Update: Nov 2021-The vet staff were amazing. Unfortunately a request to have the file transferred, as the clinic could not see us for 2 weeks and we were seeking immediate care, was disregarded for 2.5 days, which would result for duplicate testing and expenses. Very upsetting. The added insult was receiving the file on the Monday, with wishes for a good weekend and no acknowledgement. People make mistakes and forget things, the lack of accountability was the most upsetting part of the experience. I arrived (and called several times) with my very sick kitty. Dr Scott was amazing with dealing with both of us. She was honest, direct, and compassionate. She spent an hour with us, and guided me to make a realistic decision that I felt comfortable with. She provided great care and comfort to both of us. The front staff , also top notch in dealing with an emotional cat lady and sick kitty. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. And the value, well it's great. The cherry on top or great care.

I had to go to this clinic after a long weekend my clinic was to busy to get me in that day, I had an interesting experience, while having my Doberman puppy examined the vet started making comments about how I shouldn't have got her ears cropped and basically how I am s terrible person. I paid $275 to be told I am a bad person is how I felt after the exam. The only reason that I gave the clinic 4 stars is there vet techs are outstanding and very pleasant to deal with!! And because I used to take my border collie here for about 8yrs of his life when I lived in the community. I was told by the owner that this vet is not a regular in her clinic, I would as a business owner take action. Sorry Jen I had to write this as i wasn't sitting well with me.

Wow!!! Amazing clinic! Super clean, and the front desk lady explained everything very well, and was extremely caring! I got my kitty neutered and they called me when he was finished and awake to let me know how he was doing, and I was able to pick him up a few hours later with no complications!! They treated him so well and made sure that he felt safe, they did such an amazing job with him that he isn't even mad at me for getting him neutered! Thank you all so much!! We will definitely be back in the future. EDIT: They even called me today, 3 days later, to check up on my cat! Outstanding customer service. I am very pleased with this clinic!! Thank you for making this traumatizing experience for my cat the best it could be!! You guys ROCK!

I was taking care of my in-laws diabetic cat. When I went to check on the cat, she was non-responsive, and seizing. I rushed her right to the Sundance Animal Hospital where they dropped everything they had to attend to, in order to focus on this very sick kitty. They revived her and did tests, all the while making sure I was calm and not freaking out (as you would when you are taking care of someones cat and its unconscious). They were able to revive our girl and she's happily at home living out the rest of her very long cat life. After she returned home the vet called a number of times to check up on the cat. This to me is excellent service and compassion about a very important furry family member!

I've been seeing this office ever since I got my puppy at 8 weeks old. They have been amazing and takes into consideration how a dog is not just a dog but a member of your family. They have taken great care of me and my shihtzu, Bailey. Fast forward 16 years and I had to let go of my best friend. They understood my grief and were very accommodating in my time of loss. I'm very grateful to have had them for my whole dog's life. Thank you so much.

We needed more meds for my boys condition. Dr. Richards squeezed us in the next day, took her time answering all our questions and telling us all the options for treatment. We did not feel rushed or pressured, and all questions were answered in a thoughtful, detailed manner. Thank you Dr. Richards, makes this all much less stressful.

The drs and staff have really been the best help for our pets and they were so kind and caring when our old dog came to the end of his life. They’re great about explaining the care and take cost into consideration. I really can’t thank dr Scott and dr Richards along with the rest of the staff for their excellent care enough.

I have to say this is the best Vet practice I've ever been to. Dr. Richards is great as well as everyone working in the clinic. They genuinely love animals. They helped get my 2 dogs ready to be imported into Australia (which is not an easy process) and did an amazing job. I cannot recommend them enough.

Our 1 yr old male standard poodle was just neutered and the vet and staff at the Sundance Animal hospital were fabulous in receiving, operating, post recovery and follow up with our dog. He is recovering well and seems non worse for wear. Thank you for all the extras you did. …

I have been going to Sundance animal hospital with my animals since I was 6 years old (I am 23 now). From the family dog to bunnies and guinea pigs, Dr. Scott’s seen them all! All the vets and staff here are amazing and I’ve never been disappointed.

Excellent care for my dogs and cat. Dr. Richards has a wonderful way with animals, they all love her, even the feral cat! Dr. Richards and her staff truly care, a dedicated Owner Operator who excels at taking care of my best friends!

Our dog ran away while being boarded and a kind stranger returned him to this animal hospital who scanned him and called me. Very grateful to the staff for helping take care of our furry friend.
