The man who served me is honestly probably new and tired because I came in around 10.15pm, but it wasn't a great experience. I understand that the people in front of me ordered around 5-6 six inches and foot longs but I was waiting 15 minutes at least to be served. There were a few mistakes here and there, no biggie, but then I asked to taste the blue cheese sauce and he said sure. Then he put it on my sub without letting me taste it. I tried to eat the sub but I just couldn't. I'm hungry, first meal in 24 hours, and I will eat almost anything. But first bite was awful and I couldn't finish half of my foot long. From what I saw the man was fairly stressed. I had been waiting awhile and there was someone behind me waiting to be served so he was probably just wanting to serve me as quickly as possible. Still disappointing that I wasted my money when this situation could have been avoided. Really disappointing honestly. It's going in the bin now and I'll be moving on to a better subway where I know the people will listen.

This location is about par to Subway. Occasionally, you will get a bad attitude from employees because of call in orders apparently stressing them out to the point of becoming manic. Other than that, you get what you ask for and it isn't a long wait either. Parking lot pools real bad during stormy weather causing some parking spaces to become inaccessible. Also the dual driveways can be confusing to people from out of town. For those confused, the right side is the enterance and the left is the exit. On a bad note, my mother one called to place an order over the phone and was out on hold for 25 minutes. She actually had enough time to drive to the store and knock on the drive through window before employees realized their mistake. Costly phone bill if you ask me.

Subway staff are not the happiest people in the world but this store in particular I had horrendous experience. Waited for over 40 mins to get our sandwiches. And no, there was no queue, there was one person before us, the guy serving us was just painfully slow and clearly hates his job. Maybe they had to raise the bird, kill and cook it after we place the order. Absolutely defeats the purpose of fast food Also literally no one who works in subway know about entertainment app - why advertise a deal on a paid app if you can't be bothered to train your people?

As a truck driver I have visited multiple stores across the CBD & suburbs & subways can be hit & miss...some stores are; more often than not, clean with friendly, accommodating staff, while others are often consistently dirty &/or have rude staff with attitude...or trainee staff that either don't know what they're doing, or haven't been trained properly so you have to guide them...I've learnt which ones to use if I'm in the area & which ones to avoid!

Been their x2 times., spent a few hours. Subway good, but make sure you tell them if you want something hot, (or toasted). Or they give it cold. Very clean, rubbish, not on tables for very long after you leave the booth etc (downstairs).

Food service all good BUT every service station I've been to including this one have "Disgusting" Filthy Toilets !! Really Appalling what are you ALL doing put the cleaning on a 1/2 hour roster & train your staff to give a Sh.t about there cleanliness !! I hope you reply with a worthwhile response NOT lip service. Thanks for reading you guys could be SOOOOO much better.

Have been to the Subway here many times before and the service is rubbish. I have waited up to 2-3 minutes at times before I have even been acknowledged or served. This particular time the staff were preparing an online or phone order and did not even acknowledge or attempt to serve me until I started walking away. Will not be setting foot in this place again.

Ordered a Chicken Teriyaki salad. Medium size. Ive had this same dish all over Australia and today was a real stinker. Just awful. Extremely stingy serve. Served by a staff member who had troubles with pronunciation and understanding. Sub par experience today Subway.

Very bad experience. They didn’t mention that the olive was finished and prepared the veggie patty foot long. No signs and this is ongoing with subway now. One or other ingredients are not available after customer is paying full price. Ridiculous. Subway need to maintain the quality.

Been here a few times, always a bit late in the night (so I was the only customer). Have always had good service and friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed my sandwiches, no issues. Convenient place to go when most other places have shut for the night.

This is the best Subway in Adelaide....the lady makes the best chicken teriyaki with sweet onion sauce and all the salads on a one foot Italian bread roll I have ever tasted... I never go to any other Subway after discovering this one....simply the best❤️

Wish I could post a no star rating- placed an order through the Uber Eats registered to this store and it was never confirmed and automatically rejected. I work in an uber partnered restaurant, and I am aware of the automatic warnings given by Uber. Please sort whatever issue the store is having with this

Subway roll and service was great BUT words fail me for the service at Moe's hot dogs. Well practically non existent and by the time the girl worked out what she was doing, the hotdog was a cold dog and my 3 footlong subs were freezing cold. Not happy

This is an On The Run Servo with lots of little food sections...out at the back behind the car wash section is Pets Cafe..a Well stocked store every thing you need for your pets...from birds fish cats & dogs..great staff

She didn’t add Tikki in it. So it was as if we were eating footling salad. Not satisfied

Clean and neat sight , great location , easy parking crispy cream doughnuts in the same carpark . Service station attached to subway . Was quite busy and really could have used having more staff .

Every time I get double meat on my footlong but the cheese is only just melted and my meat cold in the middle. Why toast it 8f its not gonna be warm
