On December 6, 2022 Sure removals was tasked with moving my two bedroom flat contents to a building no more than a quarter mile away. They started off okay then quit early on the first day said they would be back to finish off that never happen. A gentleman walked over with me went to a neighbours flat, loaded a box and took it wherever he was going. They damaged multiple items, but mainly my brand-new refrigerator, which I kept the protective packaging for them to use to protect it. Gentleman took pictures of damage. I haven’t heard from them since they never finished the job, and nobody has been in touch with me about the damage and what they’re going to do to address it. I think the most annoying and insulting part about this whole mess is, they tried to hide the worst damage by sliding my granddaughters picture over it to cover it up. Shortly after posting this review I received a phone call from Sure they didn’t seem to care one iota about the damage and the state they left my flat in. Just seemed a bit upset about the bad review. Well done. You had a chance to handle it correctly and you failed miserably. So that there is no confusion this last paragraph or so was added after Sure Removals replied to my original review. I noticed they’ve put my review in amongst a lot of positive reviews. Well I can assure people they’ve taken quite a bit of time to fabricate their version of events but four months later, they still haven’t called me about the damage. Done to my brand-new fridge freezer they claim the flat was too small and I had to unpack, most of my furniture has been left in the first flat. Where am I unpacking to? I would like to thank them for putting it in writing. The fact that a professional moving company would admit that my new flat was too small to even fit. My belongings in will be very helpful in court. so thank you for that people should know had this company dealt with the damage more professionally. I would’ve never had to put up a low rating and review. Also I would like to clarify that the picture you claim is your employee, taking a picture of the damage actually took place after I caught them hiding the damage and trying to just put the fridge in the flat and get done, not one of your employees, pointed it out to me as I mentioned before, you should have been calling about the damage, not the review. Personally I think this review and your response will show a lot of prospective customers what they may be getting into.

Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere! The movers did a great job loading and unloading the van quickly, kudos! It's a shame that the sales team let them down. My move was from London to Edinburgh (it's not around the corner). A quote was given on measurements of storage, measurements!!!. They didn't offer a person to come to the storage to assess. I was told that a video and pictures of the storage was enough, so I thought "this is what they do, they must know", guess what, they don't!!! To make sure I was going to get the right vehicle, I calculated the whole floor area down to the centimetre, after this I was told that I had a free upgrade to use the maxi-mover van, which I thought it sounded comforting. Well, it wasn't. On moving day, I was immediately told by the movers that they were not going to be able to load everything because the van can only carry 1 ton. I immediately called the office and they said the same thing, and of course, I was like, really?! you asked for measurements and now you are told that I actually had to weight my stuff!! It's your business to know for christ sake!!! Total nightmare!!, No one need this. What's even worse is that they didn't try to remediate, their the situation, their only solution was to provide another van which I also had to pay for!! No way!! I'm not responsible for you getting your quote wrong. So now, I have a quarter of my stuff left behind. I have a disabled child and a baby, whose stuff didn't fit in the van and now I have to struggle to satisfy their needs thanks to the incompetence of the sales/management team. It's a shame I'm forced to give 1 star to leave the review because they deserve none!! P.s. the review system flag that I was using inappropriate language, that gives you a sense of how mad I am with their service.

Fantastic experience the whole way through. Liam was extremely helpful and gave me a quote over the phone within 5 minutes, only 48hours before moving. It was our first time moving and I was very anxious. He answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind. The payment was very straightforward, which helped to take stress off. Alex and Christian helped us on the day, and they were just amazing! They arrived early, covered all the floors and took care of all of our belongings like they were their own. They ensured everything was placed safely in the truck and protected any fragile items. No one complained about how big or how many items we had, as long as they fit in the van it was absolutely fine. They even stopped over at another location and picked up more items for us. Once we finished packing and arrived at the new location, our completion took longer than we expected, Alex and Christian waited patiently and even played with our dogs. They once again, covered all our floors and took all our belongings out of the car and into the new house ensuring our items were carefully placed in each room. We had zero damages. They were honestly so sweet, profesional, and so caring with our belongings that it made what should have been a very stressful experience, a very enjoyable one. When we finally got our keys, it had been one hour over the agreed time. I called the office and Liam assured me there was no problem and I simple paid one extra hour. I couldn’t recommend Sure Removals more. Specially Alex and Christian!

Absolutely brilliant service from initial contact to signing off at the end of the move! Liam in the office was super responsive and really helpful. Customer service was second to none. I had called and got quotes from three other companies but no one responded as quickly and as warmly as Liam did. I asked for a specific time slot so that I could go in to my child's school on the afternoon of the move and see his school play- they called the day before to confirm the time, which was such a blessing (and it's something they're not usually able to do). On the day I was really stressed but Marius immediately put me at ease. He and Florian are a great team and as they cleared each room they asked me to check all was removed correctly (we moved from a shared house, so not all items were going). At the new house they were swift and put every single box into the correct rooms. I could not be happier and have already recommended them to two other friends. We used Christian and Florian for a houseclearance from St John's Wood to Southgate in North London. Christian and Florian arrived way ahead of schedule, they were very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and within 35 minutes all told they had packed and de assembled stuff ready to move the stuff to Southgate. Within 45 minutes they had arrived in Southgate and unpacked efficiently and effectively with no fuss or bother. They assembled the bed and the mattress in the second bedroom for us which was greatly appreciated. And Christian offered his help with anything else that we needed done but we managed to do everything ourselves. Without a shadow of a doubt we will use Sure Removals again and Christian and Florian really do care about the job and service they provide for customers, they both are very high quality house clearance technicians. Sure Removals couldn’t have been more helpful. An easy video consultation leading to a competitive quote from Liam. Not only did we use the removal service but also the packaging service, which was definitely worthwhile as packing with a toddler would have been a nightmare. Christian and Andrew arrived a little later than expected but gave us constant updates to their arrival time, (no fault of theirs but due to an overrunning job) once they arrived they packed up the 3 bed house within 2 hours and on the day of the move loaded and unloaded the van without any issue, they couldn’t have done more to reduce the stress of moving. Highly recommended and if we were to move again would use Sure removals again.

Very happy with the recent move by Sure Removals. Great and competitive rates - I got 5 quotes prior to our move and Sure was the most competitive (some quoted over twice the Sure quote for the same distance which we immediately ignored). They delivered our moving boxes a couple of days prior and gave plenty plus bubble wrap and tape. On the day, Bart and Miroslav were very helpful and friendly and loaded and unloaded our stuff efficiently and safely. Also the option to get in touch via WhatsApp prior to the move to discuss any questions, which is useful and avoids phone calls to multiple companies to discuss price. Overall great service!

I WOULD NOT recommend using this company. The removal guys turned up in a van which they had clearly hired from a hire company, & so they were distracted because they had to return the van back by a certain time? (the van had the name of the hire company displayed on it), They took a 15 minute break which then meant the job overran by 10 minutes & despite me giving them a tip ££, they then reported back to SURE REMOVALS that the job had overran by 1/2 hr, who then in turn decided to charge me for additional time, disgusted by this, WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I chose sure removals primarily on the recommendation of a friend in combination with a competitive quote and I was very happy by the service provided. Marius and Julian worked diligently and efficiently to upload the van in the evening, before setting off super early in the morning to make the journey from Berkshire to Edinburgh arriving next day before lunch. Marius’s team, supported by Florin’s team skilfully unloaded everything into the storage facility on arrival. The guys were friendly and professional and were clearly experienced. We chose Sure Removals to move us from a 3 bedroom house in Kingston up to Oxfordshire. We found their service very friendly and responsive. Should be called "Unsure Removals" as 4 days later we're still missing items from our move. We were told to expect packers from 8am, they didn't turn up until 2pm (no communication). We were told we would have a 4 man team of movers, we only had 3. They didn't even turn up with enough boxes and tape! We were told the missing items would be delivered Saturday, now Sunday, now Monday morning now Monday afternoon... of course, none of this coming from them, only when we ring up and they actually answer the phone... because they are not communicative at all.

Very impressed with Sure removals, it was an easy process from start to finish. Liam who dealt with our booking was friendly and knew exactly what we were in need of. He checked in with us from time to time which was reassuring to know that he was on top of our move. Silviu and Armando were our removal team and they were truly fantastic. I was super grateful for the help of Sure Removals. I had some large equipment that needed moving on the day, along with a last-minute delay of moving date from my estate agent, leaving me scrambling to find a moving service last minute. Hussien was so helpful and accommodating in organising the whole thing, and the team on the day (Stefan, Silviu and Paul) were so professional, considerate, and patient. Great company. Turned up an hour earlier than agreed and got to work straight away. They asked questions and had an understanding of how they wanted to load the vans the most efficient. They took great care of all our belongings. When unloading they placed every box in the correct room and when they had problems fitting an oversized bit of furniture up the stairs they found a solution and got it up there. Emilian, Andrew, Christian and Florian all made our day a much less stressful day and would recommend them to anyone moving home.

Needed to move from a three-bedroom house to a two-bedroom flat at short notice. Sure Removals responded professionally to my requested and quoted a competitive price. On the day, Marius and Robert, worked very hard to get the job done within the expected five-hour period. They were proficient at disassembling some furniture to get it through tight spaces. All items delivered to their new location and without damage. Could not be more pleased with the service received from Sure Removals and the excellent price.

Cosmin and Christian did a fantastic job moving us across London into our new flat! They were extremely efficient packing / disassembling the furniture in the old flat and unpacking/reassembling the furniture in the new flat. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality removals service. In addition I was able to change the agreed timing last minute the day before when I realised I got the checkin time at the new flat wrong. The pricing is also extremely competitive and reasonable.

We moved our 4 bedroom house contents from Hertfordshire to North Yorkshire. Liam conducted a video assessment and provided the quote. The team arrived promptly on our move day and worked continuously loading three vans. They travelled directly to the new address arriving before we did. All items were unloaded to the correct rooms as directed. They constantly checked in to make sure things went to the right place. Very hardworking team. Made the decision to use Sure based on the excellent response and information provided by Liam in the office. We took advantage of their offer to have some boxes delivered early so we could start the pack. On M-1 the packing service was remarkably quick (it would have taken us much longer! The estimate of the van space needed was spot on. On Move day the guys shifted us out and then back in with reassembly of furniture with great efficiency. Great service. We were worried about moving all of our stuff but these guys took all the stress out of the move. Liam was so helpful and got back to us about all of our questions in advance of the move. The day before Silviu and Armando came to help us pack everything up. Then on the day Florin/Andrew joined them to help us pack everything and move it. They were so quick and efficient and calm the whole day it made everything really easy. Silviu & Armando were very efficient & arrived on time. - they moved everything straight away with no resistance. - wardrobe was unable to go out so they suggested to dismantle. While i dismantle it they were patient enough to carry other stuff down. - on time arrival at destination and quickly placed all items based on choice of rooms. Overall very happy with the service. Couple of years ago i received same service hence I got back to Sure removals this time.

We were very happy with the service provided by Sure Removals who moved us from Central London to Essex. The interactions with Sure prior to the move were very calm and reassuring, which was good. The team on the day were excellent. We had several difficult sized items to bring up (including a tree, pictured) which the guys just got on with and loaded on the truck. We had a long move and the delivery team arrived before us and had most of the unpacking done before we arrived. I cannot speak highly enough of the work done by the actual moving team.
