If I could, I'd give you cero stars!!! Please stay away from this company. When they are looking for you to become a customer they are friendly and helpful, after that you will never hear about them. They don't respect their compromises, they don't refund your money and they always find a new excuse to not refund your money. I'd waited more than 3 months to have a reply and when I called after several times, at the end they suggest me to find a lawyer if I wanted my money back. Inexistant customer service, lies, lies and more lies. Please!!! Save your time and keep safe your money and STAY AWAY!! Keep this in mind, If something goes wrong, you won't have someone for a face to face claim. You will only have a receptionist from India, telling you that she has to check something on your file before come back to your request. Today, you responded with this stupidity. Simply if so, where the initial conditions, we would never have bought your policy for the Super visa with you. They did not approve the SUPER VISA. They granted an extension to the current visa. Clearly, there is a refund of money. Because the Super Visa was not approved.

this a scam be aware folks, they work with brokers, you will not get a refund if your parents didnt get visa, company run by Indian nationals who operate from Toronto, when the broker get the money no refund I lodged a complaint through my bank to get refund still waitingcv

Customer service was good overall and due to covid, I had to change the dates for the policies quite a few times. They did it with no questions asked. For partial refund for 2 super visa it took them around 2 months. Only this part needs some improvements.

Before you buy everything is ok. Covid cause the flight cancel you will lose your money. Be careful your email title.this company only read the email title. They didn't read the email body. I will never touch this company.
