Went to Taco Cabana at 9210 E R L Thornton Frwy at 10:30 PM Wednesday. Roommate has their App on his phone. Today only Special....1/2 price off Steak FJ Nachos. Went thru the drive thru busyyyyyyy guess E1 was using their App promo. The young lady at the window was a lil confused about the promo But after conferring with another employee we got his order along with sour cream and guacamole and sauce on the side at 10:45 PM. I told him those steak nachos better be tbone or ribeye steak nachos lol. Overall for $3.13 and the wait it was Not too bad. Needless to say we were greeted and served with a smile . I have to say considering how BUSY they were I really appreciated seeing those SMILES ....4 stars because the wait was a lil longer than I wanted. I arrived at 6:30 am to order 3 boxes of the breakfast burritos (TC way) the cashier at the drive through was very accommodating and willing to do what it took to fill the order. In past experiences with Taco Cabana’s competitors, they seem to think that a order is to big to fillet that early in the morning. So they ask if I could call it in and come to find out they don’t open up the store that early. Early morning meetings is once a week for us, now my go to breakfast place is Taco Cabana! Worst experience ever! We waited 10mins or more at the speaker before anyone spoke on the intercom in the drive through. Once Ka’leah asked what we would like. We began to place our order… Ka’Leah acted as if she didn’t want to take our order!!! As we placed our order Ka’leah had a straight bad attitude!! When we got to the window Ka’leahs attitude got worse! She acted like she didn’t want to take our money she then argued with her co-worker about what to add to the our nachos. So 5 stars for food 0 stars for costumer service. If you’re planning to come to this location, be ready to spend 30-60 min in drive thru. Make sure you have enough gas. There’s no such thing as fast and friendly here. And there’s no way you can be tired of waiting and leave because it is one way in, 1 way out kinda thing. Something has changed!! NOT FOR THE BETTER! When you walk in the building your met by smiling face while you are waiting a elderly lady begging gives you note explain what she need. I ordered a plate nacho with steak. the cheese is different. It’s definitely CANNED Yellow CHEESE. If you’ve ever been to a taco cabana then you know they do not use yellow cheese. The steak is OLD & HARD. Cant forget while your eating someone will come and clean with BLEECH leaving a strong bleach smell. Overall I’m disgusted.

Just got off work. Wanted something quick to eat. Went in the drive thru. I ordered the chicken fajita nachos. As you can see by the pic. this is what I got. Chips were stale. Where’s the cheese??? Then on top of that I ordered a large strawberry drink. Got all the way home and found out it was carbonated water. Immediately called several times but didn’t get an answer so here’s my review. 10 bucks wasted. Never again, not at that location.

The girl seemed upset it was hard to hear her with all the cars passing through i had to repeat myself 3 times but i can look overpass that, but what i can't over look is the fact i found hair in my enchilada i ordered the Mexican plate, it was good until the hair part. The food here was excellent. The place was very clean. They have awesome margaritas as well. You can even margaritas to go here. I went into this place thinking it was gonna be like a Taco Bell but it wasn't. It was much much more. Remember to drink responsibly.

Food is consistently good. Glad they went back to strips of beef steak instead of chopping it into small pieces. The chain seems to have been struggling over the past ten years or so. Maintenance issues abound. Of late some hit and miss upkeep has been happening across many of the stores I visited. The monthly bank account statement use to show a good many more charges at TC. Now-a-days not so much.

I had the worst experience ever tonight. I asked for fresh flautas and I received old, warm, burnt flautas. It was about 9pm so there was no reason I couldn't receive freshly made flautas. I use to work at taco cabana so I can tell when they are freshly made. So disappointed. Wish I could give you guys no stars. On top of that they were rude and standing around talking and laughing.

The drive trough was very slow, we sat there for 20-30 minutes I could have had a nice nap, and that's not the first time and then I asked for NO cheese on anything because I have a dairy allergy and they put cheese on my taco. Taco cabana you have got to pick up the pace or your not going to stay there very long, the food was ok though, but don't recommend it.

Great food and Service. Manager Vanessa was very helpful and professional. Love the tortillas. Will definitely come back.

I absolutely LOVE the staff! I come here for all my big orders for business meetings downtown and always engage in friendly conversations and laughs with staff. They’ve even been courteous enough to offer me something to drink. They have such positive attitudes and amazing personalities. One of my favorite places to get breakfast at! The tacos are hot, they are well filled, and the service is friendly and prompt. It really looks like the employees here genuinely care about their location.

Very rude. Ordered two bean and cheese nachos, they only charged for 1 and we caught it before leaving the drive through and asked for another one. They then charged us for chips and queso and when we tried to explain to them that’s not what we ordered they just handed us more queso and closed the window. Absolutely insane.

Never really been to any other cabana here in Dallas, this one is closest to me. But we like it, service sometimes is a little slow, but not too bad. And the food has always been good. My second time being here and it was okay. Friday was my Mom's birthday and my uncle treated her to here. It just seemed to be over crowded and the food was okay. The fajitas and beans were to bland, making it a bad experience. And they took all day to bring our food!

My orders have been incorrect a lot lately, and if you don’t have receipt even if you called and informed location about there error they will not replace your order at all.
