I've been using this post office on regular occasions for 5 years &I've never been displeased with politeness good services from all counter &some other staff in there they are kind amicable helpful with some advices polite even when very busy sometimes there are of coarse queues thats not the staffs fault they have lots to do most of times taking in parcels dealing with post accounting office calls customer services when queues are on some days so much busier than others they keep check on everything thats needed to keep this sevice serving &customers served thank you all staff at swingate lane post office ⭐

A great post office. Always so helpful. After moving to the area one year ago I went to swingate, and was helped right away by Ritu the manager who helped me set up my drop and go account there and then, and Tracy who took my post in. Since then I go a couple of times a week to drop of my post. They are always helpful and polite. Honestly the best post office iv ever come across. The staff are just too lovely especially Ritu. A real asset to the post office. Thank you guys for everything!❤️❤️❤️

I've been using this Post office for years without any problems. But everything has changed when new person started working here. She told me not to print my labels at home, but to do it in p.office. Second time she told me, if I still printing my labels at home I have to go to another post office and she can't take my post as she is very busy on Mondays. Also she already sent some other customers to another P.office, because she's so busy.

The women with blonde hair ,I don't know if she is new or not She ripped me off.For a small letter, which can be sent with 1st or 2nd class stamp . Wrongly charged me with large letter. Costed me 9 pounds just for a small letter! Outrageous! Unacceptable .Please I hope you look more further into this.Dont want other people to be scammed like I did. There are people like this.Please be aware.

Such a handy post office with lovely helpful and friendly staff. Been going here for years and never had a problem. It’s only small, but perfect for everything you need. I like how you can queue outside in the fresh air until it’s your turn. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service, only care about how much money you spend with them rather then providing a Royal Mail service. AVOID THIS POST OFFICE

Terrible place to work for. Do not trust owners. Did not pay 4 weeks of my wages due as i had to leave job due to covid.
