Very poor customer service, I went to this subway on Thursday 20th May 2021 at 8:50 in the morning. Lucky for him i didnt get his name. So I walked in and he was alone in the shop at the back, I could see him so I waited for him to approach me. Took him a while but eventually he greeted me by asking what I want, he was still in the back room. I asked for a breakfast sub with turkey rashers egg and cheese. He asked me what bread as usual and I replied. He began to make my sandwich and I realised he did put the eggs in. I assumed maybe he would after he heated it up, which seemed odd but I didn't question it. He then asked me to pay, and I did. After I paid he took my sandwich out the grill and asked me what salad I'd like. I said are you not gona add the eggs, to which he replied you didn't ask for eggs. I replied with I did but you was in the room so you probably didn't hear me. He replied with you have already paid, I said I'll pay the difference to add the eggs. He just ignored me and asked what salad. I then couldn't be bothered to explain myself because I know ill get angry so I said my salad and asked for a bag to which he replied we charge for bags with an attitude. I just left. I know this was a misunderstanding so I'm not mad about it. I'm upset that he didn't even bother to TRY and resolve it.

Do bear in mind that am trying something light for the first time, When I questioned during billing the guy was making up. He was hinting it as my mistake Secondly menu prices and quality Its been many years and I am still clueless how the price for the same item varies across stories Am not crazy. I invite you to check the price lists at the subway next to East ham Station and the one at Upton Park Station You will be amazed, These are near by stores by tube. Earlier the margin was bigger but now Eastham stores increased the prices, yes they are catching up Last but not least, some staff don't even know how to wrap properly after filling salads Hope this helps
Food is standard of subway, it's the so called sandwich artists that let this place down. Lettuce is the base of most sandwiches, when I asked for lettuce, the bloke put 6 shredded leaves on my footlong, when I asked for more he put another 3 and then 3 more when I asked again, it was a similar thing for the rest of the toppings. I thought they were tight at the hackney branch, these guys took it to a whole new level. There was a poor level of hygiene when preparing the subs, gloves weren't changed for meat/veg subs, the same knives were used. I've had pleasant experiences before in this branch but standards have gone completely downhill. I won't be going here again.
They are very stingy with their fillings and they always rush to put in the fillings especially when school kids come in. They did not give what I asked for because they start to prepare all the orders in one go hence messing up the orders. I had ordered for a few subs with different fillings but they messed it up by putting in the same fillings, and in the end they did not even give me all of my subs but took money for it. This happened a few times now. I am very disappointed and will avoid going there in future. The two young workers, Riaz and the other young guy at the counter served fine but the older guy in the middle, who did the filling, was the worst
The servers are very unwelcoming. They behave like they don't want to serve you and your purchase is burdensome to them. They all seem to hate their job. I ordered 2x subs and 3x hash browns. The posters indicate the hash browns come with a dip. So it should be 3x dips. I asked for one. He LIED to me that they had no containers assuming I couldnt see them. I'm taller than him - I could see the containers behind him on the counter. I didn't bother saying anything. It's just fascinating and sadly disgusting to witness such a difference in service between central London and east ham. It's damaging to the subway brand employing individuals who hate their job.
Very Poor Customer service. I explicitly told my order to the server and he got it wrong and tried to pin it on me for it being wrong when I explicitly told him what I wanted. I even raised my voice to make it clear. Very unprofessional, never buying from here again. I can totally understand if he wasn't having a great morning and ended up not fully listening, trust me, I know how it feels to work these types of jobs but regardless you have to be respectful otherwise no one will eat at your establishment - period. I was calm, I did not yell or get too annoyed because I know respect goes long way.
It’s a standard chain store the food is decent the Asked the guy to put a different sauce in my sub and he said he’s not allowed to. When pointing out that this is something I’m going to eat and I’m not going to buy the sub unless he put the sauce I want was the only way around it. I don’t know why he made a simple situation so difficult.

Average subway, nothing particularly special. Service was a little slow but can't blame the staff as there was only one staff member doing everything from making sandwich to taking payment. Limited seating inside. Generally clean, on the high street so makes a change from a chicken shop.

Would not accept my sub points and have not been accepting it for the past month or so as the 'subway rewards points system is down due to internet issues'. However the system mysteriously recovers when purchasing using cash and they are able to give out points. Makes you question why they are giving points out in the first place if your loyal customers are unable to redeem it?
Not accepting the screenshot of the qr code they need the app itseems they don't accept even the wallet scan. It's not at all good and they lost 2 customers and they are so rude they say like we nee app no screen shot or no wallet code. We went for lunch there but very much disappointed. Better give zero stars than 1 star

Staff like Eisseret need a massive holiday , she looks tired of her job because of her job stress she forgot to smile and manners also , if you are in Customer service you should make eye contact and smile, it does not matter what’s going on in your personal life . Suranjit was very friendly and helpful with my Italian bmt sub. A pleasure to be served by as he was very careful with making my sub and making it feel special which isn’t something I get at most subway stores. 5* service and I am very pleased

today i visited the store with my friend and i have points in my subway app but due to server issue iam unable to login the app but i have a QR code but they are not accepting it and they are giving silly reasons to accept the code and they not given me food ...all over london no one rejected like this....
Went in for the first time after 5 or 6 years yesterday. The server was excellent. The quality of food was excellent and the new menu was excellent.

Ordered the Meatless Meatball, since I am a vegetarian. The sandwich I received was far from vegetarian friendly - with extra bacon for added insult. Redused to refund me so far, and customer service are non existent too with a fake phone number. Absolute trash excuse for a subway takeout.
The server at 12:30 on Monday on 17/02/2020. Was downright rude and bumped me I ordered 2 subway melts which he then proceeded to leave out the pepperoni on both subs I then got a drink for myself And the server failed to notify that a cookie or a crisp was included and he was rude too
Ok okish not so helpful staff. But if you dont know how to order maybe youll end up paying more and receiving very less.

Not a regular as much as I would like to be so. But really really enjoyed my scrumptious tuna mayo honey oat half baguette. Delicious lunch meal sub. Grateful

This Subway store is halal and good place to enjoy healthy subs and salads. The place is quite small and friendly staffs.
Good Quality bread and fresh vegetables, amazing marinara meatball sub! They have some nice meal deals as well!
