Food quality is as good as other Subway outlets. The only problem with the place is the loud music, which pains the ears.

As it is very close to Chembur Station, parking is a problem. Do not bring your own vehicle unless you are sure about finding a parking spot.

The access to the restaurant requires the person to climb 3 steps. Then there is a seating area. If the wheelchair can be taken up the three stairs, that is the area to wait in. But the ordering counter is one floor below, so the wheelchair can't be taken there.

Arrogant, just-not-bothered attitude of the staff. It was afternoon time, no other customers, I placed my order, the order was ready, the bill was printed. I went to pay, realised I didnot have change, 3-4 staff in-house were there with no other customers, but none bothered to arrange change from anywhere, I said I won’t buy then, the staff replied OK. He was ready to take back the prepared menu, but he was not willing to arrange a change from someone to save his business. Bad attitude !!

The restaurant is situated kind of underground so you wont get much network down here. They play borin songs, on request to change, they said they dont have control to change (As if!) Whenever i have come to this joint, the employees have asked me to wait bcuz they are making delivery parcels for swiggy and zomato. Feels like they wasted my time at a fast food restaurant and swiggy has more weightage than actual present customers. Overall, its better to order than to sit and eat.

It is a veg plus non veg mix food chain which is a big no no for pure veg ppl and the food is pretty expensive

Ghatkopar East outlet is too small a place with just about 3 to 4 tables. Sub of the day option for veg was not available. Only one bread type available....no bread options to choose....very disappointing to experience this at Subway outlet.

A Subway that has recently opened next to Starbucks. The meal order counter is in the basement. It's hardly the nicest spot to have your sub, but it does the job. The staff is kind and will recommend a decent sauce combination. Overall, a fairly good Subway in Chembur.

The worst delivery service. They just forget to deliver the cookies even after you order them on Zomato/swiggy, and reason mentioned is unavailability of the cookies. We don't even get the refund and subway doesn't even pick up the call. Extremely disappointed

Place is neat and clean. Only thing is the counters are in the basement. So when you entry it's a little baffling the first time. Wheel chair, or persons having difficulty to climb stairs will find it a little difficult without assistance. Food preparation is good and in right quantities.

Subway never disappoints. Love this little location tucked near Starbucks Chembur. Don't let the small looking entrance fool you. It's like a speakeasy down below. Love the place. Love Subway.

Good place for setting but water bottel amount very high as compared to normal shop. Make sure to enjoy food and instead of water take soft drinks.
