As far as Subway sandwich stores go, the Nundah store isn't the worst one but its far from the greatest in my opinion, Staff are always incredibly nice to deal with, the only downside being there only ever seems to be one Staff member that actually knows what theyre doing, even in quiet periods it can feel like such a drawn out process that you begin to wish you went somewhere else. Sitting outside can be a gamble, some days are quiet enough that you can simply sit and eat, other days, the Plebs are out in full force fighting, swearing and carrying on like absolute idiots, the no smoking signs don't seem to have any affect on the locals either, one old fart thinks its his right to sit next to you and smoke, he loves to exercise that right often also. Neither management or the police actually enforce the no smoking law in these parts so dont expect any different. in saying that, if you have a funny bone and like to sit back watching weirdos do weird stuff then it can be quiet entertaining, and you'll have plenty of time to watch while you wait for your Sub to get made.

Hello! I recently came to this subway since i was craving it. I was not sure if i really like subway that much but, there was a worker by the name 'Faith' and she was just absolutely amazing. She managed to make my sub in less then 2 MINUTES!!!! With such a joyful and comforting presence and smile, i just wanna give this lovely young worker credit for me being able to enjoy subway once again in my life. The subway that she made was just so scrumptious and delightful, as soon as i took a bite i felt at home. This 12 inch sub with on italian with meatballs made me have such a smile. Thank you so much faith and nundah subway. <3

Had a lovely sub there today, made exactly as i asked, by great staff. Footlong seafood sensation. Blue cheese dressing to finish it off -delicious. Even though the prices have risen over the past year Subway still rocks for its affordability

Temur is possibly the greatest human I have ever been served by. He was so incredibly polite and helpful when we arrived 3 minutes before closing time after all 5 hadn’t eaten all day. We felt incredibly guilty. However, he ensured us that it was okay and served us with the biggest smile. There was no carrot left for our subs, but he went and got more knowing damn well that he had to pack it all up 30 seconds later. I know personally I would just say there is no carrot. He’s definitely a better person than me. If I could be half the man he is. My parents would be proud of me. If I could give him 6 stars I would.

I would say one of the worst subway outlet I would love to give negative stars if there was an option. The two girls dancing on a loud music having fun paying no intention at all. As a result the sub she made was gross with tons of sauce in that and she can't even wrap it properly as almost 40% of the salad gone out during that process. Never ever coming back to this unhygienic place. Stay away folks.

I went to this place yesterday. it was a horrible experience in my first time there. The young girl working in the night was flirting with a guy (she was serving his order when I get in) for more than 15 minutes ignoring that even I am waiting next in the queue. she was completely in a different world with him taking her own time making the sub. I was waiting 15 minutes and came back. She should work somewhere else not in a subway. never go there again !

Sincerity. Chloe here is very sincere. When you think of “convenient eats”, unfortunately people don’t always find sincerity. But Chloe today at this Subway was Very welcoming, friendly and kind. To my surprise the manager isn’t here, could’ve fooled me with the high level of service Chloe just showed me and customers just now, lucky locals! Efficient, clean and professional.

Super slow service I came in before a show rehearsal to quickly get a salad The line was only 5 people long including me and it took over 10 mins just to get to serve me They literally took their sweet time like it didn’t matter that people were trying to get places They were out of a lot of things and it was only 6.30pm on a Friday night Won’t be coming back

These guys always make a fantastic sub! I order alot of food via Ubereats and my food gets to me quickly and made very very well. I literally just had a footling steak melt and I swear the main ingredient was love! Oh my goodness, it was delicious! To the guys and girls who work there and make me great subs, a big thank you from me and my satisfied tummy!

Was served by the most apathetic employee I've come across. Did not follow instructions and had to be told multiple times at various point in making the wrap. The end product was wrapped improperly with little care.

One of the most reliable Subways I have found in Brisbane for outstanding value, quality of food and service. Always fast, friendly, and fresh tasting, I would never walk in worried about leaving unhappy. The effort that Max and his staff put into looking after their customers cannot be overstated. 10/10

Note to worker don’t wash hands and put gloves on then, then take my payment touching cash register with gloves on and then he takes my wrap out and cuts and wraps with same gloves on. Shouldn’t hygiene be top priority with this virus. Even should be top priority anyway. And was cold just couldn’t eat it

This subway should be ashamed of themselves! If I were the chain owner I would fire them all for incompetence, stupidity, and the state of the shop.I was afraid of contracting something with the food handling here.I wont be back thats for sure. Save yourself a trip to the doctor, AVOID!!

Please check the order in future. I just had to throw away a footlong because you put an item on it that causes me massive stomach issues. That was lunch and dinner. So won't have time to eat until about 11pm tonight now. Also I am out of pocket the money spent on delivery.

Visited today and ordered a steak sub. Was served by a guy with no name badge. He put about half a scoup on steak and a small pinch of mozzarella cheese, the smallest serving I have ever received. Wasn't in the mood to complain or argue but felt ripped off.

First visit to Nundah, awesome, close to best Sub I have ever had!!! My favourite is Kunda Park up the coast. However these guys are close, think his name was Mut, made a great sub, keep it up and you will have business from me nearly every week. …

Poorest attitude and customer service from the young ones especially! Been to better subways with better service and I would rather travel there than to this one even though it's only a two minute walk from our apartment.

The reception young boy is friendly and good customer services. However the front door poster and the internal menu is misleading, it said Subway Footlongs Sub + drink $9.95. But the worker said is $12.95, not $9.95.

They're a subway. Service can be impacted if Uber Eats or Menulog orders come in as they seem to take priority over people standing in front of them. Nice team though.

Zero stars. Said it closed at 8pm. Went in at 750pm to staff who wouldn't take $50 worth of orders. Not good enough when it says it's open until 8pm. If you're closed then put you're closed online.

Great service. Especially props to Jacob working Sunday morning. He was all alone making a platter and serving 4 customers and was doing an incredible job. Very kind and helpful.

Went in to get a wrap at 8:50pm and was advised that the shop was closed by this short fat Caucasian guy. Please don’t be misleading, change your closing hours to 8:50pm ffs

The old indian guy working there is a loser and rude and dont know how to treat customers . Dont teach your customers what to do . Will never visit again.

New owner is much more caring for his customers and has made great changes to the subway. Cleaner, faster and friendlier. Would eat here again.
