Horrible service. The driver put his foot in my door bc I didn't tip. I understand we all have fallen on hard times, but who are you to do that? I don't know you, you could be dangerous. This restaurant already gives 10% to their drivers for delivery. Unbelievable service. Then he's calling the restaurant to complain about the tip, but we stated that we only had enough for the order. We usually give tip but it wasn't the night tonight. I call back the restaurant to let her know what kind of disgusting service they have there, she tells me to calm down. I will not calm down when your driver has the audacity to try n stop me from closing MY door while I have my daughter in my arms even after we already paid for the meal. On top of that, the woman is telling him to take our food back bc we didn't tip. I have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 yrs and the service I got tonight was disappointing and disgusting. To make matters worse, the driver couldn't speak English well enough but he understood "tip" though. Def not worth it.

This evening I had ordered pad-thai with chicken, not spicy. I had expected the pad-thai to have a different sauce in it but it had no sauce in it. The chicken didn't taste so well either.In conclusion, the food was below my expectations.I ate just a small part of it because I was hungry and I'm pregnant. Honestly, I don't recommend you to order pad-thai with chicked at this restaurant! I should've asked for compensation or for another dish soon after I have tasted it but I gave the pad-thai to my husband because he liked the dish. I am glad that at least I got to enjoy the food that my husband had ordered: noodles with beef and vegetables.That tasted very well. I have tried authentic pad-thai in other locations of Montreal! Here is a location that has great pad-thai: Thai Express near Metro Sherbrooke!

I just ordered from here and 1st they forgot the beef and brocoli and when I called, the lady told me to "look in the bottom of the bag" because clearly I didn't already do that..? Yeah, it's not in the bottom of the bag... The food was horrible and a total waste of money but I feel ridiculous because I should have known that already. The prices are cheap and that should have been a red flag but I thought "let's give it a chance". Everything had the same flavour or no flavour at all and I'm pretty sure the peanut butter dumplings didn't even have peanut butter in them! Food and money in the garbage and I'm still hungry! Avoid this restaurant like the plague.

Food is good, but customer service is lacking when they mess up an order. 1/3 of our order was missing. We called immediately and they knew what item had been overlooked before I even said as much. I was told it was leaving the restaurant in less than 5 minutes (we are 12 minutes away by car). 30 minutes later, no order. Called again. Again I was told it was leaving the restaurant in less than 5 minutes. It arrived 30 minutes later. So an hour to rectify. Have to say it’s an unsatisfactory meal when part of it is missing and you keep expecting it any moment. Platitudes don’t cut it either.

I found the food to be better than the other two NDG Chinese restaurants that we have been going to...in terms of quantity and value. All of the ingredients are very fresh and the Won Ton soup was fragrant and delicious. We enjoyed the spareribs too..very lean with a non-watery garlic sauce. The lady who served us...Joyce..was very informative about the menu items and even though she was very busy this Sat. night..she took the time to explain dishes to us. We shall be going back... and I will be telling my friends to try this unassuming little place that is right next to CSL BBQ chicken.

I Gotta truly honestly say that ivan never ever eaten chinese food that doesnt taste like chinese food. The shrimp with lobster sauce is HORRIFIC. The shrimps were disgusting. SHANGHAI FRIED NOODLES WOW NO TASTE. CRISOU CHICKEN GINGER. NO CRISPY IN THAT. I would tell everyone to never ever ever order from this restaurant. TOTALLY DISGUSTING. And I dont write many reviews . But this one I had to write. Everything went into the garbage. You should honestly be ashamed to even serve this food.

We've ordered a few times, and we usually get the combo deals. But if you try to change one item in the combos for something that is cheaper than the dish it originally comes with, they still try to charge us an extra 2$. Also, we asked if they could make us curry vegetables once and they just said no and that they had no curry when they clearly do as "chicken in curry sauce" is one of there dishes. Even though there food usually taste good, the girl on the phone is always rude and they don't accommodate.

Delivery order took over an hour to arrive and then the quality of the food was atrocious. The dumplings in peanut butter sauce were tasteless. The peanut butter sauce was red and watery. The pad thai smelled of fish yet i didn't see any, just bland noodles and pieces of what i can only assume is chicken. Absolutely flavourless food that makes frozen microwave dinners seem like gourmet food. I write this review in the hopes of warning others NOT to order from this restaurant.

Okay service, mediocre food, bad table setting and creepy atmosphere. Last time I was there they only had forks and no chopsticks set at every table and no good condiments set for you on the side, a very whitewashed table setting. The menu was strangely varied and disorganized, so I wonder how they keep a hundred dishes' ingredients stocked when they have so little business coming through. It was dusty and dark to cover up the dustiness. Looked sketchy, still looks sketchy.

Ordered delivery from Super Noodles and it took 1 hour and 25 minutes from the moment I placed the order for the food to arrive at my house. Once the food arrived there was no sauce which made the beef very dry and the rest of the dish had almost no flavour. I was very disappointed with the meal and when I called to ask what could be done the Manager of the store started yelling at me that I was wrong at fault. Very disappointing.

FOOD IS NOT FRESH! I used to like this restaurant but it happened too many times that at least one item in my combo tasted old or off, I can tell since I always order the same one. Today the chicken in the fried rice tasted old, the chicken Soo guy was hard and dry, egg rolls aren't crunchy but soft as if they'd been reheated, brocoli was old and the wonton weren't fresh either. That's it for me I'm done with this place.

The delivery took so long. We ordered the peanut butter dumpling (spicy), house special fried rice and shrimp with lobster sauce. The dumpling sauce is red so you would expect for it to be spicy as it says on the menu, but, it doesn't taste spicy nor peanut butter-y at all. Fried rice was ok, a little bland for my taste but the shrimp with lobster makes up for the blandness as the sauce was really salty.

Always super pleased with this place. It is our go-to Chinese place even though it’s out of our area. Portions are always generous. Our tried and trues - peanut butter chicken with crispy spinach, Cantonese chicken chow mein, General Tao chicken and chicken fried rice never disappoint!

The service is fast, and the food is good. They sell good Chinese food, but dont be expecting some baton rouge quality because I gave 5 stars, they just do everything right for a Chinese restaurant. Not expensive too, really a go to place if you want a quick lunch or tryna go to a quiet resto with your S/O.

Food was delicious- but order arrived very late- I ordered at 6:07 pm online and received it at 7:45 pm. They said it would take 45min-1 hour. I had to call 2 times , and they apologized that they have only 1 driver! This has happened the last time I ordered , it took almost 2 hours also.

I ordered many time at this restaurant and I have only food things to say about them, good portion, good flavor, fast delivery, fresh and hot eveytime I get our foodmy favorite is the beef broccoli or the fried chicken DELISH, finally the prices are reasonable .... …

It's decent chinese food for a decent price. There aren't that many good alternatives around so I generally go for this one. Their General Tao chicken and their Pho's are good in terms of quality and quantity for their respective prices.

Used to order a lot from this place and it was fine , good portions and tasty .however over time , i would get stomach aches after every meal , mostly fried food from there . Stopped ordering.

I have been supporting this place for quite some time, it is pretty nice. Most of the items on the menu are delicious. #25 and Tofu are my to-go choices. My experience has been positive so far ordering only deliveries.

not expensive , GREAT service... though the pad thai was missing some essentials...no bean sprouts, lime slices, chive or peanuts? Next time I go I'll ask them what the ingredients for this dish are before ordering

We always order from here. Today is the 26th of December 2022. The food showed up and it was delicious as always. We also ordered this the day before Christmas Eve as well. It's kind of a family tradition :)

General Tao sauce is amazing, so the vegan general tofu is outta this world. 5 stars because it’s the best of all the Chinese restos in that part of the area. Definitely recommend the general Tao!

Ordered almost the whole menu off of Uber eats for a huge meal, everything was super low quality, and will end up in the trash, so many places better places to order from.

So its been 2 hours since i placed my order and its still not here. And when i called they said its really busy and the guys on his way, that was 30 mins ago. Not happy.

I am not impressed. Too often I am disappointed with my order, and every time, its "next time". There will NO LONGER be a next time. Awful quality, awful service!

Our go-to Chinese place. They do their own delivery and the tasty food just hits the spot. Get the chicken balls.

It has pretty good general Tao, and the hot and sour soup is pretty good. They do not have that many deals though.

I order from there occasionally and am always pleased their meals, the chicken fried rice always fresh.
