2 or 3 people there are gems. As for the rest, I've never been given such a hard time in a bank. And on more than one occasion. the keep changing the card rules, on a weekly basis. what really seems to be happening is that the tellers make up the rules and the managers stand by them. So they're not banking rules, they're teller rules.
Service was horrible. I have been with Td for more than 10 years. They treated me so bad in this branch today. 3 employees were looking at me like I was some kind of criminal.they seemed new staff . Manager was also rude. I was just asking for a rebate of credit card fees that they promised. Nothing done. I left upset. Unbelievable.
“Banking can be this uncomfortable”. Consistently the worst service of any TD branch . Manager likes to take over mid interaction in order to discredit and humiliate customers . Apart from one amazing teller the entire place is out of touch , rude and slower than the sloths in the DMV in zootopia. Makes you want to not bank at TD

Friendly and helpful every time. When I've been in, I've also noticed a number of interactions with seniors who come in to do their banking, and you can see the tellers know them and go out of their way to be helpful and patient. and ... if you are pressed for time, go first thing in the morning.
Exceptional service, the lady who work there provide me one of the best expierience i have with td. She went above and beyond to solve my problems and i really appreciate the effort she put in. Thus i would highly recommend this td branch and i believe you would have a great experience there.

incredibly bad experience there. the person who helped me could barely string a sentence together, the manager ignored me even though i had been defrauded and it was serious situation. i was there for over an hour and they didn't even resolve my problem. go to a different branch.
Asked the teller to switch my account from all inclusive to student account (no monthly free) and provided the documents. She confirmed the account was changed, but after a month I found out the account was still all inclusive and they charged me the high maintenance fee.
I had a first class experience today at this branch. Romtin P went above and beyond to help me with my banking issues. I can’t stress enough to his managers how terrific his customer service was. Overall this bank has been friendly and quick. Thank you all!
The service is terrible - Tellers often fail to carry out basic functions e.g. wires, deposits. Frequent visits are required because turnaround times on calls and emails is measured in weeks rather than days. If you have another banking option, use it!
