One of the worst dining experiences. We went on Dec 25th (8 persons incl two kids). Right from the beginning, we had a bad experience. We asked for a baby chair, they said they don't have it. Then we took a bar chair instead to sit the babies. We asked for a drought beer (which was present in their menu). But no drought beers were available. Only a few beers were available from the menu. So we ordered Bud Magnum which literally tasted very sweet. When we complained they said that's how it tastes. Foods were not that great as well. Mexican taco salad - capsicum was the main ingredient and lettuces were not fresh. The milk shake has the taste of drinking milk with some added sugar. Only food we liked was dry chilly chicken. The attitude of the manager is too arrogant and harsh. No respect for the customers. Finally, the ambience also not great. And the toilet, OMG! One room per women and men. Prices are exorbitant. What they offer is not value for this exorbitant cost. When you have better options around like OIA, Geist,in terms of ambience, good food and cost, please never go for this. NOT RECOMMENDED. Had I got a choice, I would have given '0' star.

I visited this place with my family on an evening. The restaurant ambiance is world-class with great sound systems and interiors. The restaurant has a fusion kitchen with an open bar that is beautifully laid out for the customers to watch the bartenders doing their magic making those wonderful drinks. We ordered oreo milk shake for the kids. They loved it and my trouble was keeping them to one glass for the rest of the evening. The parents had peach ice tea, which was refreshing. The attenders were very professional and kind. They interacted with the kids and also suggested and guided us through our selection. Although they had a full house, at no point did the staff appeared to be in a hurry. Unlike a lot of restaurants, the cutlery was clean and in plenty. I didn’t have to go looking for forks, spoons or tissues every time a dish came to our table. We ordered some veg extravaganza pizza, chicken steak and chicken fillet starters. All of them were mouth watering and juicy. Kudos to the chef. Overall, we had such great time at the Groot and looking forward to visiting them again soon. I highly recommend this place for a good evening

Not visiting again ! Here are the reasons to give 1 star : F&B: More than 50% of the beers mentioned in the menu was not available. We ordered Budweiser Magnum( bucket of 4) and all of it tasted very sweet , could be probably because it was not stored properly. Chicken Ghee roast was an absolute waste of money! Vanila milkshake tasted more like cold milk than vanila milkshake. Alphonso mango milkshake tasted like some medicine. We ordered salted french fries and ended up throwing half of it. Chilli chicken and chilli paneer was pretty good. Service: The store manager's attitude was really bad. Had to wait in queue to enter the toilet , they just have 2 toilets , 1 for male and 1 for female. The wash basins were clogged and not maintained properly. Ambience: We were seated near the entrance , did not really enjoy the ambience.

The menu has tower beers- but it is only available on the menu and not when you order it. Ordered Budweiser Magnum- it was sweet in taste. Never in my life i have had sweet beer -it was gross. Except the chilly chicken there is nothing exceptional about the food. We went on a festive day- the server initially agreed for pay using swiggy dine-out, when asked to remove the service charge- the store manager said he has the right to not accept dine out on a festive day (the way he conveyed this felt a bit rude). We were 6 adults and 2 kids, spent close to 7k INR. Please only go here if you want to have a bitter experience to spoil a day, otherwise Geist downstairs is way better- both in terms of service and food/bev prices.

Marvel fans will love this place. Ambience is amazing and the food is great. The service is slightly slow but the food and quantity is good enough to make any customer come dine in again. Located next to the food court area in bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru. A good place to hangout with friends and family. The pizza options they offer here is my recommendation.

Most beverages on the menu are not available and those available are not great. You’ll repent ordering shakes. Ordered a mango shake with fancy name, came out tasting like a mango flavoured cough syrup with milk. Would’nt recommend this place. The rates on the menu are sky rocketed. Not quite child friendly, they do not have baby chairs. Staffs are trying to do their best, the store manager seemed an arrogant guy.

Visited the newly opened pub. What an awesome ambience this place has. The interior decor is beautiful. Coming to the staffs in the pub, they are very polite and courteous. The main attraction is the fusion cocktails and also the food. Loved it! Would definitely like to visit again this wonderful newly launched place.

Taste of the food is below average. Ambiance is not at all like what they show in pictures. Some dishes we ordered were very salty and some were very bland. Overall the cost of the food doesn't match with taste and ambiance. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Didn't have a great experience. Vanilla milkshake didn't have a vanilla flavour taste while drinking but, only had a hint of vanilla somewhere. Chicken ghee roast tasted just average. Heavily priced average spot. Think twice before you head out to this place.
