From start to finish they were professional, compassionate and respectful. Sarah walked us through the arrangements and different plans without the hard sell. We were given time to think and was never rushed. They arranged everything down to liaising with cemetery and church plus prepared the order of service. I was able to ring and ask questions and nothing was a problem. Very professional. I was also able to see my mum in the chapel without any fuss. Mum was prepared and looked wonderful. The day before Patrick's called to check details and all the drivers and pallbearers arrived in lilac ties (mums favourite colour) on the day. Everything was to time and ran smoothly. The funeral directors were always respectful and carried themselves with decorum at the funeral and Patrick was very knowledgeable and assisted me with everything. An absolute gentleman as well as professional. Everybody loved his approachable, down to earth nature. I would thoroughly recommend this company from the lovely reception staff, Sarah who co-ordinated the funeral and the drivers and pallbearers. They take away the stress of organising and arranging the funeral. Fantastic organisation and very professional.

I am sorry for not putting a poster on before the year was up on behalf of my family I want to say to t cribb& sons. How grateful you looked after us through a bereavement with the loss of our dear mother rest in peace with God now Emma done a great service to us all giving us good advice how to fill you going to go and went off with no hitch and the service was brilliant all of us in our way good say goodbye privately in prayer and in faults for Whoever lose their loved ones I was safe to go to t cribbage & sons now it's been a year since my beautiful mother passed away our lives are getting bit more strongly even though one or two of us has separated differently me and my sister has gone strongly with the words to go with her mother in the way we're doing all right or wrong ways of finding strength in God and Jesus Christ also a book is coming out very soon between 2019 through 2020 I also could be writing a biography and also putting my personal life back together I always say a prayer to my mother and when my quiet time thanks again especially lying on experience and understanding and love for those who go through the funeral and respect

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to T. Cribb & Sons for arranging my fathers funeral. Special thanks to Sarah who was extremely helpful explaining things as often as necessary, being the first time we have done anything like this, it was a bit daunting but Sarah put us at ease straight away. Lois was also great with the Order of Services, even though we kept making changes, nothing was too much trouble. The drivers and Pall Bearers on the day were extremely respectful, Paul who directed it was very professional yet still friendly which again made things easier on the day. One last thing, the Reverend they recommended, Derek Talbot was perfect, he met us the week before and we had a chat, on the day of the funeral he managed to convey exactly how my dad was, it was almost like he knew him. Thank you so much everyone for making what could have been a very difficult experience a lot lot easier.

I researched a few funeral directors and was beyond grateful to have had the best care and service from T Cribb & Sons at Beckton. I would wholeheartedly recommend them! Dave arranged and directed the funeral and down to every detail he was more than helpful and professional. I was very comforted to have him help make my Grandfather's send off - a very special one. In fact everyone in the company I spoke to; from Ray initially on the telephone at the Barking branch; Lois on reception at Beckton; and even accounts were remarkably compassionate and took significant time to enquire as to my wellbeing and how I wanted to deal with matters. They were also the most competitive price wise and never seemed to mention out of hours. I cannot sing their praises enough for my experience using their services. I cannot thank Lisa enough for organising my Nans funeral, from the moment I spoke to Lisa on the phone I felt so comforted by her calming ways, she listened and cared at such a distressing time, I knew this was the women I could rely on to make these difficult arrangements. A couple days later I met with Lisa and my mum to discuss Nans funeral plans, she was so welcoming and kindhearted, she listened to our stories of Nan, she put us both at ease and nothing was too much! we walked out feeling a little lighter! I cannot praise Lisa enough for the beautiful send off my Nan received. She will always be remembered and we are so thankful to her! Losing our beautiful mum back in March 2021, we choose T Cribbs to help us with the funeral arrangements as they had previously helped us with both our grandparents. As this was the first time for us having to deal with getting everything arranged and not having a clue where to begin, the whole team was fantastic in providing information of what to do next. From start to finish they was only a phone call or email away, and extremely supportive too and made the process easier to understand. Even the day before, i was called by the guys to ensure anything was in place, what time they'll be arriving and how the day will proceed. I'm very please to say mum had a wonderful send off, and thank you to T Cribbs immensely to all you guys for helping make this happen front start to finish.

I'm torn between the ratings here, because, on the day, the guys were brilliant. Everything else was shocking. The night my Dad passed, it took me over an hour to get through to Cribbs, no one was answering any of the numbers i was calling! My mother and i had to sit in the lounge looking at my dead father, trying frantically to get through! We eventually got through on a number i stumbled across online. The next problem, was the orders of service, that had spelling mistakes, and a poem that read she instead of he, making it extremely difficult for my daughters to read at the service. For a company that has been trading for so long, and even had a TV programme, they are only as good as you find them, and i would not personally recommend them.

I wish there was 10 stars to give these incredible people at T Cribb & Sons. I wrote an email to them; I will share a snippet here! Dear all. I just wanted to say from every one of us, thank you so so much! The compassion you showed, the professionalism throughout and how each and every one of you made such a hard time of our lives, so much easier. Please thank the other ladies for us too, without you all, we would never have been able to give our father the most amazing send off like we did. Take care & from the bottom of our hearts, thank you again!! If you want to know your loved one is being looked after, cared for and you want a professional team. Do not hesitate.

I wish I can give 10 stars to T Cribbs and sons. They conducted my husband's funeral about 3wks ago. I give thanks to Reda for explaining to us about the burial arrangements, choosing the casket and cemetery and above all the viewing in Chapel of Rest. Many thanks to Mark and his team for the provision of team of horses and carriage. The day was so beautiful and the four black horses with white plumes were elegantly groomed and looked so spectacular and I couldn't have wished a beautiful send off to my beloved husband. I would like to thank the lovely staff at Beckton branch. Especially Lisa V ,She made us feel so welcome and was very compassionate , as we had 2 deaths in our family in space of 7 months and although we was grief-stricken Lisa gave us moments of laughter ( something we needed) the whole funeral(s) was perfect from start to end..the quality of vehicles and horse drawn carriage was stunning. Also we had a man name Topper who was in charge on the day, he took care of us all, such a gentleman!. Including the other lads. I had wonderful support from all the staff at Cribb and Sons at a very difficult time losing a sister and brother in law with in 3 weeks of each other in lockdown. The funerals which I was unable to attend was held very professionally and I am yet to watch the video recording when I feel I am ready. We did the laying of the ashes which was also organised by them which I was lucky enough to attend they are truly the most caring supporting people each and everyone of them thank you to you all at Cribbs for making my difficult time easy to deal with. T Cribb were extremely caring and professional in how they helped us with the funeral arrangements for my dear Mum. They answered all our questions and arranged everything as they said they would. The cars were beautiful and Patrick the lead director on the day was lovely. He was very caring and took care of us during such a difficult time. We also did look at other directors and T Cribb were very competitively priced but money wasn't the issue, the way they cared and helped throughout the whole process was the most important reason why I'd recommend them to anyone else.

They have an idiot answering the phone. I speak perfectly good English . Despite phonetically giving the daft lady the details she kept repeating everything incorrectly. Was farcical at this particularly distressing time so I could take no more of her dimwittedness and terminated the call . I managed to find another company to help me and who could competently comprehend the King’s English language. Please, whoever owns this company get this woman retrained as your business may depend on her?

Black folks are fussy, but let me tell you, we approve T Cribbs & Sons Professional and compassionate, from start to finish. If you've been to a Caribbean or African funeral, then you know it's always massive. T Cribbs & Sons come in, unfazed, same level of service, polite, working with the family, guiding & supporting when family members want to carry the ⚰️. We have a big family, so we have dealt with them from London to Kent; the same level of consistency executed every time.

What can I say on. 30 1.17 we had to lay my mum to rest. From the second the 4 beautiful horses came, though our hearts were broken those brilliant young men at cribs done my mum proud. Was shocked how disrespectful other drivers was on the road, but with the most upmost respect my mum and the horses got to the cemetery in a send of she would have been proud of. They made her the Queen of the road. They are amazing. Could never find the words to thank them enough.

We buried mitch today City of London T Cribb handled it superbly in a dignified manner however the final stage of the burial was awful forks and Spades by the grave and a dumper truck dumped soil on mitch with over a hundred people present ..the sound was awful Why did they not wait until we had left? Arranging my mum's funeral was the most hardest thing I have ever had to do. Donna and her colleagues were absolutely wonderful and put me and my daughter at ease. T Cribb and Sons cannot be trusted. You give them a specific airline with specific instructions and they completely disregard it whatsoever and very insensetive to the plight of the bereaved. Will not recommend for reparation of bodies at all
