I would give them 0 star if I could. Absolutely worst SERVICE since I have been with TD. Today, I went to the bank for the Bank Draft for myself which should take less than 5 minutes but instead because of the lack of organization was glaringly obvious. The employee seemed confused about basic procedures, which resulted in unnecessary delays and frustrations. It's almost as if they hadn't been properly trained to handle even the simplest of tasks. The guy called out his Manager which was extremely rude. She triple checked my ID and asked me a ton of questions liked I was a scammer. Overall, my visit to this bank left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. The service was abysmal, the staff was unprofessional, and the entire experience was one I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Such a humiliated experience! I strongly advise anyone considering this bank for their financial needs to think twice and explore other options with better service and respect for their customers.

Absolutely the worst service I have had at any TD bank. Not all branches are great, however, this one is pretty special. In particular the manager is a real creep - Ameer. And Sarah a teller or assistant is about as condescending and rude as they come. Ferna, is excellent and the exception to this group! I wouldn't continue service with this bank, after the way I was treated. They are sneaky. And very inconsiderate when you are dealing with a crisis. The only person willing to assist was Ferna. On a different day, I was in the branch and overhead a representative ask a colored man how long he had been in Canada, many of us waiting to be served and standing at a distance, looked at each other absolutely appalled by the lack of discreetness. If you must bank here, avoid Sarah and Ameer. Deplorable behavior.

Used their bank machine on December 18th. Requested 300$ atm dispensed 170$. Charged my account 303.50$. Guess bank machine was out of money Been chasing my money since. Opened a dispute with my bank to get money back. Crickets!!! Nothing!! Had to file a complaint with cfac to look into this. Absolutely ridiculous! Chasing my own money from a bank that made record profits!!! Ill never bank with td or use their Atm again. Update. After second investigation...TD paid me my money back. Guess they figured I'd let it go and walk away. 170$ reimbursed. Will never use their ATm again! Advise others not to!! Update: banking dispute closed. Td saying proper amount was distributed. Lies, thieves, cheats!! Avoid this bank!! Up

Could and should do a lot better! OK it's a pandemic, but I needed a certified cheque and even though there were only a couple of people in line; we were taking ages to move. When I eventually got inside I found out why. Five teller positions but only *one* adviser working. I asked another adviser (who seemed to be devoted solely to queue management) why so few staff and she responded 'everyone's taking vacation'. Come on TD, step up your game. This is a flagship branch and staff don't just suddenly decide to take vacation; this is known well in advance. I've been with TD for over twenty years now and generally find them very good, but today was so annoying I felt like finding another bank

Very rude staff. Found them to be dishonest and unhelpful. I would not use this branch in the future. Similar to someone else who commented on Sarah I agree, not a helpful person and was unwilling to explain any banking details and asked me to return another day when I had been asked to come in specifically that day. I am busy and don't have time for running back and forth when I need assistance with an urgent matter. Avoid.

I deposited a certified check in this branch . There is a tailor a younger guy with glasses and black curly hair. He put a 5 days hold on my certified check without my permission. The guy was very rude as well as his branch manager. Do not do banking with TD , their employees are rude, dumb and have no customer service. I closed my bank account with them.

Great service and a really pleasant branch. It’s more modern and better designed than your average TD branch. It’s not normally very busy, so you can get served quickly and the espresso machine is a nice touch.

I love the staff here, they’re so friendly and are super helpful. I feel they go above and beyond and are so personable, remembering things about me. I’ll go out of my way to come to this branch.

Poor customer service with respect to business banking. Broke promises to follow through on communication. Didn't action business requests in a timely fashion. Condescending teller and manager.

Extremely poor service. Very disappointed in the service of the banking staff, and their awful communication. HIGHLY recommend choosing another branch or bank. Will NOT be banking here again.

To be honest you guys are terrible.. every time you guys take withdrawal fees and they get expensive each time. Jesus why must I have a bank account and still be paying you guys..

Very different from other branches. I like the staff and atmosphere. Almost always no line and greeted by friendly smiling staff members. I enjoy banking with TD.

Someone stole my account and I went to this branch and asked them to block my account and they said we can’t but they actually could do it but chose to not
