Despite my initial anticipation for the service, I am disappointed to report that the repair of my terrace door handle has yet to be completed after a three-month wait. Communication with the team has been less than satisfactory, often marked by significant delays in responses and an overall lack of professionalism. When they finally arrived for the job, it was disheartening to find out that they brought incorrect equipment. Instead of rectifying this issue promptly and completing their task as promised, there was an unexpected departure from site without any resolution or further communication provided. This experience is far from what I had expected.

I have used TMT Central for various jobs in the office (electrical, painting, handyman jobs etc) and also bought items from the shop Portland Hardware on many occasions. They are friendly, reliable, punctual and do the job to a high standard. The communication is top and on many occasions the jobs gets checked by management afterwards to ensure the job has been done properly. If not, the contractor comes out again to fix it. It is great to have such a handy shop and services close to the office in Central London and I highly recommend both the shop and the services they provide

We've had Juan come multiple times to do lots of jobs for us. He has always been very professional, conscientious and dilligent. He takes a lot of pride in his work and is very polite. He's more interested in making sure the job is done properly and to a high standard than doing it as fast as possible, which I really appreciate. Fixed blinds a couple of months ago and now broken again. Refused to take responsibility for the repair and still charged a high amount on a second visit, despite not being able to solve any issues. Also promised that they could help with fixing fridges and then during the appointment said they don't deal with fridges. A dishonest company with dishonest practices (Invoice numbers 8631 & 9501)

Beck and his team are truly one of a kind. They were able to finish repainting our apartment on time. I was out of the country and didn’t have to stress as they communicate really well. They were happy to take on the extra jobs needed (electrical and handyman work) which saved me time and worry. Really great and reliable team, I highly recommend them!
