I ordered delivery and they delivered, kind of, what I had ordered. They added the extra steak on my sandwich but they added so few veggies that I could not tell there were onions on it until after I picked through it, same goes for the peppers (I ordered extra of both) The jalapeños were completely missing and it was so dry I thought they had neglected to put sauce on it. I did manage to find the chipotle sauce after checking under the steak, but, I had asked for extra of that too. About the only thing I can really praise about it is the fact that it got here right when they said it wood, so the delivery portion was 10/10, the sandwich itself left a lot to be desired.

Terrible customer service. I had to keep telling my sandwich artist what to put on my sandwich when I was precise and clear. And the lady w glasses cashing me out was rushing. With half an hour still on the clock til closing. At the end of my meal, my cashier was mopping near me, flicking her mop, splashing me. Not only that, none of the caution slip signs were up. ON TOP OF ALL THIS, she didn’t warn me about slipping areas cus she about near mopped the whole walkway, I’m lucky I didn’t slip and fall.. I let the younger gal know that she splashed me w her mop and she gave me an unsincere apology then quickly went back to work.. never going to eat here again, I’d advise you not to either.

We always have a great experience at this Subway. There was an excellent manager there today, the only person that showed up for work (it appeared), a longer than normal line, but he worked graciously through each order, didn't seem overwhelmed or irritated, even when encountering a rude pickup driver, focused on making the orders and keeping the customers happy. But even aside from today, we have never had issues with our food or pickup orders from this Subway and with the great attitude of their leadership, we will always drive out of our way to spend our $ here when looking for a sub. Thanks for showing up and being so great!

Got a sand and a kids meal. Which is supposed to include sandwich, juice box, cookie and toy. It used to be in a material little bag kids could carry around, now just in brown bag. I get home and my grandson goes to eat and all that's in there is a 3 in sand. No toy, no cookie. And a movie pass which when I called was the so called toy. I tried to get the coupon on line for about 30 minutes, finally got to page and you have to fill out a paper with date and time and all the people going and pay in advance for all tickets. So a 3 inch sandwich cost 5.99 Ummmm no thanks I want my $ back.

First I have gone here for years to get my sandwiches and I have to say I really like the people that work here. BUT, Subway has priced me right out of their place. I went in yesterday to get my favorite 6-inch BLT. I did ask for extra meat. I was expecting to pay $5 or $6 and change. I was charged $9.54 for my 6-inch BLT!! I wonder if the change of owner is resposible for this extreme pricing? Done with Subway! I refuse to pay almost $10 for 6-inch sandwich at Subway. Shame on you for taking advantage of loyal customers. You don't deserve our loyalty and you no longer have mine.

This is my favorite Subway! It is so nice and clean! Michael the manager is my absolute favorite! He wants you to not just come and get a sandwich he wants it to be an experience. These type of gem humans are what we need more of! Thank you for taking great care of me and the community!

Ordered a take out order over the phone, with Tim. He took the order over the phone letting us know he was off the next day. That he would be sure his manager Michael was aware of the order. Michael called us just as Tim said he would. The order was ready on time. We picked it up and checked out with Anna and another nice young man who was working with Anna. This subway definitely works as a team it is well oiled and functional. We will be going back. Thank you for being excellent workers in an no so perfect world.

I was Appalled. I ordered $85 worth of food. 2 sandwiches came with soggy wet bread. When I went back the next day, these 2 guys, proceeded to explain that is the way it comes. Wet bread? I asked. He said, whatever. I told him not to Patronize me. Then he said I can give you your money back for those 2 sandwiches. I received Lousy Food and Service, especially from that red hair guy. I will never buy from subway again. Arby's is my new sandwich restaurant.... Bye, Star

Ok, who doesn't love SUBWAY, my go-to sub is Veggie or BMT, and you gotta get the meal deal, it's the best price. Excellent service almost every time.

Ordered food from them and they entirely messed up my order from not toasting the subs combined with ingredients not requested on the subs, as well as the sandwiches being smashed. When I called to report it the one who took my call was extremely rude and didn't want to listen to a single thing I was trying to say and got extremely upset when I tried to explain what was wrong.

Store was clean, and staff friendly. A little too friendly in fact, chick tried to get digits from my husband as soon as I went to use their restroom. Also i'm very disappointed with their corporate decision to remove the Honey Oat bread from their menu. This was one of my comfort foods and always ordered the same thing. Tried it with a different bread and it was NOT the same. Taking them off my list of go to for when I need a pick me up.

The reason for this review is for the staff. My wife asked why I went to this location that’s slightly farther away from the house. I told her it was higher rated. The reason for this is because of the super friendly and hospitable staff. They came off as genuinely happy and were polite from the hello as I entered to the friendly departure. Morning shift Sunday July 21 if their management looks at these things.

It would be great if there wasn't three zombies that do no listen and take about 10 minutes to put meat on my sub. Meanwhile one of the three decided while my sandwich was being made that it would be a good idea to clean and dust. Can we get some hustle and maybe some common sense when to clean dust off with your shoes all on the counter above my sub like how unsanitary man .

We go to subway quite often . This location made the worst subs we ever had from the subway brand. Ugh . The outlaw and Philly. Hardly any meat . Old ingredients and so much mayo to sink a battleship. Don't order online at this location.

I was at this location today and witnessed the teenage workers giving another customer a really hard time. He placed an order online and he was there to pick up his order. They said they didn’t have the order or the bread to make it. Then they refused to give the guy a refund. I felt bad for the customer, the workers were rude. I won’t be going back to that Subway.

There team is so organized they are the best they light up my world and u feel safe when im in this subway they are greeting you right when you walk in. And dont get me started ond there subs they make the best subs in the world and they truely make their subs with love. The coolest people thabks eric,katlyn,haley,and steve yall are the best!!!

Been coming to this subway for sometime. They still have my favorite sandwich which us the sunrise breakfast snadwich. Shelby the Sandwich Artist is the most amazing sandwich artist. Great Subway at 19th avenue Union hills. Food is always fresh and looks great. Arriana and Krista are awesome employees. But Arriana went above and beyond for me. They ran out of soup, the reason I came here and she was so sweet and professional while I was a little upset. She kept her cool stayed calm and kept me a Subway customer.

This place was friendly but it has changed. I wanted to do something sweet and put things on the table and I was told never do that again . Well the manager just lost me from doing something nice . Wow! One of the happiest Subways I have walking into anywhere in Phoenix!!! Everyone was in high spirits! Team worked together amazingly!!! Especially Katlynn who went out of her way to make me feel awesome after the day I had!! Even separated my 2 my footlong into 2 halves so I could save the other for dinner late tonight!!!

Customer service were very rude with NO integrity AT ALL! WE ARE BEING PUNISHED FOR WHAT OTHERS DO!!! I believe by law there should be a bathroom available at all times for customers. Eric and his coworker (didn't catch his name) are absolutely the best, I showed up with multiple little ones and 7 sandwich orders. These two were both very friendly, courteous, patient and didn't make the kids feel scared or embarrassed to order on their own. Usually I get the opposite. Thank you for your professionalism!

They somehow right in front of us made small mistakes on all 4 of the sandwiches we bought :/ then they labeled them with weird things. One of which being "spicy" and nothing on the sandwich was spicy so idk where that came from. The workers were great and kind and very talkative so maybe that's why they made mistakes.

The service is usually friendly. There is the occasional burnt out employee who won't say more than 2 words to you, but that's expected as I'm sure all food jobs are demanding.The sandwich toppings are good most of the time but I do receive wilted lettuce and floppy tomatoes from time to time.

First time coming to this location and will be my last. Walked in two young men was there at the counter. The veggies was old until they were brown and the meat was in other meat containers. I walked out informing them they need to clean up. A lady walked out behind me.

Loved it.. Subway has always been my favorite. Especially when it's chicken and Tuna. The staff were so polite and helpful. We chose dine in option and they arranged proper seating as the seating was not available at that time.

The gentleman who prepared our sandwiches was very nice. It got busy and he handled the rush well despite being quite busy. Didn't catch his name. He had a blonde braid and was very hard working. Food was fresh and enjoyable.
