This review is overdue and I apologize to the owner for my tardiness. A good friend's mother passed away a few months ago and I wanted to get something nice for her funeral. It was a last minute decision on my part and after and after searching online and pricing selections, I decided to go with Sweetheart Florist and it was the best decision I made in a long time. Not only were the flowers and presentation the most beautiful one there but it was delivered in plenty of time and set up prominently among the other remembrances. I'm not just saying that because I made the purchase, but I had a number of people remark how beautiful it was. Pricing was excellent as well. I can't say enough good things about Sweetheart Florist but to sum it up, they are true professionals and that's hard to find these days.

In my experience, this place is terrible! The picture says it all. If you are looking to get any flower delivery service, I suggest you look somewhere else. ESPECIALLY, ON VALENTINE'S DAY!! I had given them an address and a specific apartment number to deliver to and instead, they leave it out in the open.. ON THE FLOOR IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING! I had asked for a refund of some sort or maybe a second delivery to compensate for the undelivered product. They refused! Saying "I have to run a business" implicating my problem wasn't important to them. Again, I repeatedly asked for a refund. Again they refused. I had to take this issue to the bank. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A FLORAL DELIVERY SERVICE. Shady business.

I live in Russian Hill and received a last-minute invite to co-chaperone a high school prom. Obviously I needed a corsage but figured I was out of luck on a Memorial Day Sunday. Each of the posh florists I called from Yelp was closed. Then I happened on this tucked away gem run by Kevin and his family. His wife whipped one up while I waited. This process seemed to take ages when I was in high school, but today I was in and out in 10 minutes with a beautiful, freshly made corsage. Fresh flowers, friendly, helpful folks. I love it!

My mom worked with Shirley to create a small bouquet and a boutonniere for a wedding ceremony at City Hall. My mom sent some photos and Shirley made us beautiful pieces that were exactly what we asked for! And at a reasonable price as well. Thank you Shirley and Sweetheart Florist!

Walked in and had a custom bouquet made for me within 10 minutes. Normally, I think you're supposed to order ahead of time, but I was in the area and decided to just drop in. The flowers were fresh, beautifully wrapped, and smelled amazing. I would most definitely recommend.

The best flower shop in San Francisco. They can fill large volume orders as well as small orders at reasonable prices. Their service and qualify of their flower arrangements are fantastic. Shout out to Elsa, Shirley, and Joey!
