I trustingly sent my car in to this car shop hoping they would resolve an issue they caused with my vehicle from a simple oil change [that they did weeks prior] causing my car that I had been driving for less than a year, to all of a sudden need a new engine because all of the oil leaked out. They, of course, argued with me on how this was not their fault. I was encouraged to take a little time to make such an expensive decision. I didn’t feel comfortable with leaving my car and asked multiple times for my car to be towed back to my place. I was constantly given the run-arounds on how I should just leave it to save on tow fees, handle this and that payment info over the phone, etc. I decided to just pop up at the shop to grab a few things from my trunk only to find my car completely vandalized with multiple stolen parts. The first worker [Kendall] told me they were about to start working on my vehicle. Then, he changed his story after I asked him several of questions that got him choked up. The owner [Ken] told me “I guess it was stolen; we’re not responsible for that” They proceeded to hold my car hostage for months. They had it from Nov-Mid May. They [mainly Jason] became physically aggressive on several occasions and threatened to call the police on tow drivers sent out by my insurance company if they didn’t leave the property, Ken blocked me from his cell phone, continuously damaged my car, moved it from its original space to hide it in a garage so I couldn’t see it, take pictures, or get it towed, tried to charge over $4,000 alone in storage fees once I threatened to take legal action, would all of a sudden close the shop/leave before I arrived even after giving them 24+ hour notice of my arrival, and so much more. If you are in the DFW area, I would strongly advise you to never use this company. I even found out the reviews are made due to incentives. A shame.

Ken and his crew are absolutely the best auto shop to work with. What I looked for the most from an auto shop is honesty and transparency. I came in for a rear differential damaged by a tow car, and I didn't have proper knowledge of the parts and the process. Ken did not take advantage of that, and he explained clearly of what needs to be done at each step of the repair, and laid out expense ahead of the time so no surprise at the end. The repair went through the insurance, and Ken handled the communication with the insurance company flawlessly. The technician Elaiya was also professional and great to work with. Absolutely five star! I trust Ken and TLC Auto for any repair and maintenance for my cars. And I will recommend them to all my friends.

I was on my way Driving From Houston I just spent $ 2,000 Dollars getting my A.C repaired one week ago. 3 hours from Dallas. my A C Stop blowing Cold. The temperature at the time was 104%. It was very uncomfortable Driving. When I enter Dallas. I Google the nearest Mechanic one shop didn't answer. I called the 2nd one. They answered. I explain what happened. The Mentioned they was Busy with other customer., But they could arrange to fit me in. When I got there I was in and out with my A.C blowing Cold within Two hours. It took a broken alternator to learn that my family's 'Go To' mechanic' had recently retired. After doing some research & reading various reviews, I called and spoke with Ken just before closing time (6 pm) on a Tuesday to get an estimate on replacing the alternator. After discussing several options he provided a perfectly fair estimate. By 2 pm the next day the crew had the new alternator installed and the car delivered to my driveway in perfect condition. You just cannot beat the exceptional level of professionalism and service that Ken and the TLC crew demonstrated. TLC Auto Shop is now my family's new 'Go To' mechanic!

My car had an issue with the starter and it took them no time to figure out what the problem was. The great thing was that they only had the car for less than 36 hours. That's what I call service, when this was definitely and unplanned service. They worked on my sister's car for brakes. They picked the car up at around 8:30AM and she had her car back by about 3:15PM. No more squeaky brakes and they took her Car Care card for payment. We will definitely be using them whenever we have any issues with our cars. Thanks Ken and company!!!

These guys have made it their mission to help people with their business. You won't get a bad feeling at any point working them. They attempt to put themselves in every customer's position and they go out of their way to get you back on the road sooner. Ken is the owner and he really cares about people and knows what he's doing! A good mechanic is hard to find until you go to them. Then the search is all over. Please give them a shot. I'm glad I did!

This shop is in a small space, but these guys took very good care of my car. They also give back to their community, look them up in December if you need brakes, they will work on them in exchange for toys to give to less fortunate children for Christmas. Oh and they have a good warranty on their parts and their work. What's not to like. I found them on repair pal, but I have found a mechanic for as long as he is in business.

Great customer service. Called asking how much to change filter and transmission fluid. States they needed to remove the transmission which isn’t true and I corrected him as I told him I had attempted and failed. Then told him I’d supply the filter and oil got mad hung up on me. Stay away if you wanna be treated well.
