I have All my accounts in here, business, personal, RRSP, RESP, TFSA, you name it. Long story short: - They never answer emails. - You have to book an appointment for the smallest thing (calls or emails are usually discarded) - if they say: we'll call you in the next 3 days, forget about it (you're lucky if they call you in the next 3 weeks, either for my business or personal accounts) the only way to show that I'm dissatisfied with their services is to empty/close all my accounts and move them to the another bank next door (Been a customer with TD almost 10 years now).
As a regular business customer, I'm always leave immensely satisfied with the service I receive here. The tellers are always friendly, helpful and quite frankly, better than all the other tellers at the other banks that I go to everyday. My experience at this bank branch even convinced me to change my personal account from BMO last year, and I have never looked back since. There is another TD branch less than a minute's walk from my house, and yet, I don't go there: I prefer to do my personal transactions at this branch.
Que dire du service médiocre de la superviseure Valerie charlevoix et son supérieur. La qualité de leur service est a désirée. Elle contredit ses propres collègues, ce qui prouve uniquement le manque de communication entre collègues ET entre les succursale TD. La qualité de son service est a désirer Le service alogique, déraisonnable reçue par cette superviseure nous fait douter de notre choix d avoir choisie cette banque depuis des année pour Tous nos comptes bancaires Osman Tarque H.
We received a horrible and poor service by this Salaberry supervisor, Valerie Charlevoix. She has a regrettable customer service, she contradicts her colleagues and it can only confirm the lack of communication between her coworkers and the TD Branch. Extremely disappointed by her customer service, not acknowledging long time clients. The poor and insignificant customer Service that she gave, makes me doubt about my choice of banking with TD. A customer that is extremely upset
Very bad service. This branch makes sure to hire the most inexperienced people to spend less on salaries. When their employees make mistakes, they blame the customers instead of taking the blame or even trying to find solutions for the problem. They are not willing to help by all means and will do anything in their possession to increase their profit even if it means losing customers.
worst service provided.when i applied a credit card from the branch of place vertu shopping center 3131 boul.cote vertu they were not issued . the financial service representative didn't said any valuable reason i think he is not much interest to provide me the same because i felt his attitude is like that any way applied other bank they were issued me very fast.
Waited 20 days for regular statements that some banks give the same day or in 3/5 business days. But unfortunately, some tellers dont follow up clients requests.. mentioning that I went 3 times to check up my papers Customer service supervisor is so rude, she has 0 explication when I asked her about the delay..
I was the only one waiting in line for 20 min. Only one was person was serving. But the rest of them were laughing and talking and only started service when the line was 6 people long .
Mess up my account and tell me" it's not my control" what a joke is that when they actually did wrong thing. Avoid this unprofessional bank

Worst bank service every. More than 1 month now and have not gotten my check for the house I've sold. Totally unacceptable.
