I read an article today about the treatment received by Keshna Spalding in this Branch. It looks like the TD pr machine is on top of it, apologizing and cooling the waters but I think it's very important that everyone knows that the customer service experience isn't the same for marginalized BIPOC clients. Seems the money this Black customer deposits (more than me btw) is held under an unbalanced scrutiny. Heck, even other branches are less racist than this one. I hope there's an action plan within the branch to prevent any other BIPOC clients from enduring this kind of infuriating treatment at the hands of ignorant racists who think they own the bank, instead of work at it. I wouldn't bank at this branch. Not worth the risk if ignorance.

I left this location not too long ago. The lady who was there told me to go to a different location because I had three bank deposits from the company I work for and that was going to take too long. She said “We will close in 15 minutes, go to the next bank. It’s not too far from here. It took me 6 minutes to get at the other location and I was helped with no problems. The two locations were closing at the same time (4pm). So 0 effort from this lady for not wanting to help me with the deposit. Bad service!!

I recommend any who is BIPOC do not bank here. Recently went here to withdraw funds from my savings account and got the third degree in questions from the racist bank teller. She felt it was necessary to ask why I moved to Canada(I lived here for more than 30years), and questioned my name(which is ethnic to Ethiopia). What does this have to do with my account??? Disgusted and disappointed. SMH

Have been there for only one time. The teller his name is "Karim" was so attacking, speaks very loud with no respection for privacy. He needs to be sent again for training to know about his bank rules. Never back again to this branch. They are missing the minimum level of customer service and doing lots of errors.

I would recommend this bank to everyone! Knowledgeable and very friendly, Alex H. was the best and helped me out more than I could imagine! He made me feel that I counted, not like a number! I've been going there for 19 years and very happy with the service they provide!

You have to train your staff before but them behind the counter.. wasting my time with guy he didn't even know how to use the computer and he keep asking for help in every single step ..i had to leav this branch and take the risk to do it by myself online..poor service

I've used at least half a dozen TD banks over the past 4 years, and this bank is by far the best. Efficient and friendly staff have brought me to this branch only for the past year and a half.

These guys ordered a chequebook to the wrong address despite me double checking that it was being sent to the right place. They also can't even open their branch on time.

Don't waste your time or money getting a mortgage approval. Feliciano jr. Del rosario will make it impossible! He will pull the stops so your mortgage is denied. Avoid

Wow, my thoughts have been confirmed by the story I read in CBC. I can no longer keep my money with a bank that pulls this kind of unacceptable behaviour.

I went to this branch to open a line of credit. The person helping me was very kind and I was very satisfied with the service.
