We went to TJ Maxx today and had the worse experience while looking at Jewerly. The employee there named Angela was extremely rude and had total disregard of treating people kindly. My mom was looking at some Jewerly and asked to see a watch and the employee Angela just started YELLING the line is "Over There" when she was literally just talking to one other customer. She could have just said I will be right with you or I am busy at the moment I will help you right after this customer. I also saw another customer come in to return a couple of rings she just purchased minutes ago because she realized they were a bit damaged. The employee Angela just started to interrogate and berate her saying that she never sold them that way and if she accidentally sat on the rings, when the customer repeatedly told her she just walked out of the store with them and didn't do anything to damage it. I have never in my life seen someone do that to a customer, and I later went up to the girl to ask her if she was okay. If Angela doesn't want to work with people and act that rudely she shouldn't be working there!

This is our favorite HomeGoods to go to. They have a great selection compared to others. If you find something you like, you may want to buy it on the spot because things are always changing as far as what they carry. Good prices here for quality items. The checkout line is combined for T.J Maxx and HomeGoods so it gets really long, but it usually moves pretty well and there are lots of items to look at along the way. Friendly staff here too.

A very well organized T.J. Maxx store in the area. Nice and friendly staff, well-stocked even during the 2020 pandemic, fast check out and several sales. The store has a great variety of brands (men and women fashion clothing, hand bags and acceseries, some home furniture, beauty and skincare) at a reasonable price. A great place if you are looking for gift shopping for the holiday. No dressing room during the pandemic.

Have you ever been told that you need to put back the clothes that you tried on?? I was. On two separate occasions from two different people. Never heard of that! Also the lines are almost always ridiculously long and the cashiers don’t seem in a hurry! …I will say my cashier was very friendly. The one star is for her.

This is a great store itself and they have been doing a great job sanitizing. The issue comes with the checkout area. It is so congested even on the weekdays that it's hard to feel comfortable and safe shopping. They need to possibly change their layout to accommodate the longer lines due to social distancing guidelines.

Huge lines. Was decent inside. Me and sister watched someone run Dow the road from there with 20 shirts 20 pants. Just a guess on count. Of course I didn't count the items he stole as he's running. Got away. Nobody even seeing this take place?? Other than that I'd shop there again. This was 10days before Xmas though

This is my happy place! My whole house top to bottom is decorated with items from Home Goods. I always find what I want in here from candles to throw pillows etc. The only thing is there's not enough cashiers available, this store stays packed. Other than that it's a great place to shop for your home.

I got the cutest sweater from here! I loved just browsing the clothes and the huge selection of furniture. This is the biggest tj Maxx I have ever been to! The staff was extremely nice and accommodating and efficient. The store was organized, clean and had a good selection! I will definitely be back!

The Homegoods section is awesome! Rarely do my wife and I visit that we don't arrive home with great values! Yes, you need to be patient, and I would absolutely try not to visit on a cloudy Sunday afternoon. But the cashiers are efficient and staff helpful, so that makes a difference!

I just received my monthly bill on mail i ope it it’s comes with rainbow colors. I don’t care what people think about it and I don’t have problems with people supporting rainbow flag. But that’s no mean you allow to make it part of my life. Respect people though and privacy.

I've been here twice now and both times has to leave without buying anything because the checkout line was too long. They had 4 cashiers with probably 100 people in line. The front of the store is filled with abandoned full carts from others leaving for the same reason.

Interesting place to shop. Lots of good deals. Some items damaged so you do have to pay attention. Staff helpful. If I do any sort of redecorating, I'll definitely check them out again. Checkout line long but they're organized and move folks thru pretty darn quick!

Good selection. Organized for the weekend. They were sanitizing carts as folks came in. My issue is a few people slid in without masks and some shoppers took them off while shopping. They're need to be more backing and empowerment for the rules to be enforced.

I love this store, but the cashiers are for both TJ Maxx and HomeGoods. They never have more than 4 cashiers working, which are always slow-motion. I have left carts and walked out when I get to the front and see the line switchbacked past the start.

Waiting in line for 45 minutes. Many of the associates just standing around not doing anything. Only three registers open. Came at 430 on a Wednesday. I would like to come here more often but I often walk out in frustration of the long wait to pay.

HomeGoods is my favorite place to shop. Love this place. I was upset not coming here sooner; needed bedside tables that I had bought elsewhere and paid more for. Should have come here first.

Great store, but hire more people for peek hours so people don't have to wait in real long lines on Saturday. The staff is friendly, store stocked well enough. I didn't use the bathroom.

How does dressing room close a 1:45 minutes before the storm actually closes? Not much enthusiasm at the register either that’s why the line was a 25 minute time and growing to get out.

Defiantly one of the better home good stores I've been too. Good selection and their outdoor area for outside furniture isn't bad lots of pots for plants. Good little rug selection.

Ultra long line but the line move pretty fast (10 - 15 mins line). I think this happens only on weekends though. So maybe come on weekdays instead? Good selection, clean store!

We do a lot of our shopping here for like birthdays and holidays. Some great deals some nice stuff. Sometimes the lines get long but just because their doing what we're doing.

It sucks that they always have such a small amount of size 10 and larges. But the employees are friendly and the Homegoods is large and well stocked.
