Amazing customer service, I was assisted by an employee named Roy - he was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole encounter. I bought a full-length mirror, he helped with carrying it in store and gave me lots of tips on how I should store it in my car. He definitely deserves a raise!!

TKmaxx opened at churchill centre today. It was very crowded and a lot of staff were there to help. Staff were nice, great customer service. They have decent prices on branded products. Similar to kmart but better brands with better deals. Will advice to visit at quiet times for better experience.

Management is appalling. A lady named Juliana assisted me with an issue and was very rude and passive aggressive. Definitely in need of some better managers. They also have a habit of selling broken items or items with things missing or clothes ripped, dirty etc. Do not recommend.

I went into TK Maxx at the Churchill Centre yesterday, 19th June. From the moment my friend and I entered the store. We felt like we were being watched and followed by store detectives, which made my trip to this store for the first very hard to enjoy.

Decent range of women’s & kids clothes & accessories, and various homewares. Small range of men’s clothes, even smaller range of men’s shoes, and next to no men’s accessories. There is also a very limited range of clothing & shoe sizes for

Changed my mind about this store. Has so many options for everyone. Bought a gorgeous guess bag for $49.95 which absolutely love. Looked at dresses for a cocktail ball. Was surprised so many options and comparable retail prices.

Shopping with my sister, the store contains a large and varied amount of stock. Purchased a pair of jeans that were made from recycled plastic bottles and recycled materials, unbelievable but great fitting jeans.

Lots of variety with lots of bargain buys and named brands too. Almost the higher end to quality. Don’t expect any on floor assistance from staff but the counter queues move swiftly.

I gotta say this shop has a good brand of some luxury items, bags, clothing and accessories also home accessories and small furniture. Good customer service and helpful staff.

Went to the shop after work (5pm) and had plenty of time to search for a suitable jacket. Found and bought a lovely black Michael Kors.

I do enjoy shopping here but I get easily carried away lol. The candle aisles get me every time. I'm a sucker for them.
