We come here every now and then and customer service is always subpar but the sandwiches are fine and its close by. Today though, omg, I can't even comprehend what happened. We get to the counter and tell the young man we wanted the sub of the day. He looks around and can't figure out which one it is. We say, it's tuesday.....oven roasted chicken. He says oh i think its meatball. We say the sign in your window shows ORC. He looks confused and says ok that's fine. He gets to the second sandwich and we say chicken bacon ranch. He looks like he saw a ghost and just freezes. He has no clue what the sandwich is. We just begin laughing and say it's chicken, bacon and ranch. He asked okay what meat do you want....uumm, the chicken from the CBR. He tells us he doesn't know which chicken that is. Good Lord! So we point and say what's this one, he says I honestly don't know. We laugh again and ask about another one, he tells us honestly man I really dont know what any of them are. I can't believe my ears at this point. Some lady comes out and takes ours sandwiches to the next station and finished it. She charged us wrong and had a bad attitude. I'm dumbfounded by today's experience.
I ordered a teriyaki blitz and said I did not want any peppers or onions. I believe there was a language barrier though, as they started making my sandwich and put bell peppers and onions, even though I stated I did not want any. I then said again that I did want any peppers and onions, but they told me that’s what the sandwich came with and that if I did not want that, I should’ve ordered the number one. I then understood what I was telling them was too difficult to understand so I said I would just order another sandwich, but the employee just started ignoring me and started talking to the other employee in Spanish. Even though I was willing to pay for a sandwich I no longer wanted and was willing to pay for another and just reorder, they were just ignoring me. So I left.

My goodness the prices went up ⤴️ drastically! They went up by at least a $1 or more per sandwich. Its ridiculous! I can go to a better quality restaurant and get the lunch specials for a better price than coming here and that's probably what I'll do. I'll order something through @UberEats and have it delivered. Prices went up, but no change in service, added condiments, or even upgrades to the inside or outside of the establishment. Oh, and still understaffed as usual. It aggravates me that every single time that I go into this restaurant that the door dings and I have to wait at least 3 - 5 minutes for someone to appear from the back to help me. It is a waste of my lunch time and I DO NOT appreciate it. Please, have some courtesy for my time especially with the drastic increase of prices. Ugh! We placed.our order on-line and it processed. We were parked outside the restaurant and my husband decided to go inside. Well at first Manny told him they were closed. Then my husband let him know we had placed an order online. At that point they let him in. Like 2 minutes later my sons phone rang and it was Subway. Whoever called him told him they were closed and he needed to cancel his order. My son told him his dad was already inside waiting for the order. At this point they hung up on him. Then Manny proceeded to tell my husband that they were canceling rhe order because it was passed 8 and they were not getting paid. Super rude and super unprofessional! I am very disappointed because of all the places we could have chosen, we picked Subway and were treated so rudely!!
I went into the establishment today really quick due to my nieces just came from school and we had to use the restroom really quick . The owner of this restaurant should know that the rude and highly unprofessional staff today at 430 pm would not let 2 little girls use the restroom without purchasing something . WHO PUTS A CODE LOCK ON A DOOR AND YOU CAN ONLY USE IF YOU ARE BUYING SOMETHING. It was 2 lil girls that is the most insane thing I have ever seen. I should have thrown a $20 in her worthless face to prove a point. Do better it's lil things like this that make the world how it is now its not kind . I guarantee if it was 2 Hispanic lil girls that needed to use the bathroom it would have been just fine. Do better !!!

Looking for ways to sue establishment because portions are too small.. I told the guy what’s wrong did they change the rules at subway about portions ,he replied and said he’s new … but the way he was being stingy was somewhat of intentional.. these wraps looked like the $1 bean burrito from Taco Bell … I’ve been to subways all over the United States/trucker/ and never had this issue .. it’s as if 20$ has no meaning anymore… I advise you guys look the other way

1 of the tidiest sandwich counters that I've seen; even the sliced cucumbers were aesthetically arranged in their metal trays. The "sandwich artist" was efficient but thorough, making sure the tuna spread covered all my bread. The addition of new topping and sauces (pesto sauce, garlic, balsamic vinaigrette) adds a new dimension to the same ol' choices. 1 area of improvement would be bread. Staff should consider toasting the bread longer to maintain the crunch. Sandwich became soggy by the time it was unwrapped at my destination.
I ordered on the app. They gave me the wrong sandwiches, no receipt and no napkins. I get home and see this, call the store. The girl that answered didn't seem to know what I was talking about. I give her the name it was ordered under and she claims they never received that order. Then why am I looking at it on my phone and my credit card is charged? Then she hangs up on me. I call back, and no answer. Very rude and unprofessional. Do not use this location!

Just wanted to show my appreciation for the employees who opened on Wednesday 2-17-21. Everyone in Houston has been with/without power and water and in some cases no food. The employees are going through this as well and for them to show up to work and open means a lot to the community. Im sure they had there own issues at home. God bless you. Thank you. Please be humble and respectful to employees at any stores, restaurants, gas stations as they are as well going through the same stuff we are.
I came all the way from my house for subway cookies because they are so delicious. I arrive and it turns out they don't have any, so I was willing to wait for them to make some more and the manager of this location refused!!!! How dare he not fulfill a pregnant woman's request?! This location is the worst subway of them all. Don't expect to get what you want here because like me, they'll deny you too. Screw you Subway your cookies weren't all that great anyways. I'm headed to Mc'Donalds!
Picked up some subs here with my daughter one Saturday. The restaurant was pretty clean, food seemed fresh, but it took forever in line. I do like that this restaurant participates in the promotional/coupon offers that I receive so that was great. I just wished the subs were a bit better put together. Otherwise, good location and love the other drink options; they have some seemingly healthier fruity drink options instead of just the sugary sodas and sweet tea.
Horrible customer service! They attempted to service a customer that arrived after me and when I politely pointed this out the cashier caught an extreme attitude. I asked his name and he refused to give it to me. He was a flamboyant Hispanic gentle with arched eyebrows. I use to frequent this location often but will not be returning. I contacted the corporate office but they seemed uninterested in my complaint! If possible visit another location.
This is the third time I have been to this Subway, Everytime I have came here there have been issues with the food, customer service, or they are not properly prepared for the day. There vegetables are NOT fresh at all. They don't listen to how you want your sandwich done, they do it how they think should be best. Then they have terrible attitude's when you try to talk to them about your order. This needs some new people all around
Terrible service walked in here exauhsted from work there's this old employee man sitting down and I'm waiting In line to get helped then this woman employee comes out and some other man walks in and takes him before me. You seriously CANT do that stupid employees!!! And that old man go ahead and retire you don't seem helpful at all just sitting there looking at me while I wait then this woman skips me for another customer.
Horrible, got home took a bite of sandwich chicken taste bad onions are old . Called and Kimberly had no idea what to do. Wanted me to call her manager on her cell phone. Whi gives out the managers cell phone. Horrible training of employees on custoner service. All 8 eanted was her to make good on a fresh sandwich i paid for.
There are a couple other locations by this one. I would recommend going to those instead. They are always running out of things. I made an order online for a quick pickup. I wasn't informed that they didn't have what I ordered until I showed up to pick up! A call would have been nice. I would have went else where if I knew.
It's just a Subway... I don't like that the workers refuse to toast my sandwich for the full time. I bought two footlongs and they entered the time for a single 6 inch. It's like 15 more seconds to wait if you do it for the full time... why chop it?

Got my order wrong, when I complained the girl behind the counter told me "you don't have to come back". Was not wearing a name tag and would not give me the store mangers name.
We ordered subway meatball sandwiches and the meatballs were frozen! :( Don’t eat here, go to a different location. This was ridiculous! We called and they didn’t care.

This subway has not had oregano for months and always claim out of stock, which is a lie. The manager of this place is a joke.
Service is horrible here...no bags..no napkins...very stenchy on veggies leaving only middle covered...i wouldnt reccommend
