Got lunch here the other day. Just your normal subway. Tasted great. Had a very enjoyable lunch. It was quite busy as it was around 1pm. Only thing I will say is a customer came back to ask for a receipt, and all of the staff were interested in her querie. The lady who was putting salad on my sub stopped working and watched to see what happened. It was really weird. She could be trained the staff member that was printing a receipt, but she seemed to be experienced and know what she was doing. Not a big deal, but something I thought to mention. If I am in the area and hungry for subway I'll be back

This is my second time I went there in week this time I order same veg delite (it’s only vegs in bread ) They put very tiny amount of veg inside only 5 peace of spinach, lettuce I can’t see without glasses .it was almost empty..very disappointing..I have order the same last time in Tuesday was wonder full,,decent amount of veg inside as meant to be ..as it only vegetables foot long…I notice this before path same lady In charge all quantity goes down.. So next time I will choose mill park subway. as this is tight A..se subway ..

Walked in I was the only person in there with two workers. Was not greeted or even acknowledged at all.The lady that served me had a sour look on her face the whole time like I had interrupted her from doing something. Assumed I wanted lettuce went to put it on until she asked me what I wanted. Spoke very rudely will definitely not be going back there again. Very disappointed.

Pretty good. They changed their gloves when I asked so was nice. Always so busy but still really fast. Has gotten more expensive but what hasn't. parking is hell.

Walked in and the girls were pretty much talking amonst themselves in their language. Wasn't acknowledged straight away. Then one finally came with a very plain and disgusting look on her face as if she was doing me a favour by serving me. It was like,"WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE,WHAT BREAD, WHAT CHEESE, WHAT SALADS" there was no respect shown. Would never come back.

Worst subway I have had I asked for it toasted like 4 times and they did not even toast it and they were not busy at all also stuff did not understand what I was trying to say at all they out cheese on it and my son can't have cheese and when I told them they said you asked first cheese and did not offer time make a new one Need new stuff asap

I'm an uber eats driver and I pick 2 orders 1 for kasey and 1 for Sarah. I arrived around 12.30 and waited 30 to 35 minutes for both orders. This is unacceptable and I do not get commission for wait times. Waiting for long period of time is bad for business and if any uber drives see this do not pick up or collect any orders from this store.

Subway is pretty much always the same no matter where you go. This Subway is generally good; the only times it's been less than perfect is when they are training new staff, which is fair enough. Generally the staff are pretty friendly.

Nice clean store, with all its ingredients nice and fresh, not to mention the greeting and welcoming customer service. Took food home and enjoyed a perfect foot long afterwards!

Good service, fresh food, cookies could be a little fresher but still nice, 12pm was very busy, try head there before 12pm, and they are also busy with menulog/uber eats orders. Good overall, social distancing encouraged there and logging in

Ordered a teriyaki wrap, the whole thing was cold, and the top was completely empty so you had no filling until about three bites in, plus it was wrapped so losely that it was ready to fall apart if I didn't hold it tight enough.

Orderd a carved turkey sub from uber and they didn't put any meat into the sub how do you mess up that it's literally in the title TURKEY And my partners sub was a sloppy mess super disappointed

My order was delivered and most of the salads I ordered were missing. I rang the store and the lady was not at all interested and told me to contact Uber Eats. Absolutely disgraceful service.

Worst subway… if you want what you ACTUALLY ordered, then this subway is not for you. Staff can barely understand what you’re ordering. Do yourself a favour and go to maccas. Zero stars

I am quite upset that i couldn't get a train to Parliament Station from here, but to compensate I got a teriyaki sub and a cookie, so I'm ok. Another bonus is that there's no buskers.

Mill park outlet is much better than this one. The only this you found here is worst food and rude staff.

I ordered buffalo chicken salad with blue cheese sauce. This is what I got delivered for dinner tonight. Also paid 16 dollars for this few chicken pieces.

Quite a busy subway. Helpful staff but could do better. Dedicated staff for pick up orders or more staff at the front counter might ease the traffic.
