I visited this hotel so I was able to take advantage of the fitness classes. Larry and Rahul were great instructors who made me feel welcome as well as guiding me in order to make the most of the work out session. The Spa and fitness facilities were very attractive. Water, toweks and fruit readily available too. My children also took part in Wall Climbing there too. It was nicely led and safety was paramount. Wishing I could be a member and not just a holiday guest with free pass. Thank you.

Amazing experience at the Burj . Very welcoming staff, beautiful atmosphere and the spa was a treat . Vikram Natalia and the fabulous Italian therapist were outstanding and the treatments received made us feel so good. Best reflexology we have ever had and the cold leg treatment was a revelation,felt lighter on my feet afterwards. The lady from Italy ,Grizella is very experienced and very good at what she does . Booked another day just because we had such a fabulous time.

Nice service and more than a wonderful place in terms of design and color consistency .. When entering a spa you do not want to get out of it .. To relax I recommend it .. Nice fitness centre with good view of Burj Al Arab. Equipments are little old but well maintained. Also includes table tennis, squash and foozball. Bats are provided Other amenities in the shower are good. Service staff is helpful. Outdoor family pool with mini slides and showers are great for kids. Separate leisure pool for adults. Access to private beach facing the burj.

I had an enchanting first visit to this spa, where the impeccable service and serene ambiance left me thoroughly impressed. However, my second visit was a stark contrast. The service, which had initially set this spa apart, fell short of expectations and also the pool water was very cold.

ספא ברמה הגבוהה ביותר שיש! צוות מיקצועי, מקסים, אדיב ונעים. המקום נקי ואסטטי. עיצוב מדהים, עם תשומת לב לכל פרט ופרט. חדרי הטיפולים, הבריכה, הסאונה והג'קוזי משקיפים על דובאי מהקומה ה-18 של המלון. עשיתי לא מעט עיסויים בחיי זה היה הטוב והמפנק ביותר. הכל היה מושלם. בהחלט נחזור שוב!

Потрясающее место! У меня был массаж Burj al Arab signature, всё понравилось! Комната была с панорамными окнами. Я отдохнула, не хотелось, чтоб массаж заканчивался. После можно посетить хаммам/сауну и бассейн с видом на Дубай с 18 этажа отеля. Массаж 90 мин~280$

The worst unprofessional customer service we have ever seen …treating customers as if the spa is in a 1 star hotel! Misleading information, no manager to handle a complaint and a ruined day that no one bothered to fix..What a shame!

In case you stay at Burn Al Arab then spa is complimentary. You can use it on daily basis but need to spend 750dhs for packages. Prices are high, however, team is very professional, polite and helpfull
