Friday night around 10pm walked in to order 4 sandwiches. Two people in front of me waiting to order and one person in the middle of her order. The phone rings and the employee behind the counter making the sandwich stops to look for the phone and answers it. As the employee is on the phone a customer decides to leave because it was taking to long. When the employee hangs the phone up, she goes back to finish making the sandwich without putting on new gloves. You are in the middle of making a sandwich....why are you answering the phone!

I have been coming to this Subway for 3 years and it seems very dysfunctional. The employees seem nice,but rarely last long and there's no deals besides coupons that make me consider going to Subway. I would go to Jersey Mike's if it was closer than Subway, because I wouldn't mind paying a few more bucks to get something better at Jersey Mike's. Subway is too expensive for its quality.

Es el subway mas sucio que he visitado, no tienen pan, carnes y el servicio pesimo tardaron 25 minutos para hacer 4 sándwich de 6 pulgadas creo que los inspectores deverian de visitarlo mas seguido huvo dos personas que dejaron sus ordenes y la cerdad yo estuve a punto de hacerlo tambien es malisimo este lugar y no lo recomiendo.

The customer service was horrible. Worker said only hello when I called. While on call, she hung up. I called back to ask if we can walk in. She said yes Took Uber there 10 min later. Then she said online orders only! After arguing, she finally made our order. There were ants on and around soda machine. Horry.

Only 2 female staff members when I visited. One staff member, presumably the manager, was extremely attentive and on point with our orders. The other staff member was completely lost. I dont know if she was training at the moment. But she definitely needs more training.

Girl with gauge earrings was very rude and couldn’t even acknowledge me. Continued making an order instead of saying “ Give me one minute and I’ll be right with you “ . Considering we were the only two in there smh. I guess they hire anyone at this location

I ordered through door dash; I'LL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS subway, NOR THROUGH door dash!!!! $38.25 for 2 foot long & 4 chips!!!! ...& the Lay's chips were way too brown. ... & my order wasn't as requested!!!! YOU'LL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN!!!!

I like subway I went in the subway and got me a hot pastrami sandwich their bread is always fresh and I got double meat it sure was good with pickles and pepperoncinis on it it was delicious

The food is wonderful. Place was short staffed and it took nearly 30 minutes to have my order taken. There were only 3 people ahead of me that did not have large orders. The associate did his best, but it just took a while to receive service.

Employees skimp on meat, vegies and condiments. I ordered chicken teriyaki but one side of the foot long had meat, the other side had none. Is your employees taking home meat?! Seem like. I wont be eating there EVER!!!!!

Jazmin and Jasmine are the best Subways hosts. Shina is leading them well. It’s hard to maintain good customer service when the customers are horrible. Yet the kept smiles on their faces and great attitudes..

If there is no bread ready it should not be open, no drinks were ready either. The produce was wilted, brown and frozen. This is the second time this has happened to me here, there will not be a third.

Very bad service, order my toasted sandwich with all the vegetables and they only put tomato lettuce and they did not toasted it and the staff looks like they do not like their job.

Be careful and look at your reciept. They will over charge you! Instead of charging you for a foot long they charged me for two 6 inch subs. $10 for a foot long. Um..... No!

I come here for a quick bite or last minute catering needs and have always been pleasantly satisfied, with the service and quality of food I've received.

The two ladies were awesome and understanding while making my sandwich. The sandwich (while a bit unorthodox ) was made wonderfully and was delicious.
