Unreliable unprofessionals who cancels viewings at time of appointment. We booked a viewing two weeks ago and travelled all the way from Reading only for the gallery to be shut on arrival. An email was received at the time of the appointment saying they had no keys to the gallery. Totally disgusting behaviour and we will never return.
