If I could give zero stars I would. A group from my school came to this Subway yesterday around 45 minutes before closing. The man working there, named Lionel, flatly refused to take our orders, complaining that it would be "too much" and he "couldn't do it." We left the restaurant and decided to go to Sonic instead. 3 of us stayed, thinking that he could hopefully handle that. While making our food he was rude and uncooperative. He was sarcastic, asking if a friend of mine wanted lettuce in her salad. He refused to give my friend her cookie, because he put the order in incorrectly, and blamed it on "inventory." Additionally, the food smelled off and the vegetables were limp. All in all, I usually love Subway, but this specific employee has really put a damper on that. Suffice it to say that his manager has been notified. There are many Subway's near here with much better quality and service, that I would recommend much, much more.

If it were possible I'd give zero stars for the experience I just had at this location. I understand it's lunch time but schedule a little more help for starters. Leaving food just randomly sit out on the counter is cross contamination which is a huge no in the food world. They left my sandwich sit after being "toasted" for almost 15 minutes while they argued with the disabled customer at the front of the line who simply wanted the soda cup she paid for and they refused it. I then offered to pay for it and they straight up told me I couldn't do that and she had to wait at the back of the line that now has 10 people in it because they are arguing with one customer. Absolutely disgusting and these employees really need to know how to handle customers.

A rate them 0 star,Google is making me put one star,there were bugs flying into the sandwiches as they made them and the lady fixing the sandwich expected me to still buy the sandwich that way,but I made her fix another one.then on a separate order I had a free cookie with any purchase and I was buying 2 cookies she claimed that I had to buy a sandwich with that coupon when that wasn't what the coupon said,and She went on to say that's at any subway and I used a coupon identical to that one at another subway and they honored it.major language barriers and misunderstanding of reading coupons all the way through this location needs major training and customer service training.I tried to call back to speak to a manager but there was no answer

Worst sandwiches we have ever had from any Subway. My husband went to Subway to get 3 sandwiches one was a Turkey with cheese, one was a BMT and a meatball. The only one that was right was the meatball sandwich, which he says is pretty hard to get wrong or it would have been wrong also. The turkey was supposed to be turkey with cheese, mustard and tomato which ended up being salami we think, tomato and mustard. Mine was supposed to a BMT with banana peppers, mayo, pepper jack cheese, pickles, what I got was turkey with banana peppers, mayo, mustard and pickles. no ham, no salami, no cheese. DON'T USE THIS SUBWAY THE PEOPLE THERE CAN'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH and the service to terrible.

Ok 1st of all, I read some reviews so let me be clear, I was impressed with Ahmed, the manager, cleanliness and organization of the meat, cheese and veggies. You already know what to expect with Subway, however just look at my pics I post. Notice how the meat that gets heated up is even individually packaged in the tub that goes into the microwave. So my rating is simply because the food was very well taken care of under Ahmeds watch. Other than that he sprinkled a bit too much salt on my sub when I asked for light salt but minor gripe and overall cleanest subway I've ever seen. I know Ahmed won't be there forever and in time this comment will be outdated.

I thought the customers were not able to use their phone while they order, EMPLOYEES AS WELL! I went there Sunday, December 16/18 around 4pm-4:30pm and this ladie was getting my order while she was on the phone (I’m on the restaurant business and I know you shouldn’t be using your phone while you’re working) I honestly didn’t care because I was in a hurry until she actually touched her phone with the gloves that she was making my sandwich, DISGUSTED I told her to forget it and left. Have some manners to take care of your customers next time.

I never do Google reviews but this subway is an elite subway. I don't know how they do it but the sandwiches here are significantly better than any other subway I've been to. Let me put y'all on a sandwich. Wheat bread, tuna, and provolone toasted with them on it. Slap some lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, olives, red onion, and pickles on that bad boy. Add some mayo, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sweet onion sauce, and parmesan cheese. Sometimes I do jalapeño. When you meet this godly sandwhich, tell it Skylar sent you.

I wasn't allowed to order a simple meat & cheese only sub... I was aggressively told that it had to be a number from their new menu.... . After I paid & left, I soon thereafter realized why it had to be a particular number from their menu..... so that they can charge almost 13$ for a footlong sub 'with a fancy name... On a side note, the bread tasted stale. I won't be returning.

Customer Service from Lee was horrible I ordered I chopped salad apparently on their menu ordering with Ubereats doesnt show it to be chopped... I ordered the same salad from the same restaurant last week and it came as supposed. Lee told me that it doesnt specify chopped so he didnt chop it, thats all the salads that are viewed. Then proceeded to advise me to contact Ubereats.. Thing is don't be rude about it, especially if you didnt put any of the toppings ordered on it.. Smh Do better please...

It's the subway inside Wal-Mart on Dale Mabry. Staff seemed like I was bothering them when I tried to order and messed up both sandwiches when I was right there letting the staff member know what I wanted and didn't want. I will never visit this subway again. This was my 3rd time trying. The1st time I was hoping that it was just a bad day, so I tried again the 2nd time and it took over 3-5 minutes forany staff member to recognize that I was standing there, I also was loudly saying EXCUSE ME.

The store was bright and clean. Order a tuna footlong. I was help by an older Spanish lady. I was not greeted when I walked in. The spinach was black and old I ask if I can get spinach from another bag and the lady shrugged me off and said it’s all the same. The older lady individually picked green spinach from the black ones. In total I got about eight spinach leaves on my sandwich. Also, the lettuce was not fresh. So I didn’t even ask for it. Do better and be kind. Will not return.

It was a little strange the young man behind the counter I thought at first he was talking to himself. Now I realize he was probably on his phone. I wonder why he kept asking me to repeat myself. I have a real strong deep voice. And I speak pretty clear. In other's words. GET OFF YOUR PHONE MAN! Your at a business where somebody pays you money to do a job. Or, find a job at a call center, you can talk on the phone for hours and hours. Anyways Good Luck.

I come here often and have never had an issue but the guy working tonight with this girl has made me believe he has never made a sandwich in his life. I had to repeat myself at least 7 times on a kid's meal that was only ham and cheese in white bread.. that was it! And then i had to question after he only put 1 piece of ham on the sandwich. Again I usually dont have any issue but apparently not everyone knows how to make a sandwich...

I used the subway app and the only option for pizza is a cheese pizza. I then decided to mark the option for pepperoni which is roughly a dollar more or so but when I received the pizza it is just cheese with some olives and jalapenos I added. So I paid extra for something they didn't give me. Also there are very slim options as I really wanted mushrooms and there is no option for it on the app but subway does have mushrooms.

Just went into the shop to order a footlong steak & cheese. I wanted more cheese because he put very little on it He proceeded to tell me that there would be an extra charge for extra cheese even though there was barely any cheese on there.He told me the owner was very strict and he watched over everything so he wasn't allowed to put a cheese or too much cheese on there cuz the owner inventories everythingTerrible service

Sometimes the vegetables at Subway vary in quality from store to store. When the entire container of tomatoes are overripe and mushy looking, why even use them? The container was full compared to the other vegetable containers that were obviously being used often. Could be because not too many people wanted to eat those tomatoes?

This place is nice and clean, but I was unsatisfied by the manager of this store. One of the table had a broken stand and when I sat down with my cup of water and sandwich, the table tiped over and spilt water all over me. I told the manager about the problem, he looked at me like he didn't care and said, "We'll fix it." He did not even apologize at all. I could not enjoy eatting my sandwich after.

The older lady with the short hair is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. I was standing by the register trying to buy a drink and she ignored me, started making someone sandwiches. Then when she got to the register, she started ringing them up. Like I hadn’t been waiting patiently. I’ll never give this place my business ever again. Bummer. Because it’s close to my house and I’m a regular.

Not a great place. I ordered 3 footlongs an one was a meal. 2 of the woman there both yelled at me saying there was no meal. I looked at the receipt an yet it was. An after I got back with the food an started to take a bite out of mine there was a long blonde hair on it an I couldn't even eat half the footlongs I paid for. Sorry this one was not good like the others.

This was my first time trying this location. The service was bad. I ordered a to go and the person handling my order dropped the carry bag on the ground, picked the same, the handle broke and she used the same. she didn't even bother to give me a new bag. The sub she made for me had everything spilling over. Response to questions weren't answered appropriately.

I was charged $1.00 extra for cheese that I didn't ask for. The person taking my order spoke only Spanish. When I got to the cashier for check out she was like oh well nothing I can do. Well you can start by refunding my card $1.00 or giving me something equivalent to it. Apologize or take the dag nab sandwich back and refund me the entire amount.

The lady behind countertop messed up my order man in front of me. Not a big deal easy fix as I ate in dinning room she continues to mess up things then walks into parking lot and makes a drug purchase I only assume because as she walked in she was fumbling a large white filled baggy sign states new management outside. I ordered online through the app and made a mistake, I tried to call to get my order voided but they wouldn’t pick up the phone they just let it ring. Other subways will call you if they think something was wrong with your order but here they don’t care. Terrible customer service and I felt like I got robbed of my 10 dollars.

I ordered my food online and they gave me the exact opposite of what I ordered. I ordered the chicken soup they gave me the broccoli cheddar. I ordered a Bacon Lettuce and Tomato footlong with spinach, bacon, ranch, vinegar, and oil. They gave me a foot long with bacon and pepperoni, that’s it nothing else on the sandwich.

The absolute worst. The old crew greeted me every time I walked in. This crew has no customer service. They wanted me to do two transactions for one order. Awful meatball sub experience. The bread was stale and when the lady scooped into the meatballs the entire contents of the tray was stuck together in a chunk of nasty substance. The subway might be doing the covid protocol but the gas station it is in does not. I would not recommend anyone who has those concerns to go in as they all are in close contact with each other. As for the subs, they are in line with the standard subway.
