I have been a member at TK MMA for over 3 years now and my experience has been top notch. The facilities are amazing and so are the people. Special mention to coach Khosan who is just superb at his craft and an amazing person. AC the manager at the reception is a very caring professional, would like to thank her for her support in freezing my membership when I had to go for couple of surgeries in 2023. She was always helpful and didn’t hesitate to go that extra mile for me. Kudos to her! Gentleman AC is equally good, he is very kind and straight forward, he had helped me settling in well when I was a new member and also was very instrumental in ensuring my timely renewal and continued superlative experience. Thank you TK MMA! Highly recommended!

-Joined there since it was close to my office so as to workout after work. -The place is well equipped but absolutely no place to stand due to place being overcrowded by either equipment or Staff chatting … even the only place indoors u can manage to do some deadlifts they decided to install a DJ station !! -Cardio area literally smells like p equipments are dusty and sticky staff are just hanging around watching Their phones. -Benches are used as stowages for members cellphones and water bottles. -mirrors reserved for women trying to get more IG followers. Basically if u want to workout u can do outside in a 45c heat on dusty equipments…

great place to go for MMA, wrestling. kickboxing, mauythai, any fitness classes as well as the other combat sports offered. coaches were extremely helpful and professional. as for the gym side and equipment I wasn't really using them but when I did some of the equipment seemed aged and rusted. the snack bar did provide good meals especially for those looking to keep their diet in check. love how the pool over looks the city and gives a great view especially at night. toilets were clean and spacious. for learning combat sports I would 10 recommend this gym

TK MMA has revamped their entire space recently and have gotten all new equipment. Transformed it into a great space to workout in! The outdoor space of this gym is definitely why I keep coming back. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, shout out to Ace who was very helpful to get my membership sorted and recommended the best package for me. The only improvement I could recommend is for them to get good hairdryers at the gym and to start giving towels.

My favourite gym in Dubai, comes with an outdoor area with amazing view at skyscrapers. The gym experience is not as plain as usual. I am attending boxing classes and I love it! I was worried at the beginning, because It was my first time trying , but everyone is so friendly and helpful and willing to teach you. They have different fighting sports classes and for different ages. I definitely recommend it and I cannot wait for my next class already!

Very big gym with specialised sections for cardio and weights. A big outdoor workout area with weights and calisthenics bar. Theres a big hall for classes which include MMA, BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU, boxing and muay thai boxing. The gym has 30 members participating in competitions. I would give it 5 stars but the gym stinks of sweat and the bathrooms aren't very clean.

My name is Khodor and am a member of the gym. I would like to share with you two important complaints: 1. The receptionist was way out of line with me. She should be respectful to the members and continues to act in a very impolite way 2. The parking machine has been broken for a very long time which poses a huge inconvenience

Absolutely ridiculous how hot it always is in this gym. Literally had to run out today cuz I felt like I was gonna pass out. They really need to turn the AC up high!!! Such a mood killer and it’s like this most of the time. Only go there cuz it’s near and convenient.

The gym is on top of a skyscraper with an amazing view. People are extremely friendly and the vibe is great. Every Saturday is a boot camp and entry is free. I love this gym. Thanks for every training Tam Khan and TK MMA and FITNESS
