterio Capitan

I hope that disabled man sues Target and a civil lawsuit against the person or party who called Law Enforcement. Shame on you! And to the other workers who were just standing around just watching a disabled man struggle at self check out and do nothing , shame on you too! A petition will be done so that the person or party responsible for this injustice gets terminated. The officer who was involved has already been terminated. Guess who's next?

  • M. Arellano

Felt discriminated because I'm Hispanic. The little white girl directing traffic asked the Caucasian & African-American people if they wanted to do self checkout or go to a register. When it was our turn she directed me straight to a register. Then the people behind me she asked if they also wanted self checkout or a register. I felt that because I was Hispanic I couldn't be trusted to check my self out. Now I know why I rarely shop at Target.

  • Bonjour Bows

I love this Target! The workers are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they are keeping the place so clean and well stocked! They also don't treat people without masks like trash like some businesses do. They continued to stay open until 9 PM through this whole shutdown which my husband and I appreciated so much as we often work past 7:30 PM. Great food selection too for not being a Super Target. Much better than the other Targets here.

  • Crystal O

One of my favorite targets all around. But today I had the worse experience with pick up, this short tan lady came with the worse attitude up to my car, her customer service was at zero and threw my bag in my car and slammed my car door and didn’t bother saying sorry. I tried to approach her to see why she did that but just walked back in to the store. If you don’t like your job please don’t make this awesome target look bad.

  • Carmen Watson

As the store first opens in the morning, mind you that restocking is happening and some shelves are not tidy. However, I'm happy to shop, find what I need and ask for help when needed. It's less complicated when you shop with enough time in your hands. Self-check out isn't something I'm interested in, unless I'm only getting what I needed. But as long as there's someone with a pulse present, I'm happy to come back.

  • Kris Fowell

How disgusting the employees and management must be at this store to call the police on a disabled man trying to make a purchase. When calling the store the phone just rang and then hung up. When calling back the person just answered with just a Hello. This store needs some huge upgrade in customer service. Maybe Target needs to lose more customers to understand what having customers actually means.

  • Chris Nyman Weller

Why do I love Target?... Geez, they have consistently nice stuff for a good price. And I dont feel like a deer in headlights, as I do in the OTHER big box store. Shopping at Target is comfortable - I can be there as long or as little as I want to be. And I almost always find what I need, the lines are reasonable to great, and returns are usually a breeze. Just good business!

  • Dori Friend

Tonight IPS kicked my boyfriend out of the store because he used his knife to pop it back off of his own watch to see if the battery would fit inside. Mind you he did not open the battery either. Yet they told him that they wanted him out of the store because he cut spiderwire off of an item. Was popped it I'm tired of stores profile that may not look the same as them.

  • Yo People

This target gets innocent disabled citizens arrested for taking too long at the register. I hope every employee there that day that allowed this ends up in the same scenario medically as him. I would never shop at this place the workers here are scum low life’s that have no consideration of disabled people. I genuinely hope you guys stay bums working at target…

  • Audrey Calavaza

One of the cashiers discriminated us, she was working register 9, told us "I'm closed". Went to the next register, looked behind me and she was serving white people one after another LOL. Reasons why not to go in the heights area and during NATIVE AMERICAN HERITAGE MONTH ON STOLEN LAND?!?!? B**** PLEASE Will be going to the target on Coors from now on!

  • Michael Rivera

Looks big from the out side but not once your in. I like the new layout more simpler than the thrown on the rack look they had before. More organized making my shopping experience better, still need to work on their line availability but with most stores going the way of Walmart it seems they are pushing for self service check out option.

  • kim daniel

Stephanie real helped me out December 21, 2021. I was so overwhelmed and had a lot to get to. She went way above and beyond. She was fantastic and I would recommend Target because she isn't the only helpful associate there. When I go there I seem to always have smiles and helpful people. Thank you Stephanie for going above and beyond.

  • Michele Rodarte

The greeter today! He was SO friendly and made the atmosphere much better...in the midst of such unprecedented times! I didn't get his name, but he was young and I think Asian. I told him I hoped mgt keeps him on after this blows over...and told the mgr as well! Also, Delia's or Delilah's customer service was excellent at self check!

  • Victoria Rodarte

Honestly one of the most disgusting ladies restrooms I have ever used. Every. Single. Time. As a mom of all girls who loves Target, these disgusting bathrooms are making me embarrassed to shop here. This store is one of my favorite and very well organized so I was surprised how little attention they pay to the restroom.

  • Joseph Gonzales

Employees were VERY helpful throughout the store. The store was extremely clean. Checkout was a breeze. Every full service checkout was utilized as well as self checkout making the wait time minimal. I've had not so good encounters at Target Stones before (not this store) but this experience has me wanting to go back.

  • Mark O'Keeffe

Having watched the video of the disgraceful arrest of a disabled person who was struggling with his purchase and the lack of empathy and humanity of Target employees at this store I would recommend that no person shops here again. The cop was fired and charged but Target is silent. Speaks volumes on this store.

  • Alexander Castillo

Beware the grocery at this Target. Purchased an item that was 4 months past the expiration date. Called the store to notify them and was hung up on three separate times. Finally was told I would need to take it back to the store if I wanted a replacement or refund. Check your perishables or risk being poisoned.

  • Shaun Ryan

Absolutely pathetic that an employee would be so impatient that they call the police on a clearly disabled person for “taking” to long to check out. What makes it even worse is that someone has to be of a certain level of authority to be allowed to call 911. Still no comment from target on the matter. SMH

  • Joe Rael

You've seen one Target, you've seen them all. Store is clean, staff fairly friendly. Personally, I've been turned off on Target since they had that data leak and they chose not to inform your customers about it because the law didn't require them to. I don't shop here. We just happened to get a gift card.

  • TS Castle

By far the friendliest and cleanest target I've ever been in. Each and every time I shop here I'm reminded why I do, and it's not just their price match and return policies! The people working here really make shopping a pleasant experience. There is rarely a line at customer service or at the registers.

  • Robert Uecker

Went there on 3/17/20. Found some things. Some things are out of stock... only had 2 irons for sale but 7 on display....? Headed to check out... at least 30 people waiting in line half way across the store. I let them put away my cart full of stuff. That's the only way I know of getting their attention.

  • Henrique Valdovinos

Exceptional service and quality of people. It was an amazing experience because of the great service I received. They not only help me find the product I needed, but they also make sure I got the best deal!!! They took my products to my car and load them up. My favorite store forever NO DOUBT!!!

  • Jessica Anderson

I gave 3 stars because everything is locked in cabinets and you have to wait for an employee to unlock the cabinet. Then the employee just gave me my Gain laundry detergent to me to put in my basket…why lock it up then?? It’s very frustrating when you have to wait to get the products you want!

  • Toby Ray

Absolutely DISGUSTING what employees did to a disabled man. Don’t help him, oh no, call the police on him and watch him be dragged out of the store. I do thank them for getting a corrupt cop fired and charged with felonies over this situation. Now to hope he sues Target for ADA violations.

  • Kenny Higgins

The way they treat the disabled is absolutely disgusting. Instead of helping them when they take too long at checkout, they call the cops and have him trespassed. They have not apologized for this incident, I guess they hope it blows over. They should be ashamed of themselves...

  • Camryn Medina

Starbucks has nats flying around and ants crawling all over the floor and Shawn the Starbucks team lead doesn’t treat his crew appropriately at all. Makes disturbing comments to a minor, he doesn’t follow health code either and is very disrespectful don’t go here :)

  • Sandy K

Target always proves to be a pleasant place to shop. But a little unimpressed with the new or updated section of beauty products, kind of makes it hard to find products I need and traditionally buy. But it does showcase some new products I would not have considered.

  • BellevueGrl27

This is hands down THE best Target in Albuquerque. It is always well stocked with the latest fashions, home decor, and everyday items. The store is usually clean, the registers can be busy depending on when you go, but overall, always a great shopping experience.

  • Mia Ortega

I LOVE target so much. Staff is always friendly. super cute clothes, organized and clean. I went there yesterday looking for a white long sleeve shirt with nothing on it I couldn't find one but I found a adorable sweatshirt instead and a birthday gift for my mom.

  • KarrosJ

One of my favorite Target locations. It has an appeal to it I can't find at the other locations. The traffic, both pedestrian and vehicle, is pretty high here. Enjoy a snack or beverage while looking out on to Louisiana Blvd from this second story Target.

  • Wi W

The parking here sucks. They have 16 curbside parking spots. 16 handicapped parking spots there's no place for anyone to park. Takethe curbside parking and park them far away there's no reason for them to park close they're not going in, it's ridiculous,

  • Bridgett

I've been in a lot of different Targets... this is the ONLY location that offers amazing customer service. Every single employee I crossed greeted me and offered help finding things. Thanks for making a visit to your town a very pleasant one team!

  • Elliot Franklin

I was visiting from out of town. Albuquerque store off Paseo Del Norte. Our cashier "Carson" was very helpful and courteous. Her interaction with everyone should be the gold standard that other employees strive for. Thanks for being a joy Carson!

  • Maggie Mance

Holden was by far the friendliest employee I have ever encountered at Target. Maybe anywhere! He was incredibly helpful and deserves a giant raise! 11/10 would recommend shopping at this target, especially if they hold onto employees like Holden.

  • SPENCER GILLESPIE

This target becomes more and more similar to a Dollar General every time I come. Long lines, no carts, shelves are a mess, etc. Target used to be nice. If you’re going to get a Walmart experience you may as well save the money and go to Walmart.

  • Mark Cardenas

If you like to say hi to an associate and them blow you off this is the place. What's so hard about being polite to your paying customers? We do not have to shop here we choose to shop here. Weed out the rude associate and replace them with

  • Jacqueline Medellin

My hubby and I visited this Target and did NOT like this store. The employees are rude ugly and mean. If you ask an employee for help they will not help but instead throw you dirty looks and give you a very bad attitude. The employees act

  • Sandy Hernandez

The front end manager stopped to help me check out, and also gave me a gift card discount. There was a sign stating if you buy two gift cards, $5.00 will be taken off. He was very nice and patient with me. That Target was worth the drive.

  • Elizabeth McKenna

I am visiting Albuquerque from McAllen, TX and I am a dedicated Target shopper(yes I have the circle app & I love my rewards), while staying in a hotel in the area I stopped at the Paseo Target twice in the last week for some forgotten

  • Erica Wendel-Oglesby

Target had everything that I needed and wanted on this trip. To top it off, the young man at check out was friendly, personable and engaged in conversation. This doesn't happen too often at any store. I left with a smile on my face!

  • Kaaos SSS

shouldn't your employees have helped this man clearly he was having problems with a self-checkout but instead you called the cops clearly he was disabled and I'm sure most of you knew that shameful I'm glad I don't shop at Target

  • Joseph Bencomo

James went above and beyond for the Target on Paseo. He found the two chairs I needed to complete my dining room set. Held them for me, helped me load them and helped get me signed up for the Red Card. Excellent customer service.

  • Tammie Zierden

I love this Target! It is so convenient for me when I am at work. The staff is very friendly and helpful - also, easy to find! I rarely encounter a wait at the cashier counter. I always find much more than I need! :-)

  • Elizabeth Iturralde

Target just makes it easy to shop. Especially with Drive up/curbside pickup. I love that you don't need to spend a certain amount to get the items delivered to your car, especially with our current COVID-19 situation.

  • Christian Davidson

Absolutely disgraceful store. How can a store not help and accommodate a handicapped person? Trash human beings operate this store it seems, I hope the store closes and the pitiful excuses of workers are out of work.

  • Alex the Lion

Was there for about 20 minutes and every employee I passed greeted me. The cashier was very nice. There was a slight issue with something I bought and the guest service took care of me right away. 10/10 experience.

  • Aaron Chapman

Very clean store with numerous helpful and courteous employees. They could use a few more cashiers to reduce wait time in checkout lines but other than that the store is everything you'd want from a big box store.

  • Kathryn Rankin

Target brands have fallen off. Styles and brands are poorly represented of today's shoppers. Target reflects today's seemingly pleasing shopping experience. Target is not reaching a great shopping experience.

  • Walter Zimbabwe

I really like the plus size models here. Because nothing says inclusiveness like obesity. It is comforting to know that there are other robust, jolly and like-minded people like myself in this community.

  • Kira Ruffino

I'm greatful for the self checkout. It's helped me run in & out without much of a delay during busy times. They have a pretty good women's clothes variety but could better their kids clothing department.

  • Gwen S (TeeLight)

I love this Target. It has all the things I need and it's in an easy to get to spot. The staff is nice and they have plenty of self checkouts. It's clean and bright. Definitely a favorite Target in town.

  • Luis David Lopez

A mentally challenged man was struggling to use the self checkout at an Albuquerque Target. Instead of helping him, employees called the police who roughed him up and arrested him. Disgusting place

  • Gabriel Pargeter

The store was very clean and organized. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The checkout process was fast and the service received was on point! It was an overall excellent experience. Thank you.

  • Beth Martin

Good store and helpful friendly staff. However the ladies restroom is always dirty often looks like a gas station restroom. Has had a 'leaky' faucet for over a month now wasting a lot of water.

  • EVELYN ATENCIO

I like shopping at Target clean stores, friendly cashiers, quality and low price clothing, I don't like the self service to check outs that Walmart has to date I prefer a live person (cashier)

  • Monica Quintana-Yates

Amazing staff, she helped me on my self check-out item and making me feel welcomed. I do look forward to my travels to visit when I am in the area. I prefer this location-rather than uptown.

  • Shannon Rippy

Mindy the manager was amazing she went above and beyond yo help with an issue that was not her fault. She was extremely kind and caring and helpful. The best customer service ever!!

  • Frances Saiz

Target is now doing self checkout like Walmart, which I dislike. Additionally, this Target location was messy and unorganized... I'm really disappointed with my shopping experience.

I like how everything's almost in the same spot at each Target. Makes it easy to find what I need. Employees are always friendly. I always spend too much cuz I want everything lol

  • Bonnie Jacobs

I found store in disarray and not dirty, but pretty unorganized. Product on floor or not hung up, as well as in wrong place. Associates were friendly and very willing to assist.

  • Joyce Aragon

Fast, friendly, organized and cleanliness. Enjoy using app as well I love their pickup service. It is so easy to use and I never have had to wait long for them to bring to car

  • Kelly Johnson

This store never seems to be in disarray. It always appears very clean & neat. Additionally, I always feel safe in the store & throughout the parking lot of this location.

  • Jodi Weinberger

I called 7 times before someone answered the phone. They kept hanging up on me and finally they realized I was going to keep calling back. Horrible customer service.

Target is a store with super friendly employees that are always very helpful !! Great selection of all kinds of stuff, as well as groceries & all households items.

  • Amelia Chavez

I got some awesome things because I had gift cards. It was clean. There's a lot of people there. The selection was not so great. But I did score a sweet lunch box.

  • Bree Franchini

Every employee we encountered was so unbelievably helpful and kind. My mom and her boyfriend have always been Walmart people and I think they are target fans now

  • Sharon Delfeld

This store is exciting. Low fixtures to give a total new appearance. New arrangements to departments. It is a new experience in shopping. Target has it right!!!

SHAME ON THIS STORE FOR CALLING 911 ON A DISABLED MAN WHO WASN'T EVEN CAUSING A DISTURBANCE AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO CHECK OUT! IF YOU'RE DISABLED DO NOT GO HERE.

  • Joy Sillesen

The store was so clean and everyone working there was so wonderful and friendly. :-) This was my first visit to this store, but it definitely won't be my last!

  • Cara Hinton-Arvizo

A lot of people walking, in parking area. Pickup was smooth though! Quick, friendly, efficient! Would definitely recommend:) I will def have to utilize again.

  • Wes Duplantier

Don’t do online pickup here. You’ll have to wait behind all the return customers and they don’t have it ready when you arrive — even though they say they do.

  • Minh Nguyen

Don't shop here if you're disabled and don't want to get beaten up by cops. The employees here do not offer you help either - they'll just call the cops.

  • Matthew Taubler

I love waiting over 20 minutes for an employee to unlock a glass case so I can buy a $13 cable. A real time spent to value proposition for me.

  • Jose

Last time I shopped at different Targets around town (over the course of approximately 2-3 weeks) things have approved almost 100%.

  • Frost Biet

It’s good the eggs where 2 dollars for a pack of like 24 or 18 plus go during the weekend it’s always stocked specifically Sundays

  • Marty Moyer

Does not help disabled people, instead calls the cops on them -- avoid this store- hopefully he sues Target for a billion dollars

  • Artie Alfreds

prices was good, fairly well stocked and I need organic, vegan frozen foods, and you have a good supply. Again, prices were good

  • Lilian Völker

Big Target with all the bells on. My daughter wanted a video from the cereal isle, which is narrated in Dutch as she is Dutch.

  • Donna Jonas

This store is a joy to go to. The employees are quick to say good morning if they see you and always helpful.

  • Jane Dowling

They always ask if they can help, set aside to allow customers to pass by and assure customer satisfaction!

  • Vickie Taylor

I go to target about 4x month. I enjoy looking at different items in several areas. Staff is always nice.

  • Ashley Tammen

Is target going to apologize for calling the cops on a disabled man and getting him attacked by police?

  • Melissa Collins

you didn’t help a disabled person at self checkout and called the cops. Poor customer service.
