I used Sunrise Coin Laundry yesterday, 10/02/2023. I have been searching for a laundromat that takes debit or credit cards. This one advertised that it did, BUT it requires that you download an app and then use a card to fund the app so you can connect to the machine via your phone. A bit cumbersome, so I didn't partake of this. I brought $10 worth of quarters. The machines all appear new. I was assisted by a very nice lady attendant and she was most helpful, courteous and professional. I had several large carpeted runners that I use in my bathroom. They are long rugs that are heavily weighted and they needed washing. The laundry has large capacity washers that will hold 60 pounds worth of clothes or other items. This was more than enough capacity and I was pleased with this because I could easily put all these rugs in one machine. The washer seems new and it did a great job of cleaning my rugs. Drying was cheap and effective as well. Overall rating: 4 stars. I will return, and I recommend this laundromat for your cleaning needs. Recommendation to management: Use a form of contactless payment like a chip enabled debit or credit card. Downloading another app is time consuming and cumbersome.

Here are prices as of June 2022, the 30 lb washers are 4.25, 60 lb. Washers are 7.25, top loader washers are 2.50 (There's only 7 of these) Dryers are 1.25 for 30 minutes on the top ones and they add 2 minutes to the bottom dryers which is quite nice! I must say that this is a really high tech place for this part of town, don't get me wrong I'm glad the new owners are making it nicer and all, but i would of likes some more smaller machines, it's a great place to dry comforters and bedding but not so much for regular clothing unless you're planning to stick it all on one large washer. The clothes do come out with very little water residue from the washer so mabe the preset 30 minutes on the dryer is all that's needed but I'm able to add coins if need be. Very clean place and wifi is available. Large screens to show which washer and dryer is available/done/in use/error. Make sure your dryer is set to high or low if that's how you want it cause it's defaulted at Medium.

Our washer machine broke and we had large amounts of laundry to do! I took some time to find a laundromat near our home with good reviews and found Sunrise Laundromat. A gentleman approached me (I think he’s the owner) as soon as I walked in and I asked him for help as I wasn’t sure what the process was (wait in line, freely roam and find a washer/dryer, etc etc) He helped me carry my stuff and showed me the different options of washers to use. He was quick, detailed and friendly! He also exchanged my cash for coins and was able to give me an idea of how much I would need based on the amount of laundry I had and what machines I wanted to use. The machines are fast and easy to use. My laundry came out clean and I spent a total of 1 and a half hours there. The owner even gave me a bottle of cold water to drink as I sat and waited. I will definitely be back should our washing machine have any issues at home!

The people working there always seem to be fairly nice and cordial and polite the machine seem to be clean the price is a little bit I think above-average in the valley but it is clean and safe the only problem I have is the water is barely ever anything above teppid. I wouldn't even call it lukewarm most the time so if you got a lot of whites that you're doing or a lot of heavy duty work clothes or heavily soiled work clothes it's almost impossible to get them truly clean with the cool water and as far as I can tell the machines don't have a pre wash setting or an extended wash setting or an extra rinse. Which is also a drawback but again clean safe polite employees all make up for a lot of problems if it's just doing some bedding or clothing that slightly soiled then it's alright

I was disappointed. When I see average reviews over 4.0 I definitely expect more. What I observed was a collection of crowded, broken down old machines that are being kept running longer than they should. The prices are reasonable but the driers needed many extra quarters and one large washer was definitely not 100 per cent. The aisles are narrow and there isn't much space for folding. The whole place is run down and I don't think it can be thoroughly cleaned without a complete remodel. The only good thing I can say is that the attendant was helpful and friendly. I won't be back. I know how much better I can do.

Need Assistant: I haven't been to Sunrise Coin Laundry yet. I was just wondering is there someone there at the laundromat to help people needing help? I'm a senior citizen and not PLEASE WITH MYSELF with trying to figure out which washer/dryers to use for regular loads and blankets/comforters, much it costs, etc. Do I needs to brings $40 in quarters? Don't get me started on something about rewards. I have no idea how that works. Any help will be appreciated and thank you!!! Will update when I do go.

I went to this place based on the reviews and I was very pleased. The owner (I think he was the owner), Naril, was extremely helpful and friendly. He showed me how each of the machines worked and recommended which washers and dryers to use based off of what I was washing. He even gave me a discount because it was my first time there. I washed and dried 16 loads of laundry in an hour and a half and bought the place's detergent and fabric softener. Spent $16.75. Will definitely come back here.

I’ve been coming to this place since I moved to Vegas as I live right around the corner. Let me tell you guys, the upgrades they have made are AMAZING. Doing it by app is so much more convenient and being a single mom of 2 kids it allows me to go to Mariana’s for a second or McDonald’s or even home because it’s so close instead of having 2 restless toddlers running around the laundromat. The workers are always so nice, I’m so glad I tried this place out.

New owners I do not recommend you get dry cleaning done At this place. They obviously didn't know what a feather Duvet is. My down comforter is only to be dry cleaned. He said dry cleaning does not accept this type of comforter Suggested to put it in the regular washing machine that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Number one it would have completely ruined the comforter. These new owners don't even have basic knowledge of dry cleaning

Since the new owners have decluttered the entire premises this location has a lot of promise. The last time I washed here was back in January. There were only a few washers and a few dryers that worked 100%. I ran out of detergent so they offered to sell me 1 scoop/1 cup for $1. Which was convenient yet expensive because it still wasn't enough. Awesome job keeping it nice and tidy. No more random used clothes sales from the 80's and beyond lol.

** update I spoke with the Owner & everything has been resolved** I have no problem coming in here when the owner or his son is here. Everytime I come here with this young girl attending there is ALWAYS a problem clothes in dryers done & all she does is sit on her phone & when u ask for something she acts like your bothering her I'm not coming here anymore when she is working. It would've been 5 stars if I didn't have 2 deal with her.

Unfortunately I have to found grade this place. I was using their fluff and fold service every week for about 4 months. It was great. Then I moved for about a year and then moved back. I brought my clothes in to have washed and they raised their prices and they didn't get my clothes clean. You figure they would wash your clothes Luke they would wash their own. NOPE. E. I had stains in a few of my shirts and pants. Very disappointed.

Machines do not fill with water. When I stopped it to add more detergent I noticed it. Very soon rinse started still not enough water so I stopped it to see how much water. Older gentleman got angry with me raised his voice and told me I was costing him money cause he started machine again. I just need my clothes clean. Apparently I need to go elsewhere.

Washing machines barely wanted to accept any money put in the machines. The dryers took forever to dry clothes and required more than a dollar to try a load and even then clothes were still damp. Barely any machines were in "working" order. Find another place and save your time and money.

More than half the machines are out of order. The one I used didn't have an out of order sign but also didn't work. The employee accused me of breaking it and walked away from me while I was speaking. It's also dirty, mostly only toploaders, and very small.

I like going here because the staff is very polite and it’s close to my house. The only negative thing I have to say is that their dryers are not the best. I had a tablecloth get destroyed by getting caught up on a metal piece that ruined my tablecloth.

Since they put in new machines washing and drying gas been great! Washers are a little high priced, but they work. Dryers dry 1st time even with a heavy load. And the reward program they have using the app to wash/dry instead of coins is fantastic!

Excellent, clean and spacious beware technology washing and drying. Only thing better would be having your clothes folded and there is. For a price of $20 for a pound of quarters, you can have a load of upto 20 lbs washed, dried and folded.

Coming here 3 years fluff fold normally never had an issue dropped off today new guy rude and tried over price. Will be looking else where and my daughter socks always smaller every time we take our clothes so we stopped taking socks.

First visit here. Excellent machines and service. Lg. Capacity machines are new. $7.50 for normal use. Great job on down and regular comforters. Dryers have reverse direction option keeping your laundry from being a tight bundle.

This place does a great job of wash dry and fold, always nice but the only downside is that you never know when the office is going to be open to be able to drop off or pick up your clothing, that's the only complaint I have

Worst place to do laundry ...machines didnt work like shoulb be. There is a guy always looking at what u doing ..some washer machine lock it self and u can not put the downy and i spend lot of coins drying my loads...no atm

I really liked it, nice and cleaned inside. The gentleman that works here was very nice. No coin machine but he gives you the rolls of quarters if you need it. I came on a Sunday morning and will definitely be coming back.

Ive been washing my clothes with these guys for three months now. There is always an attendant helping with whatever you need. They allowed me to wash my shoes in their low bottom sink and even offered a bucket.

My first experience was good. I haven't been in a laundry facility in years. I like that you can access the machines from your phone. The attendant was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place.

This place is sketch AF. I left for 5 mins and someone took something from my car! Laundry machines are very old; many are broken/not working. Takes you a while to input quarters. No restrooms either.

been about 6 times...clean, affordable, never crowded...the owners are always there during business hours and they are the nicest people...As long as I'm living in this area I will always go there.

The lady that works in there has been super sweet the two visits. Prices reasonable, but remember to bring soap cuz the store that's close is pricey. They have vending on site too.

Great place to come! Affordable prices on machines. $2.75 on pretty decent size small to medium load. And medium to large load is $4.25. And the larger loads are priced at 7.25.
