He was friendly, reassuring, polite and provided great security advice. He made short work of drilling out and replacing front and back door locks for a bailiff repossession for me. The price was far below what I expected and very competitive. He is such a genuinely lovely person he even helped me get the not so friendly cats out of the property , over and above the job required. I would have no hesitation in recommending him, in fact id sing it from the roof tops if I could, as its not that often you come across someone so professional , helpful and genuine. Had an issue with locking my porch door so decided to give Paul/Target Locksmiths Ltd a call after reading the excellent reviews. No regrets at all, Paul arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem withing 5 minutes of starting the job and then explained and showed me what the issue was and what options were available to resolve it. Paul certainly knows his trade, within the hour the problem was fixed and was working even better than before the problem started. Will definitely be calling Paul again for any other related lock issues.

I’m very glad that we were recommended Target Locksmiths to sort the problem with our porch door lock. Although Paul was not able to source a replica replacement of the lock mechanism, he was able to adapt and work his way around to fix the problem. I found Paul very professional, friendly and courteous as well as punctual. What is also worth highlighting is that Paul adhered to the Covid-19 regulations wearing a mask and social distancing. Great friendly and efficient service. Would highly recommend especially in an emergency within 25 minutes help arrived after my door lock broke and was unable to leave the house as I couldn't open the door from outside. This was the second locksmith I had to call out as the first one I called turned up and told me he didn't have the parts, I was charged £50 and nothing was fixed and told me it was more then double what I paid with these guys. Paul has been fantastic! He originally came to fix a lock in my garage. He was efficient and honest (very hard to find nowadays). I then messaged him about some windows which were locked and the key was misplaced, he could have easily said I needed to change the handles etc (that's what my builder had said) but he asked for a photo of the handles and told me to buy a universal key which was only £4! Fabulous! Paul is a tradesman with deep integrity. There was a problem today with the front door of my Mum's house. I had this locksmith's number in my phone so called. When attempting to type the review, I realised that I had typed a previous review for when I called upon his services three years ago. Nothing has changed. He still gets 5 stars or 10/10 in my book. Paul was very professional and prompt in diagnosing the problem and fix. He had visited us in Sudbury, Harrow as the tenant had issues with PVC door not opening. Which turned out to be negligence on behalf of the tenant, which lead to a damaged gearbox. He also provided a digital invoice and a report of work the following day. Will be using his service in the future and would also recommend his services.

Our front door was misaligned due to subsidence, which meant the front door lock wasn't working, and had a stripped screw on top of that. The gentleman came within 30 minutes, was friendly, sympathetic and helpful. Lock was fixed and parts that weren't working were discarded. All done in about 20 minutes, and the cost was under £100. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

We called Target Locksmiths because we had a problem with a key which had snapped off and was stuck in the lock a cabinet. Target Locksmiths were able to remove the broken piece of key without having to drill into the lock, thus saving the lock and preventing any damage. They came promptly and cheerfully undertook the job at the Preston Community Library.

Great service. I was locked out with my baby, and two dogs. Paul came not long after I called and got us back inside within no time. There was an issue with the lock on our garage door, but it was fixed in a short amount of time. Archie even fixed a door mechanism that wasn't functioning correctly after providing us with a great deal on an upgrade to our door locks, which we were also offered.
