There is a guard that treated my friend terribly. Today I went in with my friend on her birthday to do some shopping. I bought skin care products and all was well. My friend who is of ethnic origin opened up a bottle of water to drink as it was so hot, when she was looking at makeup, and this guard immediately rushed over to her and told her she needed to leave. She asked why and he told her "no drinks on the premises" she put her bottle away and his face was still sour and told her she needs to leave if she takes out her drink again. She explained it was only water and she was taking a sip, he told her "finish it outside" My friend was so upset and embarrassed she walked out of the store. What's weird is there was a child drinking from a fruit shoot bottle with her parent and nothing was said to her or her guardian, but my adult friend was treated like that? This is not on, and judging from the reviews we are not alone in this experience. Does it make you feel better to treat people like this? Would you like your loved one to be treated like this? Take some unconscious bias classes. You need it jackass.

There is a blatantly r a c i s t security guard. He is brunette and stocky and looks to be in his thirties. He repeatedly targets shoppers especially black ones accusing them of stealing with no evidence or proof. Yesterday I saw him target an elderly black rasta man who was minding his own business looking at clothes and homeware. This guard blocked him at the escalators and told him he needed to be searched because he's a theif. This man was dressed in light clothes, no pockets, an open jacket and a bumbag and the guard accused him of stealing clothes and luxury items, when this man would have no space to put them anywhere on his person. That poor man was so upset. The guard just wanted to feel big by making others feel small. When I was looking at perfume he stood next to me watching every move I made, yet children and other customers were roughly manhandling products and shoving them around and he didn't look at them once. Investigate this wasteman or I will report him to the police.

Disgusting service because I, a person of colour, was passing through the entrance of this shop holding a drink and was immediately blocked rudely and turned away from the shop by a white security guard that looked like he belonged in This is England. Yet I saw white girls holding milkshakes and allowed to walk in and around the shop. What makes it worse, he was staring at me the whole time outside of the store, even as I walked the long way around the shop in the rain. I waited for my friend outside who went in without me and he and another security stood staring and whispering about me. Yet Betty ann and Peggy Sue was drinking their milkshakes in plain sight. Disgusting. I'm an adult, I'm not gonna spill my drink, not only that I wasn't anywhere near the clothes and also politely tell me, Rudolf Hess, don't be so disrespectful.

Great shop and great management although supervisors need to improve a lot the way they treat other staff. I had a really bad experience some time ago when I was about to pay at the cashiers downstairs... Suddenly a supervisor (I think her name was Lucy with this fake nails) had really bad manners and humiliating the staff working at the cashiers in front of me and other customers. I had the chance to talk to that poor lady at the cashiers who was devastated and she told me it was her first week working there!! This poor young lady only asked this supervisor what to do because a pair of jeans I wanted to buy the price was in dollars instead of pounds!? That is very unprofessional. Since then I never came back again! Today I still remind that ugly situation.

And here are another 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to make that a total of 10 for customer service. Anne-Marie you should be teaching others in retail how to deliver outstanding service!! Engaging, personal, thoughtful, helpful and honestly I was taken aback. Sat on the floor as there were no chairs to be seen, Anne-Marie arrived with chairs! She is clearly well liked and our experience is not a one off as she had customers come to see her and engage with her. We never forget how someone makes us feel. In a world of ever busy staff who can't be bothered or haven't the time, what a pleasure. We ended up staying longer, spending more and having a proper Retail experience. Kudos. TK Maxx hang on to your talent or someone will spirit her away .

I often shop online from TK Maxx and return unwanted items at the Southside branch. On August 30th, 2023, a staff member refused to accept my returned boots, claiming they had a scratch and had been worn. He implied that I was lying but failed to show me where the scratch was. The boots were brand new and unworn, as evidenced by the clear condition of the soles. Later, I went to the Putney branch where they accepted my return without any questions. It's a shame that some staff members can tarnish the reputation of a branch and the brand. This incident makes me reconsider shopping at TK Maxx in the future, as I don't want to be falsely accused of lying again. The situation was very embarrassing!"

Poor quality of product and service, went to change a faulty item but did not have the receipt since it was a gift, cashier suggested to call customer service to track the receipt. I waited for 26 minutes just for the agent tell me that I have to wait 24 hours so the receipt can be visible in the system. Did the cashier know that?? If not, she should know, please provide appropriate training to your staff. If she knew then she should tell me so I would not waste time waiting for 26 minutes on the line to reach customer service. Be mindful if you have no passion for your work there are a lot of people in need of a job, so serve your customer with the correct energy.

Horrid. I was targeted by “security” and the staff for no reason at all. The “security” just like to act big with there earpieces and body cams. They’re not special. The cashier seemed nice but then added to the issue and then disappeared after I’d paid when I still needed her help. She couldn’t even come back and look me in the eye. They’re disgusting. First and last time going in this wretched store. I’m not spending anymore of my hard earned money in that store. I may just boycott TK Maxx altogether. That was so ridiculous. They’re not subtle at all! They deserve a minus star score.

Decent store with a good selection of designer labels, got a couple of nice shirts and Tee's here, however some of the staff at the tills are poorly trained. I had some TK Max vouchers that I tried to use, and the assistant had no idea how they worked. She just scanned it at the till and asked me to to use my credit card. When I did all the money was taken from my credit card and not the voucher. She was rather clueless and unhelpful. Tk M, Xmas is coming and people will have vouchers, please train your staff on how they work and how to be helpful.

TK Maxx store was always my favourite or go to places but for a year now after lock down started it's no way near as good as it was. High street Kensington is still good and the one near Bank station. But I really don't like the Oxford street store there is no control at all in that store loads of people and no masks on even if there not exempt. Putney and wandsworth are still ok but they don't have the best products anymore like they used to.

Very rude manager, very unpolite raising her voice and beening extremely un proffesuonal. I find her manners towards the clients very low grade. Whom ever is been in charge for her role - she needs to be sacked or organising the shelves. Never seen such attitude of manager in my life. I had a bit of confusion she was not helpful and did not sort out an issue just made it worse. Such people should not do a job like that. Please fire her.

Waited 20 minutes at Click&Collect. When no one showed up I went to ask one of members of staff that was on a shop floor for help and she just looked at me and WALKED AWAY. I don’t get attitude of people working there, they all look so miserable and not helpful at all (yes I know it’s around Christmas time and it tends to be crazy I used to work retail as well however it’s not an excuse for rude behaviour on their part).

Bought a plus-size coat, and some Ralph Lauren tea towels! (Could've spent more?!). They even do poo bags......and Guylian chocs?! (Annoyingly near the till to make you spend more?!). They know EXACTLY what they're doing you know, to make you part with every bit of cash they can......crafty beggars?! (Don't blame them after covid though) #supportthehighstreet. Enjoy the bargains!

Great shop with a good selection of clothes and other household goods. It's a bit of a jumble sale, but if prepared to spend some time looking then bargains are definitely there to be found. Ranging from the budget end right up to designer clothing, there's something here for most people. Stock is always changing too so worth going g back periodically.

After purchasing a pair of glasses in Clapham TKMX and told I could pick up a hard case in Wandsworth, they then refused as the glasses I had did not match the brand of the box they had, despite the fact none of the glasses in the store matched that brand. A ridiculous rule I've never heard of before in any store! Wasted trip and unhelpful staff!

Good deals, you get pretty much everything from food to make up, women clothing, sports equipment, electronics and upstairs homeware and kids clothing, men’s clothing and shoes. They sell high companies for smaller prices. Staff can make you wait and waiting takes long here, there is an exit into the mall and one to the outside.

I used to like this TK Maxx. Whenever I'd visited the shop I always bought something. For sometime now if I want to buy something I go to Hammersmith brunch because it is a way better stocked. The shop itself is nice and spacious and this perhaps small but important detail transforms shopping into pleasant experiance.

As far as TK Maxx stores go, the Wandsworth branch is one of the nicer ones. It is airy and there is room to move around. The cosmetics and beauty area, usually the messiest area in any TK Maxx, was actually quite clean when I visited. Adjoins the shopping centre so it's very convenient.

Had a terrible experience with the cashier named Ann Marie. Very rude she tried to infer that I switched a a £16 ticket for a £25. Even though the number on the receipt matched with the ticket. After a good 10 mins, she into then refunded my money back. Didn't receive any apology.

Absolute disgrace. And they breached the consumer law by refusing to give me my refund. Rude woman at the till claiming to be the manager turned her back on me and refused to provide a name. Customer service is extremely poor. Had to travel to Clapham junction to get sorted out.

The fitting room need a good clean here...so dirty and dusty, almost every time I go there to try dome clothes, I get dirt on my socks, and is very anoying The store is quite messy , and not organised at all Definitely need some work to be done …

EXCELLENT customer services by the store manger Mr Jahan and young asst manager ....very patient and helpful with efficient communication to resolve the issue . Well done i must say it was the same level as you been served as customer in John Lewis .

This place is a chaotic mess. I did not feel like staying for long to want to shop anything from here. Not enough room to get through if even a single person is checking something. I did not bother going to the first floor and was in and out quick.

Really good shop, has pretty much all you need in 20-50% off on usual Retail price. You can actually find really good offers if you search throughly. Make sure you separate 1-2hr. So.much better, when you shop without being rushed for time.

There is a race for the staff to stack shelves right? That's a question. It's just so... Disorganised, but in a logical way. It's art, done by someone with uncontrollable shaking. I can guarantee you'll find something to buy you don't need.

Don't bother buying anything. The store is so poorly run. You won't get help if you need it You won't be served Don't shop here, it's a mess. How can someone run a shop so poorly? Are the staff even getting paid???

My experience in TK Maxx Wandsworth has been quite good. One lady at the casher has been bit nervous at the beginning (i wasn't sure what to do for an exchange) but then she seemed to be very helpful and kind.

Staff was amazing. We discuss the new range for Christmas and the manger was so helpful. He definitely understand the stores demographics and choice of products the company's sets to cater for their customers.

Great store and options. Shoe selection for average size female foot never great. Jovan (spelling) was the most helpful employee of anyone I've come across in the last 6 years! With cheerful disposition.

I bought a coffee percolator. It fell apart on the third use they refused to refund or give a for like replacement as it happened a month after purchase. Cheap tat without a warranty. Avoid at all costs.

It is a nice tkmax and quite big as well, but it is not possible to go around the home area when you are coming with a pram because of the stairs. It would be nice if they could do something about it.

Good enough, spaced enough to be able to look around. Had the pleasure to visit out of busy hours and it was a pleasing experience for me! Not as full of various items as other locations though!

Tk maxx are the best shops you can find. Nice brands, nice clothes although you need to have time to go through everything to find a real bargain. Super nice home section. Incredible value.

Two Exactly the same items in the store , namely a gold geometric vase and a silver vase were £10 more than the Clapham Junction one nearby for exactly the same item Weird .

Had to return several items in past few months including faulty headphones and coat that's zipper broke on the first day. Avoid if your buying anything over 20 pounds.

A reasonably big store considering the location, the unit is pretty massive with lots of choice. Checkout is slow but to be expected. Good selection of homewares.

Good prices for the quality you get. Clothes are really arranged by size so expect to see so many designs. This one has a home part so you can get pots and vases.

It's excellent for what it is, a sort of giant outlet store. A rummage usually brings forth surprising bargains, such as a tin for making a traditional pork pie.

Decent collection of brands. Women's and cosmetics on ground and Men's, children and home on 1st floor. For a good bargain you need to spend time in the shop.

Tx max are usually good and although it is not always easy to know what items they will have they usually have some attractive items and often at good prices.

I'm always gonna rate a TK Maxx 5 stars. Decent quality products for really great prices. This particular shop has a wide range of clothing and accessories.

TK Maxx used to have a decent range of brands earlier and with good prices but recently the variety has deteriorated while the average prices have gone up

Good place to shop with lots of varieties. Only apparel section is a messed up. It's in every TK Max store. It's not easy to find a proper size dress.

Found some summery bath salts.... Strawberry and watermelon and mango and kiwi, they smell delicious. Bought them for my granddaughter who loves baths

Clothes here seem to be made from independent machinests.I feel checks are not made as some clothing comes undone at stitching level.plus overpriced

TK Maxx is great. Clothes can be a bit hit and miss and is likened to a jumble sale. Search hard enough and you will find some gems though.

You can get spoilt with choices here, you can find everything for all ages, I am always pleased with my shopping bag when I shop at TKMaxx
