I visited here shortly after moving into the community. The Sunnyslope museum is small but full of facts about the neighborhood. After interacting with the staff it became obvious they are passionate about Slope history. One fun fact I learned was that Sunnyslope tried to incorporate in the past. It failed and it was absorbed into Phoenix proper. Help the museum out by checking it out.

They had a jar for donations and I got a nice luncheon. Warm And friendly. Folks delight to get your sunnyslope stories while showing off the before and after photos.

I think this area is fun to look at. The weather was awfully hot the day of my visit, otherwise I would have more to add.
