Disorganised brand. Jumble sale items for department store prices. The positives are that there's ample parking, the building is nice and there's a cafe but it's an unpleasant shop. To be fair, I'm prejudiced against all TKMaxx.....just don't like franchise. Better of going to a charity shop.

Most of the employees are very friendly, the goods are abundant, the speed of updating new products is fast, and there are many good products. There are no dislikes except for a woman at the jewelry counter who seems a bit indifferent. Please keep this wonderful store open forever.

A quick visit to TK Maxx for the coffee shop. Got a Luxury Hot Chocolate which went down well and had the seasonal Butterscotch Latte went down very well. It was busy so limited seats. I would recommend this as a good place to stop and cheaper than Starbucks or costa

It used to be one of my favourite branch, however since the new layout where the mens section is downstairs, there is now a much smaller section and choice then there used to be, before I would not leave empty handed as I would always find something I take home.

They don't remove security tags hidden in items, so when you have paid and leave, expect to be treated like a criminal on your way out but by the weak security offer, often overwhelmed and letting others go through without check their bags. Avoid this store.

Sunday between 2 and 3pm and it’s not overly busy but there’s enough people here... and this place is huge, with so many rails to trawl through / with everything from socks and shoes to hats, sunglasses & sun-tan lotion, all the technology

I am fond of TK Maxx and usually frequent this particular store due to its proximity. However, I must express my disappointment in the level of customer service provided by the staff. During my recent visit, I encountered an issue at the

3hrs parking is not enough for weekend visit. Cafe ( see pics) was okay but staff need training to serve people who are in queue and not queue jumpers. Store is filled with clothing but your are at your best to hunt for some good deals.

This is the biggest and best TK Maxx store I've been to. I've checked out 2 in Liverpool, 1 in Milton Keynes, 1 in Rugby, 1 in Ipswich, 1 in Stratford-Upon-Avon and probably some others in forgetting. This one has the best range by far.

I like coming to this store, there are a million and one things you can buy if you need a present for anyone. So many pretty things to choose from. That's the most difficult thing! The prices are not bad either, you can find affordable

The service at Croydon purley way branch is absolutely shocking. Why is there only 1 person serving at the jewellery section? All I wanted to buy is a perfume without any fuss yet I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to open a glass

I think it's one of the biggest TK Maxx in the UK. Also it's the only one of a few places I know where it is possible to buy a knife. Also they have a truly big kitchen staff section with especially lots of frying pans. Recommend.

Usually like the place but they suddenly started to fine people for staying over 3 hours. Received 2 fines for staying 3h20mn. I am done with the place. I spend a lot of money there and this is how you treat customers.

The downstairs I find is abit chaotic with the clothes/shoes etc but upstairs is a lot better and they have some great little finds for really good prices. Well worth a look around.

Really well organised Tkmaxx. I visited on a Saturday, was easy to navigate, pick up what I needed and can't fault the changing rooms (busy, but no queue).

An eclectic mixture of stuff. What's there is really luck of the draw when you visit but it's always fun to rummage around searching for a good find.

Best TK Maxx around. It’s huuuge, and gets loads of good stock in. The whole top floor is home sense. I could spend hours and hours shopping here.

The branch in Purley way and Bromley has very extensive and exhaustive amounts of good products. The arrangements are impressive.

I can spend hours in this store great place to get Christmas stuff. A massive selection of whatever you can think of.

But crowded and hard to find what you want. Eventually found the item which was reasonably priced.

A lovely place to get gifts and clothes...also love the cards here and so many other bits :)
