Worst customer service from management & workers. Didn't want to hear what i was sayings and just came up with excuses and didn't bother considering retaining my business. I wanted to deposit a cheque and requested some funds to be released. The teller said he can release a couple thousand and than a manager shows up and says he can't release anything. Right away i seen the judgment and assumptions in there eyes and head. Brown guy walking in with the large cheque and wasn't all dressed up. I didn't mind the hold on the cheque but i had some bills i needed to pay. I requested to speak with the branch manager, which i assumed will be able to help me out. The manager of that branch she had attitude walking up to me. She clearly spoke with her colleague and comes up with me saying "How can i help you?" you clearly know why I'm there. The branch i felt was extremely raciest, they showed "white people" more respect and the "coloured people" as if we were doing something sketchy. I can keep going on with what i noticed at that branch waiting for over 30 mins with only 1 customer ahead who was up with the teller. I stopped going to the branches and do majority of my banking online. I can't wait for everything to be automated clearly people have lost the interactive connection with people.

J'étais attendue pour un rendez-vous à 16h, et je suis arrivée avec une avance de 13 minutes. Pourtant, personne n'est venue me voir. Pendant ce temps, les employés de la banque se promenaient et allaient d'un bureau à l'autre, sans se préoccuper du fait que j'attendais mon rendez-vous. Je suis partie à 16h11, sans avoir été reçue. Cela constitue une grave négligence de votre part, et je suis absolument scandalisée par le manque total de professionnalisme et de considération que j'ai reçu de votre part. Je déconseille fortement cette banque, et je pense que les responsables de cette agence sont incompétents et ne connaissent rien au service à la clientèle. Je vous suggère de prendre rapidement des mesures pour améliorer votre service à la clientèle, car je suis sûre que je ne suis pas la seule à avoir vécu une telle expérience désagréable dans votre agence. He compensated me $150 out of petty cash because he was embarrassed in front of his employees for not knowing basic cheque cashing procedures. Ensure you get everything they promise in writing as they are not trustworthy or competent at reading TDs straightforward banking rules.
worst branch ever I am very disappointed in their services. I was asked to create a TD business profile and they couldn't do this one thing right with me even though they were not busy at all. I have to go back now and change all my other appointments which will negatively impact many people just because they could not properly enter my ID that I provided. I do not recommend this branch, its the second time they mess up with my business like this.
Depuis plus de 3 mois ma famille essayons de transférer nos comptes d'investissements à la TD, jusqu'à présent ce n'est pas encore complété. Notre conseillère Mme Zhao est totalement incompétente et ne semble pas se préoccuper de la situation, beaucoup de perte de mon temps et stress. Nous regrettons avoir choisi d'avoir fait le démarche pour aller à la TD. Je crois que TD a de bon produits mais évitez de faire avec Mme Zhao.
I woukd give it a -5 star if I could. Tellers are arrogant and lack basic soft skills. Don't even say hello. Points to the machine to enter pin, and ignores basic polite questions. Made a simple deposit never looked at me once or replied to my question and was talking to colleague the whole time. Take your business elsewhere. Clearly don't understand the td inclusive culture other td branches are renouned for.
WORST ATMS The off chance that the Drive thru atm works.... its filthy along with horrible touch screen sensitivity. 7 out of 10 times that i went off hours to deposit money in to my account the atms where "temporarily out of service" Long wait times Never seen more than 2 cashiers at the counters Only upside is...the staff is friendly.....cant vouch for their work skills tho.
One of the worst TD branches around. Disrespectful, unhelpful, and overall openly hostile to the idea of having customers ask their questions. I wonder if anyone is paying attention to the way the staff there interacts with people. I've just seen several tellers be awful to several clients.
Filthy drive thru atm, couldn’t read my touch instructions because someone had flung a liquid substance all over the machine and it had been there for God knows how long. When I couldn’t use the non-functioning drive thru atm I went in to use the branch atm, it was out of service …
Très mauvais service ,de toute les rares fois que je me suis rendues l'intérieur ces dix dernières années jusqu'à aujourd'hui ,je me suis jamais senti le bien venue, les employers au guichet te parle avec arrogance. ,et répondent, n'importe quoi .juste au suivant,next???
Tres decu de cette banque aux changements de politique radicaux au cours des ans. Ville Lasalle vraiment la pire succursasale avec Vimont. Je ne comprend pas aqu une banque laisse son image deterioree par de tels personnes. Daniel Johnson tres professionels pb
So much inconsistencies, one day i'm allowed to do something the next day I'm not. A viscious cycle of i get do something based on who working. The worse banking is supposed to be fast effecient but this place gives you a headache everytime you go. Stay away

I had the fortune of having my issue with TD bank taken care of by Andrew B. Been trying to get something solved for years and this man fixed it within a few hours of receiving my email. Highly recommend this specific branch.
I just moved into the area, and I had a really pleasant time with Karena and Ivy as they kindly explained to me about banking services that I had been approved for. They made my experience at TD a warm and welcome one.
The only ATMs that Ive found in the area that don't accept cash. The cashiers even expect it as I pass weekly. I tried the inside and outside machines multiple times. Super frustrating.
Horrible service, employees were super rude when I had a question about a withdrawal, spoke over me when I tried explaining what my situation was, never going to this branch again
