Worst experience @ Al futtaim BYD.The sales person was showing his arrogant attitude and denied us from having a test drive and left at once.we are waiting so long for him to return but another sales person came named Ahmet.He said jst wait a bit ll arrange for test drive but again the old sales person came and stopped him from giving a test drive.But two of their cars for test drive was just kept in their parking.we never expect this from Al futtaim group.we are ill treated and indirectly throwed out of the showroom.very much disappointed with their basic service of valuing a customer.

Byd offers an excellent opportunity in the electric vehicle realm. The car purchasing process was highly satisfying. As a newcomer to EVs, Al Futtaim facilitated a smooth transition into the world of electric driving. I must highlight Ibrahim's role as the handover advisor. He possessed extensive knowledge about the Atto 3 and devoted around 45 minutes to comprehensively explain every facet of the vehicle. Many thanks to Ibrahim, the go-to expert for electric vehicles.

I bought my first ever car, Atto 3, 2 months ago.
