Older lady who just served me at this location was bad at her job with customer interaction, I ordered a pizza, she put a handful of cheese on the pizza which I had mentioned was good enough & didn't need more, she was talking to her coworker & completely oblivious to her attention to detail & attention of customer interaction as i told her no more cheese she continued to put the rest of the 2nd handful of cheese onto the pizza. I also then ordered a slider, all that was put onto it was turkey & cheese, when I asked for veggie toppings she said she couldn't do that and wasn't able to which doesn't make sense because it's literally the same exact process that goes into effect when a sandwich is made! She said she could put the toppings into a bag which would just be a complete mess, i wanted to reject the slider but my fiancé had already completed our purchase so I just took it anyways with the rejection of actually wanting to. I had mentioned to her from this exact location I had an employee make me a slider before with toppings, she said that's probably why the young man got fired? Honestly it's sad to know the young guy got fired which i doubt was from that reason because he certainly always did a much better job with customer interactions then she had the experience of! I live not to far from this location so I visit quite frequently! I do not want someone like this making my food! I've never ever gone to another subway, had a slider made for me & had them reject the offer of putting toppings on which is ridiculous! Just incase a manager views my comment, I was at this location on 7/17/2020 & my receipt was printed at 1:28 pm., it was the older lady I had all my issues with. Horrible customer communication skills and ability to make a customer leave happy!

I usually have a great experience at this Subway, in fact they are generally fast and that is why I stopped even though I only really had about 9 mins in my life to spare. I walked in at 251pm and was not out until 309pm, there was only one person in front of me that had been standing there for a while. She tried to order 2 sandwiches. The employee, I failed to get her name kept zoning out into space. The lady in front of me had to ask several times for what she wanted and I had to repeat myself 4 times. Finally another employee joined her and it moved along a bit. When we finally got to the register I asked for a large drink and 2 cookies...she zoned out into space again just holding onto the cup in the cup holder. She finally said something to the other employee who got my cookies after repeating AGAIN then I asked if the other lady was okay because she had never been like that before. The very attitude ridden (shift manager) said I scared the poor thing and that she has only been in our country for a month. So not only did I get the crappiest service in the slowest time possible (making me late for something) but now it was being blamed on me. When I asked for the store number I was told she didn't know and then was sarcastically told the manager would be in tomorrow. HORRIBLE! I guess Subway is off my list of the vast number of places I can go around here that have better service. Too bad they have great food but don't care about customer service.

This subway was the worst subway I have been to in San Antonio. I arrived around 6:00pm and waited for almost an hour for 4 sandwiches to be made. I left and returned later at 9:40 to order since I didn't the first time. We got our subs and sat down where the chairs were not picked up and right away the worker ran around the corner to tell us we could not sit in the dining area because he had just mopped. The open sign is still on the hours are until 10:30pm. We let him know we will enjoy our subs before we leave and the girl came from the back and said they closed at 9:30pm...how would you make my subs at 9:44pm and be closed? Not to mention they only had 2 breads on hand one of which the pan was left uncovered on the counter half way out into the dining room and was stale. The staff was so eager to leave and close out the store they forgot to put my cookies in the bag. Never again will I return to this subway because of the rude behavior and the urge for the customers to leave. It is not my fault the workers decided to work here being their home store or not every costumer should be treated fairly and the employees should abide by the rules and hours.

There were 2 very young men there making the orders. One of them looked very sloppy & sleepy as if he had just woken up put on his cap & went to work without as little as washing his face. he needed a good shower, shave & most importantly to brush his hair. Luckily I was served by the clean guy otherwise I was going to walk out of there. Where are the Managers this kids need to be trained on the job & taught what is expected from them with their hygiene. He was wearing a cap. But his hair looked wild & dirty sticking out all around the cap. He needs a haircut a good shower & a shave. He wasn't even wearing a hair net. Shame on the Management on this location. What are they going to do about this? I will be back with my camera this time. They are serving our food, "CORRECT THIS PROBLEM"

I had originally given this great place 5 stars, but when I went back there was a young man preparing the food looked as if he had a rough night no sleep didn't brush long curly hair just put his cap on no hair net just hair everywhere sticking out of his cap. Looked like he hadnt shaved in days. Uniform a mess I was getting ready 2 walk out but another well groomed employee came & took my order. Where is management? So sad because other than that this is a great clean place with good food, not 2 crowded.

THE WORST SUBWAY I'VE EVER BEEN TOO! ALSO STINKS LIKE HOMELESS AND THE PEOPLE INSIDE THIS LOCATION ARE SLOPPY!! GET IT TOGETHER!! UPDATE: THEY WON'T LET ME POST MY VIDEO Y'ALL. THE VIDEO SHOWS HOW HARD THE BREAD WAS!! IT WAS HARD ENOUGH TO DROP ON THE GROUND AND IT WON'T BREAK!! PRETTY MUCH THEY WERE BEING UNPROFESSIONAL AND OVER COOKED MY BREAD! I WILL NOT STOP! While the meal was good, I don't know if I'd come back. The vegetables did not look fresh and there was white stuff in some of the bins. I am really hoping it was ice/frost and not mold. I didn't get sick after eating the meal but I was also very careful making sure I didn't eat any potentially moldy food in my tuna wrap.

Got a foot-long pro spicy Italian on Italian herb and cheese bread and it was very good. We toasted it. It’s foot-long pro has double meat on it, so it was very filling taste amazing as always. The service was quick. The girl was friendly. I’m very much enjoyed going to Subway to eat.

I had trouble downloading the Subway discount coupon. The manager personally assisted me. During our conversation she punctuated her sentences with 'please, thank you, you're welcome, and sir'. Personal service and great business ethics are always a guaranteed winning combination. I rush I had gotten her name for this survey. Oh, she made a killer sandwich.

When I told her I had a coupon she very ugly responded No ! I said fine. The young girl was very unpleasant asking what I wanted rushing me to make my order. No other customers were around to feel like I needed to. Wasn't wearing a mask like other sandwich shops. Bad service even when I tried to say hello when first entered the store.

I'm not sure the name of the person who helped me, but she needs to be more alert and friendly on the job. Everything I asked her to put on my sandwich, she seemed to have a problem with. Also, no, Chipotle sauce is not the same thing as mayo. Sandwich came out great though, so no harm done. Just please more alertness next time.

The 2 ladies working 1/22 around noon were wonderful. The sandwiches seem like they were made with love. I didn't get their names but from start to finish they were great. We are still talking about how good the food and service was a week later. We will be back
