I've never cried leaving a bank before and hopefully this is the last time I'll experience such horrible customer experience. The teller at the counter was a lady without a name tag (which means she probably doesn't usually work at the front) and a British accent. I had to deposit a cheque because TD mobile isn't working and they wrote my middle name so I just wanted to make sure it goes through. She condescendingly asked me why I didn't deposit it online (like I was wasting her time) and proceeded to lecture me on how I can do this. Not only that she put my check on hold because it's from a new job when I really needed access to the money for the holiday season. Every single word was uttered with such a sweetly condescending tone (like hunny we're putting your check on hold FOR YOUR OWN GOOD). Highly recommended avoiding her and this branch.

Stephanie, whom I think is the manager at this branch, has been really helpful. She helped me so much from troubles. What impressed me the most is how good she is at customer servicing. Not only being professional with the rules and techniques, she also actually listens to a customer’s need and sincerely wishes to help. Overall, she is professional, calm and smart when dealing with problems. This is my first time rating for banks, because I am very appreciated and impressed. Know Your Customer - you clearly do not. They placed a hold on my wife's bank draft - money she took out of her own bank account from another bank. Manager and teller insist on holding when they could have simply placed a phone call to the other bank and cleared the cheque. Either way, both of us have been customers for decades with great history and sufficient assets not to have our cheques held. Absolute nonsense. Will be moving our investments over to WealthSimple. Update: our draft was cleared after 24hrs by the manager.

Awful customer service. First time dealing with TD in person in FOREVER because I use easy web and phone banking almost exclusively but my new credit card had to be sent here. Teller looked at my ID and told me she needed a “real” ID. It was just an out of province ID. Proceeded to make me wait like 20 minutes to simply pick up a credit card envelope because she had NO idea what she was doing. Rest of the 900 staff working also seemed to be just standing around talking to one another with a lineup of customers building.

I switched to using this branch because of the advisor here Gino Chen. I can't tell you how great it is to deal with someone trustworthy when it comes to banking. He is always prompt, and if he doesn't know an answer, he puts you in touch with the person who does. He has helped my family with our mortgage application, with investment advise, and account management. Truly a jack of all trades, and I will continue to drive here from Orléans because it's the best experience I have had with TD Bank. Thanks guys!

I would definitely try a different branch. I had a very bad experience with them. their manager was very disrespectful and not thoughtful at all. they lost some data from when I opened my account and they made me re-provide all my details and ID's again while blocking me from doing wired transfers extra. Because my driving license were expired due to COVID they sent me back home to get another ID. I would definitely try a different branch instead.

If I had an option for rating 0, I would. The supervisor extremely unprofessional, bullying and a clear harasser to people whose English is not first language. He should be lifting weights rather than working for TD. Have been a TD customer for 23 years, by far the worst experience. Never going to deal with this branch again because of this guy's disappointing behaviour and unprofessionalism. Will close my account with TD.

I couldn't believe how long I had to wait in line because every desk had a closed sign?? and from the two that were serving, only one was moving because the other one had two costumer service agents attending a costumer that didn't speak English so had to have the next desk bank teller to translate to the costumer's satisfaction?? I don't understand where this is going??

I spoke to a lady on the phone after my branch had gave me the number for this branch. despite being over 8hrs away, she was able to make me an appointment at the branch near me and she was the nicest person I've ever spoken to from TD. I wish I would have got your name, but thank you, you did not have to be as kind as you were! :)

Poor poor poor customer service! Every time I come here for banking services none of their staff members care about the long queue , employees do gossips instead of taking customers, even though there are 5 front end customers service representatives seats available, but I can only see 2/3 employees working , really disappointed!

I have been with this TD Canada Bank branch for 20+ years. The staff are pleasant, friendly and always helpful when I have questions. I have investments with them also, and my financial adviser is very knowledgeable, takes time to answer my questions, advises me which investments are best for me, etc. …

Manager refused to accommodate my learning disability. Apparently has never heard of human rights or being compassionate. Completely disgusting experience from a service perspective. Had to go to another branch to receive competent service and appropriate accommodations.
