I Decided to give Supreme Auto Care a try as I needed an oil change and I kept driving by and noticing their sign out front advertising oil change prices. The price for a synthetic oil change was extremely reasonable, so I decided to give them a call. The man I spoke to on the phone was very kind and took the time to answer all my questions even though I hadn't even booked the appt yet. When I got off the phone I decided to check out what their reviews were like- and they were amazing! Today when I went to have the job done, I believe it was Ahmed who greeted me in the parking lot and once we got talking, I was happy to learn that this is a actually a family business run by two brothers and like the idea of supporting local small businesses. Ahmed's brother Abdul is the mechanic and actually came to the front office to introduce himself to me before he started on my car- never have I been to any auto repair shop where any of the mechanics have done that. It's very evident that the brothers' customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to them.. They have just gained another satisfied customer in me, as I will be going to Supreme Auto Care from now on for my car needs and recommending them to my friends and family. I’ve been driving past Supreme Auto for some time each morning on my way to work, always seeing their signage. I needed my first synthetic oil change on this vehicle, and knew this was where I’d go. From the second I pulled up to the garage bay, I had a great vibe from these guys. I wasn’t aware that appointments were encouraged, and even though they were busy, they fit me in! (Thanks guys!) While waiting in the lobby with my daughter, we got to talking about some of the challenges faced when starting a business. Every minute of my experience with Supreme Auto was genuine and all around friendly. The guys that work and run this auto shop will 100% have me as a return customer for not only oil changes (which took no time at all), but any other auto services I need that they offer. I normally don't rate places. I have seen this place for a while driving by it. I decided one day to see what the prices were and how the garage was. I was very impress when I went to make an appointment they got to me very quickly and got me an appointment quickly as well. Anytime that I have emailed them or called them they were very helpful and quick to respond or get my car in to be fixed. The shop is clean and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Me being a women I didn't know what to expect. Very good shop, they explained everything that they were going to do and gave me a price before they even started to work on it. I would totally recommend this garage to anyone. Can beat the prices and how friendly the staff are! Nice job guys!

Awesome experience today. I've been on the hunt for a new mechanic since Christmas and I think I've finally found the right team here. Quite a few establishments seem so rushed and neglect or overlook things that you bring to their attention. Whether it's because they've got too much on their plate or because they just don't want to hear you out, it sucks. I may not be the professional, but I know my car! The gentleman today at Supreme had no problem listening to my concerns about an issue and ensuring I left the building confident that it was treated with care. The price for an oil change is also unbeatable. Not sure why I've spent so much money elsewhere on places I didn't even feel comfortable entering. Chill vibes and great service.

I was referred to this Autobody shop by my Dad and since I live in the neighborhood and always prefer to support small local.businesses I thought I would give Supreme a try. I brought my car in initially to have the tires done, and then returned for another repair. I was extremely.happy with the quality of service I received. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and helpful and take the time to explain things to you. They are extremely nice and seem incredibly fair and honest. I will be taking my two cars there from now on and I'm grateful to have a family owned local mechanic close by that I feel is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Thank you for such positive experiences!! To all ladies out there, this is the best place you can go with confidently and trust! While we were driving from Niagara falls heading back to Quebec, we found it out, I had the engine light on and had a flat tire. So the technicians at Supreme Auto Care took a quick look, and told me about the issue. They were so professionally nice caring and helpful! They proceeded with fixing both the tire, and they told me that your oil change + filter is due So they did that in a timely manner, and their prices were decent, with a friendly service. I love the little air-freshener too. I hope to visit this shop on my next trip to Ontario, and I highly recommend them! NB: you will enjoy the candies out there

My daughter and I contacted Supreme Auto recently as she had a noisy belt that needed replacing and I needed new front brakes and a wheel baring replaced. We were really pleased with the professional and prompt service that we received. The owners were friendly and both vehicles received service on the same day. We are new to Hamilton and it is a relief to find a facility, in our neighbourhood, that offers complete auto services and operates during hours that accommodate the needs of commuters. I would like to thank the gentleman who put power steering fluid in my car today and made it so i could make it home safely...i had almost no steering and he knew what the problem was and fixed it right away for me even after he told me he couldnt look at it for a few weeks...too busy with tires. While visiting my son in Hamilton (studying at McMaster University), I realized that his car was overdue for an oil change. I found Supreme Auto Care online and called for an appointment. After explaining my dilemma, I was told to come a few hours later. Oil change was completed same day! Their response time was excellent, their mechanic very professional and efficient, and their customer relations very courteous. I left as a very satisfied customer! The team at Supreme Auto Care was very friendly and helpful. I had to change my appointment time and they were always accommodating. I booked the Spring Special for tire change and oil change and it was a great deal! They charged a little extra for the oil change since my truck required extra oil, but they let me know about the charges ahead of time when I scheduled. Ahmed even went out of his way to help with some other questions I had. I will definitely be back...highly recommend!

This is seriously a great auto shop! There’s definitely reservations about getting your car fixed when you’re young and female, and it’s clear you don’t know a lot about cars; But this place was very transparent about their pricing system, didn’t pressure me into more repairs, and were super quick! I called, got in within the hour, and my car was fixed by the end of the day. And to top it all off, the guys who work there are so delightful and made me feel super welcomed!

I had several issues with my vehicle, which I communicated with Ahmed. I was able to drop my car off within a very reasonable time frame. Ahmed kept me updated, making sure to explain everything so that I could understand (car's are not my department). Ahmed and his brother and good humans, really nice and polite people. Great shop! I was traveling with my daughter through town and in a rush to find a good mechanic in Ontario to fix our fueling problem! when they took a look and found nothing wrong (it was our mistake), they insisted that We didn’t have to pay the evaluation charge. These guys were above amazing! It’s hard to find a good honest mechanic and this is one of them! 10/10 would recommend especially for ladies who dont know much in mechanics

Friendly and honest mechanics. I have an obscure JDM I really appreciate that they are happy to work on some things but recommend other mechanics for other things they aren't so familiar with on this vehicle. Since moving to hamilton early last year I’ve had a lot of problems with tire punctures due to unlucky road conditions. I had a crack in my windshield that Supreme Auto Care was able to replace for me. After the work was done they showed me where there was a big rusty hole and how they sealed up the area so no leakage would occur at that spot in the future. They take their time with clients to give an honest and wonderful experience that is appreciated!

Great service. Abdul is a fair guy. I called him and told that I just need to replace the front and back brake pads. He was very upfront and clear. He found that the front brake pads were good and recommended not to replace them. It saved me cost but I know that this is the guy that I will definitely come back to for next repairs.

Discovered my battery was dead late this afternoon. Got it boosted and was able to bring it in for a replacement without an appointment. Within an hour I had my car to them and reliably running again! I really appreciated the prompt and friendly service from these folks!

Just brought a vehicle I was interested in purchasing in for an inspection. The inspection was done in a timely manner and efficiently. The technician was very honest about the work that would be required on the vehicle and it was only $60.
