We stopped in to buy a junior sized snorkel. Upon our arrival it was apparent that it was quite inconvenient that we were there. Then the salesperson told me there isn't such a thing ad junior-sized snorkels. I educated her that Finnis is the only company that makes them. She told me they don't carry them. I then pointed to a whole shelf of them. The icing on the cake, we were changed from summer league to club team and the discount decreased. I walked out of there paying an additional $5 because pur acct was changed from summer to club. The Thousand Oaks store used to be better but I haven't been there in several years. I will do my best to never spend our money here, even though it's local. Not worth the poor experience.

Went in there to look for square legged jammers. I asked the lady in the cash register where they are located, but she ignored me. Asked her again and she said she didn’t have any, and was upset that I even asked saying that she just has what we can see and never got up from her desk or looked at our directions when we asked. After looking by the briefs one last time, I found a few, however, because of covid we couldn’t try them on. No biggie, I get that, however they’re also not doing refunds so it seems a little crazy to me.

They sold my mother a suit for my daughter that was WAY too small. It cut my daughters shoulders and has left marks on her that have still not gone away an hour later. I went to exchange the suit for the correct size and they made me purchase another one. In their "professional" opinion the small suit that made my daughter bleed is the correct size. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! They are in business to take all your money after you trust them. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Went looking for a water polo suit, and they had exactly what I was looking for! I haven't played water polo since 2006, so I didn't know my size. Kathryn helped me, and she was super knowledgeable and friendly. She figured out my size first try, and it fit perfect. I will definitely be shopping there again in the future. Thank you Kathryn for your help, and the nice chat about water polo and swimming!

I am Not their usual competitive swimming customer but she was kind & extremely helpful. And extremely knowledgeable & gave me helpful information about my purchase & what to look for in future purchases.

Good customer service and wide selection. They don't have all sizes in stock but there is a dressing room to try on and get fitted and they will order any size you need.

Clean and well organized. Right now 4 people in shop at one time during these Covid times. Staff was friendly and very informative to us newbies to the sport.
