I never come back to this branch and will move my account to another bank if TD doesn't take this seriously. First of all, look at the reviews and rate of this branch. It talks itself. My story is: I went to this branch to do a wire transfer outside Canada for only $1000. The agent at the front desk started questioning about another e-transfer to my account (which is apparently from another Canadian financial institution and has nothing to do with my wire transfer). He said what is the reason of these two transfers! Ok, I understand, it is the bank reputation and want to know where the money is coming or going to. The question is these questions should be asked based on a reason. Not based on an arbitrary decision of an agent at the front desk who just want to decide in 2 seconds what is this or that. First of all, those are e-transfers. You can easily figure it out. You want to know the specific reason? You don't have the right to ask it at the front desk in front of other customers. I don't have to expose my personal life in front of other people. If you are really concerned about "suspicious" activity in my account and you figured it out in 2-3 seconds, take me to a private room and ask questions. I refused to answer the question at the front desk and the agent asked for the manager. The manager was unprofessional as the agent and did the same. I complained you should not ask these questions in a quiet place and the manager said the time I asked you the question there was no one in the line (it was just 10 seconds ago) and I just looked at the back and saw two people in the line listening to all these stupid conversation. I mentioned if you are concerned, ask TD bank to call me about suspicious activities in my account (while I am at home or in a private place). Then the manager said ok, I don't do your wire transfer and someone from TD will call you! She instead of taking me to a private room, was justifying her action. She right away set a flag on my account for fraud and I understood this after calling easy line right away since they directed me to fraud detection department. The flag was removed immediately because there was nothing wrong. Then I called TD line to file a complaint about this unprofessional confront with a customer. I am now waiting for TD to get back to me in 48 hours. If they don't investigate this, I will close my account with TD and all the present and future mortgages, credit cards, etc. with this bank and move to another one. Bunch of them are available fortunately. It is about being treated very very disappointingly with a bank you are dealing with for years. If TD is concerned about its reputation where the money coming going to, better to think more about its reputation when hiring unprofessionals.

A few months ago I wanted to deposit my pay check to my td account and went yo this branch.they checked my ID that shows my name is MuHAMMED .they asked a few questions about ybe check and told me it won't be available until it is cleared.i told them to check my past 4 years to confirm. I deposit the same company check every week.the manager said she can't do any thing until it is cleared.so I took my check back and went to the hazeldean branch and deposited with no issue..today my wife went to this branch to withdraw her money in her account.she did not have her debit card with her.but she had her driver license ,pr card with her.she was asked the code sent to her phone and of course her identity confirmed.then the guy asked this manager lady and they refused to pay the money.my wife was so upset and left this branch and went to hazeldean branch.they gave her money with no-issue.(november 10 4 pm)now i am asking the Manger how come you don't pay my wife s money eventjough she gave all the documents you needed.why is this discrimination because she has a hijab on her head and can not speak English fluently??.this is discrimination... i called the branch to talk to the Manger.i asked what is the purpose of refusing to pay her money.tbhemanager lady played the "why are you yelling at me" card I never raised my voice to her until she manipulated our talk because she had no answer...I raised my voice and she hang up on my face...they owle a big apology to my wife ..

I’m not surprised to see that others have had issues around credit with this bank. I wanted to sign up for a starter credit card, I’ve never done anything credit related ever before I needed a starter because my bank Tangerine doesn’t offer starter credit cards. My mom got one with TD even though she used to have terrible credit they approved so I tried as well. My meeting was with Charlie Lokuwaduge, horrible energy. He opened up saying automatically I won’t be approved for anything, which is not what my moms agent did with her. After that he said we can try but I’ll need additional documents, we just opened my bank account and left it at that. I emailed him with the email he gave me on his card and I never got an answer. Why is that? When I told my mom how he was my mom said she’ll refer me to her agent so I’ll just try her.

More than once I've had exceptionally good experiences with this TD branch, but today I want to thank and vouch for a gentleman named Mr. Osaze, who took the trouble to book me with a business account rep in another branch(it being a Saturday, where it's fully booked everywhere). Why it's special, is because reps at other TD branches, including my home branch, never took the effort to even look it up for me as though it was my job to find some available rep for giving TD a new business. This person is a gem, I highly recommend TD to hire more dedicated reps like him. I had to write this review to let other branches know that customer service is PRIORITY, not how you are feeling on a Saturday in -30deg weather.

I recently visited this branch to set up a student line of credit. I took a day off work, booked an appointment only to find out that the representative I was booked with could not process any application or really give me any information regarding the student line of credit (required documentation, estimated amount, etc) - he told me I would need to book another appointment with a business advisor… when I selected the reason for my visit online to book the initial appointment, why was I not just booked in with the appropriate advisor? Thankfully many banks offer student lines of credit, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Actually it's less than one star for my experience lately with small business section I have business account with them for 4 years till Today . In last 2 months I contact them to get appointment with the commercial adviser to discuss switching our mortgage contract from lenders to TD bank . The bank management after one month they brought me to the bank 3 times and get all informations they want and in every time they said sorry wait for a call within days for the appointment ,!!!!! Now 40 days past nothing happen .....pleas if any one knows Worse than Td management at Kanata Earl gray branch tell me pleas.

Unreal been with bank not even a month deposit 20 at atm couldn’t with drawl it. Deposit a cheque camera still certain amount back bill!!! Call number on back of card hour and half Saturday just to be put on hold to be transfers again. Today 2 and half hours was disconnected call branch can’t verify anything over phone but call centre can not sure where the Sense in that is. So have to try to make it into branch so my pay cheque is sure to be there and accessible for pay day. Starting to think moving to this bank was a big mistake. But this is just my 1 month experience.

Never coming back. Probably thinking of changing my all accounts to some other bank. 2 incidents. 1st- I visited to deposit cheque on Saturday afternoon and they denied with giving some reason which was not accepted and same cheque I need to deposit from other branch. 2nd - I signed all the documents and when I come after 10-12 days for pickup they said we never signed any document. Always going to these branch and you need to visit another to complete your work. Never waste your time to visit this place and think twice before visiting this branch.

Absolutely disorganized during covid. Worst branch by far. Checked in as I was supposed to... 3 people were ushered in without checking in while it was my turn. Whats the point of proceedures if not followed. I've been here 2 times during covid and both times staff at the door had no idea what was going on. You should be ashamed of yourself TD Centrum! I wish I could give zero stars. I'll be going to another location from now on. Its up to you to keep people safe in your bank and you are doing a terrible job.

They "forgot" to give us $15K in equity from the sale of our house. To make up for it, they offered us a high interest line of credit for 15K (what?!). In the end we had to amend the mortgage and pay higher payments than previously agreed to. Paying for their mistake!? Stay away. Far away. Almost two weeks later and we still don't have our 15K. And the branch manager just left for 3 weeks. YIKES. -- This branch is now refusing to update us on our file. Refusing.

I went to the branch and asked to increase my payment limitation, and they DID something for me. when i returned home and tried it again, i found the login changed without security check, and i could not even pay anything online! i called them back, they told me they just did what i asked, nothing else. that is a wired branch, do not wast your time and life here.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. came to this branch to log into my joint account at the ATM and was locked. to make matters worse, i saw them throw out the card (without my knowledge) and felt extremely helpless. they claim that im not allowed to use the card, although i signed multiple documents stating i could do so. thank you for making my day horrible.

Careless and no accountability of money which I would have expected from a BANK as that's what we trust them with. I would take my business somewhere else, especially if you have a small business that you take a pride and work very hard for.....I don't have time for "scanning error" and any branch/bank without a proper apology.

Terrible service.. waited for 30 mints and was not able to withdraw money from my account.. the teller was nIce to talk to but won’t help... staff at the same branch last year was way better and helpful.. Don’t think I will go to this location again..

There is only one guy on the counter Half an hour to get to the counter. Hire more staff TD. I pay you $15 fee a month for the last 10 years to receive a good service. Posted on Friday 7th of October 2016 at 12:55 while waiting in line for 30 minutes

I consider this my "home branch". Friendly staff. I've never had a problem with TD and they handle nearly all my financial matters. Very good at explaining things to me as I'm am the opposite to a financial wizard.

The manager Karen was very rude and mean, she wasn’t understanding whatsoever, and treated me very poorly. I even asked for some water cause I needed to take my medication and she refused to get me any.

Any bank that freezes funds for truckers should be shut down. They must support dictatorship. Sad I would advise everyone to stop using this bank at all cost.

It's a big branch.No washrooms, no coffee machine and no water fountain. Their staff is disinterested and as if they are doing you a favor.
