The cashier charged me for a foot long when I ordered a 6-inch. After paying I realized and asked for a refund. The “manager” or co manager on duty with the tattoos and piercings insisted I needed my physical card, but I only had Apple Pay. He was so incredibly unprofessional and rude after I suggested other ways to get my money back like a giftcard or even writing a note with his initials and employee number so I can get my sub I paid for on another occasion, but was so dismissive and snappy at me and explained that the other managers “wouldn’t believe me” if I brought in that note…?? My refund amount was $7.17 as I saw it on the pin pad, but he tried to tell me it’s only $3 and when I asked for a receipt for proof, he said he couldn’t do that even though he reprinted my other receipt for me. I ended up just getting another sandwich because I couldn’t deal with his attitude, which is not what I wanted at all and is gonna end up being wasted anyways. Would 100% not recommend this location and would give 0 stars if I could, and that manager is so unknowledgeable and not to mention has such a horrible attitude towards customers when the employees make a mistake.. shouldn’t be dealing with customers if you ask me.

The guy who seemed like the manager was nice and worked wonderfully to get everyone started. However, the girl that was putting the toppings on ignored us and put toppings on the guy that was after us (she took his subs from the toaster and went to put his toppings on) despite my foot long already toasted waiting on the side to put toppings on. I had to get the girl's attention after politely waiting so she would stop finishing the guy-after-me's subs so I could finish my sub and pay. The guy at the cash served the guy after us as well. He wrapped my sub and he continued to wrap the guy's subs too. We were waiting at the cash when we could have payed and went on our way already. Nice manager. Questionable employees. Please teach your employees to look right, left, up and focus on getting people towards the cash and gone. Good luck manager...It was rude for the two employees to ignored us for the person behind us. I understand it's busy. But the girl was standing there doing nothing staring at the guy behind me while his subs were toasting. The guy could have at least activated the debit machine then wrapped some of the guy's subs. Let's keep it going! Thank you to the manager who was working awesomely.
Dear Subway, On May 14, 2017, asked for a Veggie Sub with vegetables on a side than being placed within the sandwich. Was told by on duty manager that I will have to pay for sandwich and vegetables separately. Manager on duty Patrick Lam informed that the owner has changed policies, the employees have been short changing the store on transactions and is loosing money. Not sure how the business perspective and lecture came in just for asking vegetables separately than being in sandwich in a bowl or bag. I ended up paying full price for sandwich with cheese only. Did not get veggies. When asked about store owners name, was told that I should rather use Store # 22383 (Bayshore, Ottawa) for giving feedback. For today's experience, I would rather give zero. Unfortunately, I can't as one star is the lowest rating. I hope Subway will read the review and update the policies, train their managers properly on customer satisfaction. I will change review in future if Subway improves its policies on fair charge of their products and understanding needs of customers. Thank You.
New staff aren't well trained, and service is extremely slow. The girl who made my steak sub put far too much mustard on it. It's really gone downhill since it reopened. Staff are a bit skimpy with veggies. Subway "standard " is seven tomato slices, here they spread them out further and use five, but will add the proper amount if you ask for "extra". I've been here three times since they reopened, and lowered my rating from two stars to one. It's too bad Patrick is working at another location, as his work is missed at this location. Please don't use Subway coupons here, staff don't like to take them. Use them at other nearby locations outside the mall!
Slow, clumsy, rude service. Almost inedible sandwich. I stopped by this subway last night to order a footlong turkey with all the toppings and was met with a female employee who would barely speak to me in a volume I could hear to get my order. I stood for 10 minutes while an untoasted sub was made and while I tried to engage in conversation only to be ignored. When I got home to eat my dinner I opened a sub that almost instantly fell apart because it was layered in the most awkward way. I won’t be going back. 10/10 would not recommend stopping by here unless you’re looking for rude antisocial service and sandwiches that become salads.
If I could rate this location 0 stars I would! The subway website and everywhere else says white Italian bread is supposed to be vegan with NO EGGS, the small oriental manager was extremely rude he said that they were all out of the Italian bread and that they put egg in everything despite the website saying otherwise, and even after that he told my boyfriend that we should go/move to California if we want vegan bread. Whatever loser why do I need to move the a different country to get cruelty free bread get a life. I'll never go back, and to think that's the MANAGEMENT OVER THERE wow.
I had the pleasure of being served by Grace and Seneca. I went in to pick up lunch for my BF, who is a trucker with a huge appetite. The wrap i ordered proved quite the challenge, but the Gentleman definitely fought valiantly! It was an amazing experience, filled with laughter. So much care and atfention was put into this wrap. Even down to cutting the tomatoes so they would fit better. My BF said the wrap was delicious!!! Thank you both so much for a much needed laugh! We both will be coming by again!

Service just keeps getting worse here. I ordered a footlong ham on whole wheat yesterday (online it says the daily special is the Subway Club) but not here....again they skimped on the vegetables. They also don't put topings on in the right order, making for a messy meal. This morning I walked by as the female opening today was putting out cookies with her BARE HANDS, which I found revolting. That's not the first time this employee has done something wrong, but seeing that, yesterday was my LAST time EVER at this location!
Just came back from Subway on my lunch now. The guy was working alone and was totally crushing it! No one had to wait too long. He greeted all of us. I was there maybe 5 minutes total and I was at the back of the line originally. He’s so great! I couldn’t make out his whole name... something starting with a J. Anyway he should get a raise! I’ve always had good experiences with this Subway too. And to the review near the bottom, I saw him give a free refill to someone.
Went 2 times and order through the app. 1st time was a salad which was a 1/2 portion due to lettuce shortage. 2nd time ordered a chicken and bacon wrap only to find out at home that they left out the chicken and bacon just vegetables. Called to complain and they said I need proof because they felt I was trying to fraud them. Simply horrible service.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Slow as hell, all the staff look like they are asleep. Takes them almost a minute to put on a pair of gloves. Management seems like it's absent. Their lettuce looks like it's yellowing. All the staff look incredibly unhappy to be there. I was given an oversauced sub to the point that it's falling apart. Avoid this subway. Absolutely horrendous.
Worst place to order a SUB. They will give you what they want and not what you want. Dont ever go to this place ever. YUCK it was

The two girls who work there are so rude. I asked for an Italian sub. They appeared confused, and went about treating me like I was stupid. There's only one Italian sub offered on the board. To make matters worse, there was hair in my sub. Absolutely gross! Had to throw it out. A real zero!
Good service by young girl taking orders but old man Incharge didn’t let me use coupons said his machine didn’t work but it only worked for footlongs stopped the girl and from using coupons

Terrible service. Submitted a complaint through the Subway survey website and received a vapid canned response from a noreply email address. I thoroughly do not recommend going to this location.
Honestly the most disgusting Subway I have ever been in. I wish I could give this nasty place a 0. All of their veggies are mixed up together. And the guy making the sandwiches is scary.
The gluten free bun is a turn off. They need to source out a new recipe. I buy gluten free buns at the grocery store and they taste better. The extra $1.00 for the bun is not worth it.
Ordered chicken teriyaki sub yesterday. Service was very fast.Guy was nice and the girl suggested me siracha sauce which was yummy. Would recommend that place to everyone.
