I work near this Subway and stopped here for my lunch tonight. I frequent this shop a lot since it’s close. I was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure so I’ve been moderating certain meals. Tonight I asked for a chicken Philly instead of a regular steak & cheese. My sandwich was nasty. I took one bite and went back inside to ask if they could make me another sandwich. The young man who made the sandwich told me to hold on. He went to ask his female coworker who he was working with. She came to the front of the store and told me I would have to pay. I then asked for a refund. She told him to call someone. I couldn’t make out who or what she said. I’m assuming it was the manager. She then walked off from the counter like I was a bother. The young man started to tell his boss what was going on, but then handed me the phone so I could finish telling him. He told me I could receive a refund so I handed the phone back to the young man. He had trouble issuing the refund so he went and got his female coworker again. She proceeded with the process of issuing the refund. Once finished, she slid the receipt across the counter and uttered not one word. As a loyal customer, I will not be returning. Allen, if you are the owner/manager please do better by your customers and please train your staff how to treat paying customers.

I don’t know what it is that’s different about their sandwiches but I love them better than any other subway there is BUT the service is HORRIBLE! The managers are so rude and greedy. They get mad when you ask for your bread to be extra toasted, they get mad when you ask for extra sauce, they get mad when you haven’t decided what you want on your sub and most importantly they get mad when you ask them to change their gloves for religious purposes, I’m tired of explaining to almost every subway that I’m Muslim and I can’t eat after pork. I asked for extra sauce once, she said she’s gonna charge me because of inventory and when she charged me, she charged me for extra cheese, LOL! How are you gonna charge me for something that isn’t even in your computer? Also, they won’t let anyone dine in past 6pm although they close at 9pm.But they really need to work on their attitudes towards their customers and think about customer satisfaction rather than their inventory and money.

I'm a trucker and I had a stop nearby so I wanted to grab some steak meat for my dog. I normally stop at a subway a couple times a week to get him a nice treat to mix with his kibbles. I've been doing that for the past 6 months all over America. At every other Subway that I have been to I was only charged for a double meat portion. They tried to charge me $15 for the same thing!! And, they were rude about it. I wouldn't recommend this Subway to the worst person in the world. A good business is based on customer service and the character of their staff. They have neither. Do yourselves a favor and patronize a place that will appreciate having you as a customer. These people definitely don't.

Submitted an order through Uber Eats for this Subway location and never received it. When I submitted a request thru Uber Eats asking where my food was I had the owner, or some male from Subway contact me stating my order was picked up a half hour ago and he wasn’t remaking my food. When I stated I did not have my food and I was following the instructions on the website he started yelling at me so I hung up. Uber Eats made good on the order and they were very professional about the situation. I will continue to use Uber Eats due to their customer service but I will certainly think twice about ordering from this establishment again.

The owner is very disrespectful. I attempted to order tuna alone without bread. The owner informs me it would be the cost of a salad (no problem) and it would be extra (again no problem) when i explain that I don't care to have an actual salad but don't mind paying the extra for what I want he begins yelling that what I am asking for is on the board as a salad only. I share with him that is fine I don't mind paying but because he is rude and YELLING, I'm not spending my money here. This is NOT the first time he has yelled or been rude. The other staff had no problem accommodating what I needed at the extra cost.

This location is horrible. Just like the other reviews.. I came in the store at 10:40am. There were no customers in the store. The lady behind the counter, Acted like I was a bother to come into the store. They are very skimpy with the toppings, I asked for a little more black olives, I was lucky if she gave me 4 more. Then on the mayo or the Chipotle sauce you get one very thin line. I will never come back. I almost had her make the sandwiches, and told her to keep it. But I was also had a friend waiting on lunch.

Even though it is closest to work, I stopped coming to this Subway years ago because of the rudeness of the owner and staff, and the skimpiness of toppings on sandwiches. I decided to try them again today, because surely after 5+ years, it had to have gotten better. Will never make that mistake again. Employees still rude, still won't honor Subway coupons, and refused to give me the bread I wanted for my sandwich even though it was right in front of me. Left and drove an extra ten minutes to a store that treats me like a valued customer and knows they are a Subway.

As Subways go, this is a pro-run location. As I sat there mangin' on my dee-luxe meatball on white (dressed up), I stared in wonder as those little women, with their little women hands picked 'em up and knocked 'em down, one after the other. This was the stuff of Ford's modernization--albeit fascist--dreams. As quick as someone could walk through the door, those ladies had them turned around on their way out. With smiles on their faces, and lunch in their hands. This joint is a model of cleanliness, efficiency, friendliness, and--clearly--profitability.

The employees & Manager there are always extremely rude !!!! They have an attitude about everything !! They have no patience & try to skim your sandwiches out of meat & anything else they can to save money ! It’s sad that they get a lot of business due to the location but don’t appreciate the customers who come to spend their hard earned money who just want some lunch with out feeling like they are pestering the staff !The manager , the older bald headed guy ,tops them all when it comes to being rude ! They don’t make you feel welcome at all !!

The food is fine...same as every other Subway. But I have yet to meet an employee that was the least bit friendly. I feel like I'm a bother to them. I get weird looks when I ask for extra lettuce. And the last time I came here the sandwich maker seemed visibly upset when I changed my mind and said I wanted my sandwich to go, instead of dine in. Come on...there are countless other places I can get a sandwich. At least don't make me feel uncomfortable that I'm coming here to buy lunch.

Very poor customer service and very greedy employees. The vegetables don't look fresh. The tomatoes color is changing and look like they're going bad. Health department and corporate should look into this location. Also, they never have cups for sides I was always okay with that (not going to die without it) but when the vegetables are bad and the employee is bragging about how cheap she was to her boss and i can see them laughing then that's not going to work.

They literally count out pieces of vegetables for your sub (ex. Jalapeños, olives, etc). This particular person or management is so stingey that it is ridiculous. It sounds tedious.. Every visit there is an attitude, which is dont let it get to me then, so I'm still being respectful. I know they wouldn't care, but I would rather drive a little further and get Jersey Mike's or Firehouse to get a delicious sub. I'm done with Subway. It's low tier now.

Samir (Sam) was so fantastic!! I came in out of the rain and asked if he had a phone charger, which he did and loaned me so I could call my ride. He then proceeded to check my card before making my sandwich, as I asked him to do, because I didn't want him to go through the trouble of making it if I couldn't pay for it. He was so so kind through the whole process and very friendly and helpful. He deserves a raise!!!

I ordered a salad, which this location charges extra for and none of it was prepped as a solid or cut up it was made like it was a sandwich dumped into a bowl other locations chopped the salad and a special bowl with a special chopper made for this it's quite possible corporate needs to do some retraining at this location.

Ordered delivery for lunch. Just opened my sandwich to find it only had 1 of the 2 meats on it. Called and the rudest person answered the phone. I could drive there and he would fix it but other than that nothing he could do. Asked if delivery driver could bring back correct sandwich. We have no time for that. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

I visited this restaurant on 5/28/20 to observe none of the employees wearing protective masks as mandated by the reopening guidelines set forth by the governor. There was also a sign on the restroom stating they were out of order in violation of state code. This is of great concern due to hygiene needs by both employees and patrons. I will not be back!

I just paid $14 for a 6' sub that should have had 50% more chicken. It had very little chicken, it was mostly bread and peppercorn ranch. you shouldn't have to search to find the chicken....I gave this place a 2nd chance today, but not be back. This is the worst subway location I have ever been to, worst food and service. More

This is The Worst Subway in The History of The Worst!!!! Lazy staff, Arguing in public, Swearing. Not making bread, Meatballs, barely any service if you want to call it service. Gets chippy when asking about toppings or any menu item.. We will Never Again Go!! This store gets 5 out of 5 middle fingers.

For the super inconsiderate women, who came in and ordered 6 subs without knowing what was soposed to be on them, and a staying on the phone asking your friends what they wanted OMG get a clue. It is only my way to work and very convenient for grab and go. Easy entry and exit on Harding place. There is a gas station next to it as well. The sub is good and friendly service. Usually I place the order on app ahead and it will be ready when I go there.

Only subway for miles that uses real mayo and not the gross light stuff which makes the Tuna perfect. Always clean and full of good stuff, love the owner. He get people to work for him for years sometimes so you know they run a good place for a subway.
