This subway location is always fast and friendly I have never had a bad experience ordering my subs. They ask you what you would like on your sub while you are standing there watching them make it so if they make your sub wrong which it may happen I haven't had it happen to me but I would say it would have to be the customers fault because we tell them how we want our sub made they don't have them pre packaged, they are made fresh while you wait and I have never really spent more then 15 mins from start to finish in Subway on Barton Street. All the vegetables a fresh and kept cool in separate containers they have a nice variety of cheese and sauces and the buns are made right there on location not brought in from a store. You can make your sub into a combo meal which is an extra charge but includes a drink, cookies, bag of chips or some other type of dessert. The place is always clean and garbage free...the do have a parking lot at the back and side but it isn't lit up very bright and I feel unsafe parking there when I'm alone so I choose to park right at the side of the store where there are street lights and you can see inside the Subway. So I gave this location a 4 star rating.

I ordered from Uber eats. Service was fast, but there’s so many complaints about the subs. 1. Bread was stale 2. Vegetables were dried and had a funny taste to them 3. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch melt had asked for them to toast it (it wasn’t toasted), cheese tasted weird on it and of course the ranch sauce that was supposed to be on it NEVER was 4. The chicken was beyond dried 5. My husbands sub same thing, not fresh, meat smelt and tasted funny (absolutely not fresh, you can tell it was not fresh meat) 6. I’m now feeling more sick to my stomach then prior to eating this I am absolutely disgusted about this. Pay over $34 for 2 subs and they aren’t even to satisfaction. I’m never ordering from this store again!

The staff here are friendly the food is always fresh and the prices are fair I highly recommend.

Ordered thru SKIP. This subway made one sub with wrong sauces. Put mustard on it when she didn’t ask for it and she hates mustard. Also put tomato’s on it which she didn’t ask for and doesn’t like. Good thing she’s not allergic. I ordered a veggie sub on flat bread. It was flat alright. Barely any veggies on it at all. Hello it’s a veggie sub….no protein at all…load it up not just a small sprinkling of the veggies I asked for. Disgusted. Never order from here again. How can you mess up this bad and still be in business.

Very clean restaurant. Polite and courteous sandwich artisans working there. I am a very picky eater when it comes to my food being cross-contaminated with pork and they follow all my instructions carefully so it doesn't even though that this restaurant serves pork on a lot of their sub sandwiches they go the extra mile to clean their workspace their knives their hands put on fresh gloves. Thanks for having such wonderful caring staff. Because of the pandemic you only can enter of Barton St and must exit out the Chappell st door. Limit on number of customers allowed in store. You must wear a mask.

This subway is great. My daughter is a regular to two of the locations owned by these partners. They treat her like gold. She is 5. The staff are super friendly and helpful. If you are not satisfied with the amount of toppings they are putting on all you have to do is kindly ask and they'll dounle or triple what they've put on. The sauce is never a problem and I always ask for heavy sauce. If there is an issue they are quick to remedy it. I recommend this location as well as the one by main and Sherman.

Customer service here is not good. Caught the guy and girl working here talking about customers and laughing. Sad that some people never grow up mentally. Also payed nearly 14 dollars here for a 6 inch sub with very little toppings on it. I find most subways do this on purpose…rip people off for their money and barely give anything. For a multi millionaire franchise you’d think they’d be less cheap and greedy. It’s disgusting especially for those who are on low income.

Bun of Meatball sub was like rubber couldn’t eat was absolutely horrible Took sub back to store with only two bites out of it and was told I had to speak to manager whom was not there. So I asked who was in charge They then told me NO REFUND because I didn’t have my receipt. Yet the person who made it for me was the person I was dealing with Lol Sounds like the run around to me so word of advice. DONT EAT THERE !!!

Best subway location I've ever been to. Ever. Hands down. The employees here are friendly and they just heap the toppings on. Usually when I go to subway I have to argue with the ' sandwich artist ' to put more than 5 pieces of spinach on my sub ...so stingy with the toppings! But this location- PERFECTION. These people know how to make a damn sandwich. I do not really like subway but the occasional time I do want it, I will be going here. Here only.

Pesto is served as Parmesan cheese on uber, left with no order with the lady saying its my fault. I admitted the situation and told them this but they just said it was my fault and I would have to pay for the extra sandwich even though I said stop both as before and as they where applying it. Took alot out of me just to say "well I'm not paying for that" and walking out without reacting and practical ruined my evening. Don't recommend eating here.

Ordered the chicken rancher sub and the sub was great. Loved the chicken in it. Also love the new everything bun. Staff were friendly and fast. Store was very clean. Would recommend to others and I will be back to this location.

I would like to give zero to the boy and girl who was working today. We saw hair in cheese and asked them remove but they talked behind us . No customer service such a shameful people. Stopped in after 7pm on a snowy friday night. Big line up but one Staff member made it clear to address me. Saleina was very pleasant and had a smile the whole time. Even tho I had 3 subs to make, and the other 2 staff left her to my order alone. She still had a great smile. Will be happy to return with her friendly service.

Great place to WALK IN and order food. Good service, great food. Skip the dishes is terrible. Half their menu items aren't even there, there's NO comment section for requesting extra or different items... It's not very user friendly. I have to call them every time I place an order to manipulate it. It's redundant.

Medicore ingredients at high quality price. I remember when you could get a foot long for 5 dollars. Imo they're not worth more then that. The chicken is processed at formed into the shape of a chicken breast. Hense the air bubbles in it and no grain. If your in a rush its good if you dont mind overpaying

Not open 24 hours anymore which was pretty much the only thing the place had going for it's self! Catering to the night shift crowd is easy because there's not much competition and you can sell people whatever but now it's not open till 7am like it's competition I'd rather go elsewhere.

Just ordered threw the app, 22$ for 2 subs (ouch). Got home and there was like NOTHING ON IT. With mine the only thing they did was add my extra sauce....but added so much that it was dripping with it. There was more sauce then the 5 other ingredients combined :( Doubt I’ll return

I don't know if the owner is just cheap or greedy but I've never seen more than one employee working. This Subway can get VERY busy after a Ti-Cat game or late night. It can take a little while so give the sandwich artist a break, Ok? They're on their own and it's not their fault.

Went to get some late night dinner at 1050pm with this location still open for an hour they had no selection of bread 1 and ahalf white a few Flatbread and brown bread went to get steak subs and they didn't even have that product or shredded chicken. Very disappointing

This place use to be great with the old management now they hired all new people a bit ago its gone downhill fast with quality and service. Pulled the sub from the bag and it all just fell apart wrapper and sub. Im so impressed by the lack of care it amazing.

Went there and spent over $50 on 4.5 subs last night only to find out that coupons are out and should be in my mailbox this morning...Well it would've been nice if the store itself had some and were nice enough to offer a coupon or two to me to save a little.

I go to this Subway all the time. They put a lot of the toppings u select on your Sub. Much better than some of the other Subways I've been to. This one is the best in my opinion.

So it used to be able to get a meal deal supposed to be cheaper I paid almost $32 for a meal deal when it's usually $26 for their selling you their stuff singly instead of as a deal you can get all the same stuff for the same price as if you buy it separate

The subs are succulent, savory , scrumptious & deciduous tasting & always fresh & so come on down & order & try eating a sub yourself! You will definitely be glad that you did !

Amazing Subway, the ladies that work the closing are amazing. We come in and get some pretty complicated orders and they don't judge. One of the best Subways in the city because of these employees, always making our experience memorable!

I ordered a spicy Italian foot long they did not give me the right amount of meat instead of 10 pepperoni and 10 salami they gave me 8 pepperoni and 7 salami. They are charging full price but shorting you on the meats be careful.

So I'm guessing no training as she put down her cell phone wearing gloves then proceeded to ask us what we were having today ... How about washing your hands and putting on a new pair of gloves .. We decided to leave ...

The staff are really polite and care for hygiene. The location is little crowded because it is located in the corner of an intersection. There are gas stations Car wash and TIM Hortons nearby to serve as a landmark .

Very nice staff. I've eaten here before and will go back , parking is not the best if winter time they don't put out driver to make walking around building safer. Shame on y'all. Clear a path please

Great customer customer service and fast. I placed on line order and they did very fast and tasty sub. Exactly as I asked for. They were very kind and understandable.

Over priced sandwiches if you ask me. I'd much rather go to a local shop like Andy's or something like that for a much better deal. And usually, a better sub.
