Well this is another amazing find to my Mexican/taco finds. Let’s start with what I ordered, frijoles charros, two tacos de trompo with home made tortillas, and quesabirria. The frijoles charros is one of the best I ever had. The flavor of the soup was perfect, hints of spice that made it perfect. Next is the tacos de trompo, the meat was perfectly season, cooked just right on a homemade tortilla, put some lemon juice, cilantro, and onion, and the taco is perfect. Next the main course of this adventure was the quesabirria. Words can’t describe the flavors but I will try lol. The meat was braised and juice mixed with white cheese(not sure what kind), and the tortilla was cooked in the meats juices with grease, to top off the taco you get more juice in a cup that you can dunk your taco in. Fuxk it was so delicious , I recommend anyone to this place looking for real Mexican flavors, hella authentic. The service was amazing, so helpful and kind. Feels like your eating at home and your mom is serving you food. 10/10 for this place.

Stopped by yesterday for the first time after a long day at work. Great experience from both staff and food. Hands down the BEST Birria tacos I’ve had in my life (they don’t skimp on meat, cilantro, or onions ) and was told their tortillas are made from scratch. So good, worth the drive and reasonably priced. The menu is in Spanish but staff was helpful in translating. Will definitely return and highly recommend others to try.

This place is a GEM! They have picture of what the food looks like which is amazing for a visual person. Tired of doing the guessing game on what the plate might look like based on the description. The food was absolutely flavorsome and prompt. This is a small business owned by a family. Everyone should give this place a try to support local business and give your mouth an explosion of flavor that it has probably never had before. Drink it down with some fresh lemonade made on-site.

My husband and I just happened to be driving by and spotted this little restaurant on Telephone Rd. We decided to give it a try. My husband had the menudo and I had enchiladas. Both were delicious! This place is the spot. I came here by accident, but ever since I found this place, I’ve been back every single week. The food is good, Evelyn (one of the owners) is great, she remembered me the second time I went in and always provides the absolute best service. I am a very picky eater when it comes to a Mexican restaurant, but this place is A-1 for me. Stopped here out of the blues, and order three different plates and there wasn’t any disappointments. Hats off to a restaurant that still serves fresh lemonades and hand made flower tortillas. No tortillas out of a bag, nor powdered lemonade. Menudo is served everyday, at that. Oh, and the place was very very clean!!!!!

excellent service, the owner was really nice and friendly! i tried the quesabirrias and it was awesome! i also recommend the red hot sauce if you want something spicier then your average taqueria!

Happened to stop by this gem by accident. Really enjoyed the food! Service was fast and food was extremely good. I'm not big fan of Aguas frescas, but here, I couldn't pass up. I bought the watermelon and pineapple. AMAZING! I'm from San Antonio, but next time I'm in the area, definitely will stop again.

I have been going for the past month every Sunday and be getting the same 4 tacos of Barbacoa. Delicious . Also don’t forget to try the tacos al pastor and huaraches are delicious
