My Experience very negative, if I could give a Minus rating I would. I booked a telehealth appointment Friday 30/6 at 11.20am after several calls and assurances I would receive the call at my expected appointment time at 7pm was still waiting. On the phone the very next day at 8.51am was told I would receive a call within the hour which did not come, I called at 10.30am - 11.00am and 11.30am and at 12pm only to be told the same thing - the Dr would be in contact he was aware I was expecting a call the previous day and I was a priority - now at 4.28pm giving the practice the benefit of the doubt but unable to reach anyone from 12.51 I am again left with out a consult - I merely needed a script refill and an antibiotic for a chest infection after the flu - I am lucky not life threatening but I am without an essential anti anxiety and anti depressant until Monday

One of the best practice. Highly recommended Dr.Yusuf. He is the one who sent my mom for CT scan and finally we know what cause for her back pains. He is our family GP . Everyone in our family see him. He also listen to our problems, so caring and professional. One time I got big cut on my ear . He did the mini operation and all covered by medicare. We can’t say thank you enough for his kindness and efficient. The receptionists are so friendly . We don’t need to wait for long queues. Just book through HealthEngine App. Will definitely recommended to all friends and relatives.

I have been going to this practice for over a year, and had to have a transport department driver authorisation form filled out by the GP due to work requirements, and he refused to fill out this simple form that had full instructions on the form on how to perform the medical assessment. I didn’t even want to give one star, I will never return to this practice again for any government issued forms, I hope this helps other people that are in this same situation. Don’t waste your valuable time with this practice.

Good knowledge doctors and give you a right care and attitude towards your health. Front desk girls are also very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I could not ask for a more sincere, caring and extremely helpful and welcoming doctor (Dr Imran Khurshid) who will go out of his way to fit me and my family in with his busy daily appointment schedule. They also have a female doctors if you prefer knowledgeable female doctor. I would highly recommend this clinic!!

I won't even give it one star. If you are looking for good female doctor, this is not the place. Don't waste your time. I ended up in hospital emergency because of poor communication on behalf of the doctor, wrong prescription and no followup --test results came showing prescription is not working but no one bothered to call and tell ....landing me in hospital. Lack of basic duty of care.

Went in a day after my accident with severe headache and the doctor refused to have an X-ray done stating it would put a burden on the healthcare system since I had a NSW license, and told me to go home and sleep it off. Went to the hospital that very night and turned out I had an orbital fracture that needed immediate surgery. Will not recommend this "medical center" to anyone

Made an appointment for a specific procedure that we made sure they knew what the appointment was for, but when we got there they claimed they had just tried to phone us to re-schedule, as the doctor doesn't do those procedures on the weekend. Obviously, no missed calls, so basically wasted an hour round trip. Not. Happy. Won't waste our time again with this place.

Went in and saw them on Friday for a full skin check. While I was there I checked to make sure they have the proper scanning machine which they confirmed they did have. Arrive at my appointment and the doctor is only visually checking, they don't have the correct equipment to check moles even though they are marketing themselves as a mole / Skin cancer clinic

I was very ill for a month before I went to see Dr Imran . I had been unable to get results from a few places. Dr Imran sent me for tests to check for things that I hadn't considered. It continued for a couple more months and he supported me the whole time. I am so thankful to start feeling well and have answers to everything. He is an incredible doctor.

Excellent practice at Drewvale. We met Dr Yusuf Amod and I would highly recommend him as a professional and friendly GP. The reception staff are also very helpful and go beyond what is required to assist customers. I dealt with Maryam Akber (reception staff) and she was wonderful but all of them on reception are equally helpful and friendly.

Dr Amod is the most compassionate, professional and talented GP that I have ever had the privilege to be a patient of. Nothing is too much for him and he always goes out of his way to ensure his patients are satisfied and well taken care of. Thank you Dr Amod. You are an asset to your medical practice.

I’ve been visiting this practice for about 3 years and have found the level of care to be exceptionally high. My entire extended family have joined me and are all extremely happy. We receive friendly, efficient, caring health cars of the highest standard. We trust our doctor implicitly.

I can credit Doctor Imran for saving my life. My daughter booked an appointment with the doctor to get a second opinion, that second opinion saved my life. He sent me for numerous tests that indicated I was in a bad way, something that was completely missed by my previous doctor.

Always go to this practice and the one at North McLean my doctor Dr Imran Khurshid is amazing he's been my doctor for 15 years very caring and understand you and the nurse is fantastic as well

Dr. Imran is very good He is my doctor from last three years very intelligent and smart . I will never go again anywhere else. East or West Dr. Imran is the best .

I started seeing Dr Imran before he opened this practice and I followed him over. 10 years I have been his patient and wouldn't have it any other way.

Sun family practice is best surgery in our area. There front staff is very polite. Dr Imran is very knowledgeable, kind & helpful. friendly with Kids.

My experience with this practice has always been positive. All the staff whether that be doctors, nurses or receptionist have been very obliging.

The reception at the practice are absolutely useless. Had an appointment booked in for 12:20pm and didn't get called in till an hour later!
