Such a wonderful experience to be the part of this project ... "Jungle ma Mangal" truly fits on this. Actually no one can imagine such a project in less develop area like Syedan Wala. Syed Babar Ali Foundation is doing a great job in providing quality education to the girls of village Syedan Wala and its nearby villages. First of all, i woult like to share their teacher's recruitment process. When ever the school needs a teacher, the school advertise through proper channel. Mostly they hire teachers from Kot Radha Kishan. The applicants apply for the vacant post and they are called for further process. First, an entry test is conducted. After that the applicants have to give a demonstration before the selection committee (selection committee consist of normally five members including PD project Director of Syedan Wala Girls Higher Secondary School, CFO of BSP Bulla Shah Pakeges Kasur, Assist Professor from LUMS University, the Principal of school along with Voice Principal). At the end, an interview of short listed applicants is conducted to check their communication skills and confidence level. Its not over yet. The selected applicants are sent to Ali Institute of Education, Ferozpur Road, Lahore, for teacher's training. They attend one to two weeks training on different subjects and from world class master trainers. Secondly, I will tell you how a student can get admission in this school. Its not an eassy task to get admitted in this school like others. Before admission process of students, I will like to inform you all that the Syedan Wala Girls Higher Secondary School is purely for girls starting from 6th level to Inter (in inter, school is hiring students for FS.c Pre Medical, FS.c Pre Engineering and ICS classes). Students willing to get admission in this school also have to go through an entry test which will decide their future in Syedan Wala school. The school is supervised by Syedan Wala Agriculture Form. The form along with the cooperation of Syed Baber Ali Foundation, provides all basis stuff to the students like free uniform, free books, free morning breakfast, free lunch, free educational tours and much more. Moreover, the school management with cooperation of LUMS University has declared that top Five students in intermediate (Pre Medical) will be awared free and fully funded scholarship in LUMS University. After the successful working of Syedan Wala Girls Higher Secondary School, Syed Baber Ali Foundation is planning to lounch Syedan Wala Boys Higher Secondary School which is under construction. Its very beautiful place. There is a school for girls and boys. College for boys and girls both for high study. An agriculture fame. A hospital is also there . I love this place.
