This place is ok but I don’t have a comparison hence may be I am over critical. It’s our first experience to be a cat owner. I found Sukhumvit Veterinarians not that organised and professional. Process from consultation to getting the animal bathed etc were not explained and felt like we were left hanging waiting and to find out ourselves what was happening. We were told that it would take our cat another hour to finish bathing and drying but was then done in 10 mins instead. But then the clinic forgot to give him the medicine needed. Doctors were nice but since we kept getting different doctors each time we went back, we were getting different opinions for the treatment of our cat’s fungal issue. Wish the experience was better.

Brought my terrified kitten for his first vet visit ever (mine as well) and the staff were extremely patient, loving, and gentle. You could tell they loved animals deeply. The vet was spoke perfect english - very rarely in Thailand I understand everything and don't need to hit up google after. Prices were extremely cheap, I paid thb300 per vaccine (and will need to go back again in a month), but that's nothing for this location. Place was clean and smell-free and the staff would clean up dog pee immediately when it happened. Highly recommend.

I have no problem giving them 5 stars. After my hell of a experience with the 1st Vet who was so corrupt. Sukhumvit Vet are professional, speak English, treat animals with kindness and love and they are very well priced and have very good customer service. Every time I sent an email, phone call they replied in a very short time, are informative and I highly recommend this practise. A special THANK YOU, to Dr Noon who has made this process a stress free experience with a quick turnaround.

I needed to see a bone surgeon from chula university and I didn’t want to wait in the line at the uni so I saw the surgeon at the vet. I got 2 film for X-ray and I was quoted 2,000 baht maximum on the phone and when I got my bill it was 2,500 .. not a big deal but they said it was because I used 2 films .. yes but you also quoted 2,000 max for 2 films so it seems someone just makes the prices up as they go along. That’s why I don’t trust vets in general

The first vet we’ve been to in BKK and don’t plan to change. My dog gets his vaccines here and also came for other medical needs. Not the fanciest place but got everything you ever need from a good vet. Friendly, caring and highly skilled staff, speaks perfect English so no communication issues. They only prescribe the necessary examination and treatment for your furry friend, never over-prescribe. Price very reasonable.

+ve: - location and the opening hours are v convenient. No need to book. Usually not much wait. - the vets speak great English and they are competent and quite professional. - the fees are very reasonable and they never try to over charge you or do unnecessary work. -parking is convenient although full sometimes which means you have to park out back. -ve: - the interior is run down and in need of refreshing.

Been taking my dogs here for almost a decade. Vets here are very caring and knowledgeable (also speak English well). Price is very reasonable too. Once we had serious emergency incidence, the whole hospital helped my dog at the best effort although it passed normal operating hours. P.S. The place isn't open 24-hour and may not have certain medical devices for complex operation cases like endoscope.

These guys are sooooo onto it and helpful! My pup has been going here for about 18 months and their advice is always spot on. The communication is great, especially email queries/questions. The staff clearly love the animals in their care. I think I get getter care for my pup here than I did back in New Zealand. Also, vaccination and consult prices are very good compared to NZ.

Update: been with this clinic for 6 years. The best choice among all the other vets in bkk I had a chance to compare. Thank you so much for long lasting upscale service Nice clinic, reliable stаff who speak English well. There's also pet hotel which is convenient for this place. A bit expensive service fees but to be sure they are not going to kill you friend is worth it

Amazing experience! Dr. C came for a home visit as my cat is older and doesn't like to be taken to the vet. Everything went super smoothly, they handled my cat well, and even clipped his nails at the end! I have taken my cat to 3 different vets and none of them were able to clip his nails because he gets very angry and tries to attack, but with Dr. C, it went amazing!!!

Very caring staff & doctor team, with reasonable price! You won't need to worry about communication, they speak English well, and they never hesitate to answer your questions with clear explanation. They also have a wide range of pet stuff on their pet shop section, so you can get your supplies there too! We are happy to say that Sukhumvit Vet is our regular vet to go.

Good attentive staff who speaks good English. I bring my cats for vaccinations there every year. The only reason I’m giving it 4* is because it’s quite far from my place and every time it’s a rather painful drive there through Bangkok traffic. I would say they are definitely not cheap but they do provide a good service and seem to care about their furry patients.

This is the only vet care that we trust in Sukhumvit. Pepito is always happy to get his grooming and dog care here. My dogs are usually nervous around vet clinics but they are comfortable here. Thanks to all the staff who are dedicated to pets welfare. I wish I can give them 10 stars more - Jozel

Kind doctors and understanding if you bring in homeless animals. They also have kind helpers who take care of the dogs and cats. Prices are reasonable compared to some animal hospitals out there! But are not open for night time emergencies, hence other animal hospitals must be kept as back up.

Appreciate so much the help from Dr.Noon on sorting out the stressful tight schedule of titer test to ensure we can travel with our dog back to Europe (and with a great peace of mind.) The staff and other doctors were friendly, patient and speak great English. Highly recommended!

Good facilities, nice staff and reasonable English skills. One caution - make sure you ask questions of the Vet who sees your pet...and keep asking until you are confident they understand you and are knowledgeable about your pet's condition and the medication they are suggesting.

Allowed me to book an appointment the same morning, only an hour from when I called. When I arrived did not wait long, the vet was very helpful and asked all the right questions. She knew what the best treatment was and it worked well. Very grateful for their help :)

I only take my cats here for shower, the shampoo smells really good but they don't have a booking system. We have to walk in and hope our kids got showered before they get annoyed.
