We used Switch Studio for 2 consecutive projects, both upholstered banquettes. Although the staff were friendly, we found that the owner, Staci, had quite a terrible lack of sincerity and poor attitude when it came to servicing the products installed. We also found that lack of clarity for details were thrown back in our face after the project was completed. The products that were built were lovely, and clients were happy, however when we outlined some issues with the fabric on one of the projects, we were told that we were wrong, and they took no responsibility. I found that Staci didn’t work to build a relationship with our design firm, for a long and lasting relationship. We felt we were treated more as an annoying client than anything. Quick to rule emails, lack of commitment and integrity, finger pointing and dis-interest in creating value for our clients when we had an issue with a product a year later. We were told to find a cheap company closer to us when we addressed an issue with this product. Definitely not a company to use if you want help growing your custom side of your business, if you work in the design industry

I have nothing but great things to say about working with Switch Studio. Staci was always quick to communicate all throughout the project, from quote to final follow up after delivery. We were given my grandparents old sofa, while in great condition was outdated, and picked a beautiful new fabric at the studio. We wanted to modernize the sofa and make it a durable family furnishing that would look great in our new home. Pricing for the reupholstery and fabric was great and included pick up and delivery in our area which was fantastic! We are absolutely in love with how it turned out. It looks like a whole new sofa! I can’t wait to show my grandparents when they come over. I can not recommend Switch Studio enough - will definitely use them again when I need something reupholstered. Thank you!

I rarely review anything but I saw the negative review and had to right this. My friend invited me to a workshop, I loved it, I signed up and have received the emails since. I'm too busy for most email so I rarely subscribe. These emails are short, entertaining and not too frequent. I told my friend they are A DELIGHT. I called the office once to make an enquiry about design services and the lady on the phone (not Staci) was very helpful and professional and I didn't then start receiving sales calls. So far I have never bought or ordered anything from them but am considering it.

Sheraden from Switch Studio helped us with the fabric replacement on 4 MCM dining chairs. Communication was always professional, clear and I could tell Sheradan had enthusiasm for our project to be completed well. The fabric samples came quickly, the fabric we chose was TOP quality as was the craftsmanship on the cushions. The chairs came home looking even more beautiful then I could have imagined. I have nothing but praise for Switch Studio for the incredible work done on my mid-century chairs. I didn't want to entrust such a job to just anyone, and decided to take a chance with Switch. Well, I can't be more pleased -- it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them! I have no idea how this business got ahold of my email address. She sent me spam email. When I emailed her and asked her to stop, letting her know that I had never signed up for the email, she proceeded to get in an email argument with me. It wasn't until I threatened to have her charged with harassment and report her illegal spam practices, did she stop. Buyer beware.

Staci was wonderful to work with - she showed me a wide variety of fabric samples to reupholstered my chair and the one that I finally picked looks amazing! You can certainly tell that the staff at Switch Studio take pride in their work and it certainly shows in the final product. Thank you again. I was very impressed with the level of service, and all the different fabric options! The employee was very patient with me as I kept changing my mind and going back and forth. It was very easy to drop off my chair and pick it up when it was ready. The quality of the workmanship was impressive. I will definitely recommend Switch Studio to everyone!
